I always end up back here after trying other places. They are creative and also able to accommodate requests better than other salons. They also talk to you, and not on their phones, while doing your mani/pedi. Very friendly staff. They have the same people working there, not the high turnover of other local salons. They take pride in their work. I get asked who does my nails often, and always refer people here.

I've had a pedicure at several different local businesses over the years and I have to say that my experience at City Nails has been fantastic. I went in March with a girlfriend and we had Dion and Danny take care of us. They were phenomenal - they did a fantastic job from start to end. We did the deluxe with the stones - all I can say is WOW! If you have not done this one you should! My girlfriend and I were so relaxed and felt so pampered by Danny & Dion. So when I came back recently I brought my 84-yr old mother. Dion helped me and Danny helped my mom. All I can say again is WOW. They both went above and beyond. Danny was so gentle and so kind with my mom and Dion was every bit as good. They both must love their jobs because they do exceptional work. I've had places trim my toenails way way too short to where I get ingrown nails - not here. I've had places rush through the polish part where things get smudged or they don't take time with the top coat - not here. Each time Dion for my pedicure and Danny for my friend & my mom - each time they took the time needed even though they were very busy and had clients stacked up, they still took the time needed to be sure we had all the goods and that we were dry and good to leave without risk of smudges. Give them a try - City Nail has my endorsement and I highly recommend them (especially Dion & Danny!!!).

Kim and Osa do amazing work. Get you in and out. Once you actually get to see them bc having an appointment means nothing. They overbook and take walk ins. I've been there for hours just waiting for them to actually get started on my nails. And it's a rushed experience not a relaxing one.

It was horrible the man who did mine had me go on an already dirty towel and table then he fieled my nails and put the acrylics on he didn’t push my cutical or clean the edges of my nails first. Now after 2 days they look grown out because he didn’t put them close enough to the nail he rushed through them so fast that he didn’t tell me to wash my nails till the end and it was just all in all horrible service

I read the other reviews before posting my experience. I agree that their work is good but the RUDE attitude of Kim is unacceptable. The first time she was RUDE to me I laughed it off. The 2nd time I assured her I will not be coming back. There are many salons who actually appreciate their customers. Wow...she needs to learn common courtesy.

I’ve been going here regularly for six months and once in a blue moon for a couple years before that. Steven does such incredible work on my nails and is so personable. Always gives me a little pep talk and asks if I like how the designs come out before sending me on my way. Kim or Ousa usually do my brows and they’ve been on point every time. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait or scheduling conflict but it is a popular salon so I understand.

I came in for dipped nail replacement. I had dipped nails and several of them were loose. The lady I had tried to peel my nails off using an artificial nail, without soaking or grinding. It was painful as a lot of my real nail came off with artificial nail. Will not be back!

Never again! Uneven cuticles and uneven polish at cuticle. A broken nail that night. Did not paint across the nail tip and already chipping. Far from professional quality manicure. Waste of money. Needed redoing the next day.

I scheduled appointments for four people, 4 pedicures and two manicures. The staff was nice, but seemed like they were in a hurry. I wanted glittery polish over a solid on my toes. There is barely any glitter on my one foot. Then my daughter wanted white polish with silver glitter over it on her fingernails and they wouldn't do it, saying it would turn yellow. Now she has a color on her nails that won't match her semi formal dress. Just not impressed. They shouldn't take scheduled appointments if they are going to rush through them.

I have always been hesitant of getting my nails done because they never last and fall of within days of been done. Acrylic and Get. The staff here are all perfectionist at what they do. I wash my hands a zillion times a day! We own a tattoo/piercing shop and not one time in 6 months since City Nails has been doing my Gel nails have I ever had on e come off!!! It's a relief!!! Thank you Huey for the great job you do!!

I love City Nails and Tee. I went somewhere else to have a full set put on and was not happy with them. A friend recommended Tee and she made my nails look amazing. They look like acrylic nails should look like. I can't stop staring. She was very gentle on my nails. No zings!! Can't wait to get a fill again. The rest of the staff was super friendly and customer focused.

While the work they do is decent, the customer service of most of their staff is so rude that it over shadows any of the good work they do. I have gone a few times and one of their staff that is overly confident of her work literally yells at you in front of whoever is listening. When you complain to the owner, he actually ignores your concerns. I’ve tried killing with kindness but the one worker continues to yell and if you try and make small talk she outright says she has no time for that. They may feel confident about their work, but if they continue to treat people the way that they do they will continue to lose customers. They definitely lost me. I would never refer anyone there. A salon should be a pleasant experience. Not one where you go to be yelled at and embarrassed.

I would not even give this place a 1 star!!! Stay away from this place!!! This place is great 2 put nails on or just polish. Whenever it comes 2 taken the nails OFF thats when they make ya nails BLEED!!!!! I walked out after this happen 2 me that day. Unreal this place must be shut down!!!
