Luxurious, Professional, Clean Aqua Spa Marlboro provided me with an amazing experience…. from the receptionist to all the technicians, everyone gave great service!! I was on the road for business when I walked in without an appointment 5 minutes after they opened. Everyone was pleasant and ready to go. My technicians for my Pedi and Gel Mani were METICULOUS. I picked a very dark color (Wicked, my go-to color) but the Tech offered the newest line of spring colors to me to view. Since I didn’t say anything she was about to go with my color, but I stopped her and I chose a coral instead and I am so happy I did! My Gel Mani was done in the VIP room and it was the most relaxing time. Best of all, the services were reasonably priced at $70 for the Pedi and Gel Mani. I wish it wasn’t so far away!!

Where Luxury Meets

Really nice and clean place, to relax and get nails and pedicures done. First time with my daughters and we enjoyed it. Friendly staff. :)

Zero Customer Service in a service driven business. Went to this salon for over a year on a weekly basis because my manicurist moved there. Every week there was a different issue, extremely rude ownership and management. My sister got into an argument with managemt So they proceeded to cancel my standing appointments and 10 other people’s appointments by sending out cancellation emails without even a courtesy phone call, no explanation nothing. They grouped all of us together because we are friends and related and starting cancelling all of our appointments one by one. They make up rules as they go. After going there for over a year on a weekly basis the owner has yet to say hello to me. I guess that’s what you get for being a loyal customer.

My husband purchased the mothers day package of a massage, facial and pedi mani. The massage was great, facial okay. As i was getting ready for my mani pedi i asked about what the upcharge would be for a gel manicure. The upcharge was what i normally pay for my gel manicure so i said that it was fine. The lady doing my manicure started getting on my case and tried upselling me telling me its not too much. It was a very uncomfortable experience and not needed. Kind of ruined the experience. The manicurists name was Joy - def avoid if possible!

I have been going to AquaSpa for approximately 15+ years when they had a location on route 18south. I truly love getting my pedicures here. Rommy does an excellent job every time. Facilities are amazing and staff very courteous and professional.

The faculty was beyond dirty and disorganized. I was extremely disappointed and was looking forward to an upscale place. The staff could not understand you and they were not friendly. Go somewhere else if you are expecting outstanding service and want a place that is spotless.

Service is nice. Pedicures are really good and massages are pretty good as well. The only thing that seems inconsistent is the front desk response times and follow up. SOmetimes the holdtime is for about 10 minutes with no person following up.

Horrible service!! My pedi was 10 min long!!! Do not go with Iris she did not care at all i could tell. She even didnt ask me or offer gel pedi. Its not worth too expensive for cheap service. Also i called the salon back to complain and told them about how unhappy i am and i had to fix my nails my self !! The ladie who pick up the phone said let me talk to the manager and we call u back and thats was it. NEVER GOT ANY PHONE CALL! Very unprofessional . I Will never go back !

I took my boyfriend for his birthday to get a warm stone massage, manicure and reflexology pedicure and he loved it!!!! The place is very clean and it looks just like the pictures on the website. The staff was very pleasant. I asked for a tour before making reservations and i just loved it. In my opinion this one is better than the one in East Brunswick.

Ive been to a few different locations and I have to say this location is the best. I see Rosario for my mani pedi and she is awesome!! She gives a great food massage (I'm a hairstylist and on my feet all day) and she quick and precise with everything. My nails always come out looking amazing! Thanks Rosario!

I've been an AQUASPA customer since they opened in East Brunswick years ago. I go back and forth to Marlboro and EB depending on availability. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience today. Took my 2 daughters with me (18&15) my 15 yo and I were started immediately and my 18 yo sat there with her feet in the water for 15 min, no one came. Finally the owner came over and said someone will be right with her. My technician was rough and constantly talked and giggled with her co worker who was right beside her the entire time, clearly not focused on her job. I don't want to sound like a snob but I come here for a little rare pampering and it is not cheap...if I wanted unprofessional service I would get my pedicures in the mall!!!! Make sure you don't get Valerie for your services.

I love this place! This is my go to place. I have tried many nail salons all over and this place is by far, THE BEST! The owner, Heidi, she's very nice and friendly. I have gotten my mani and pedi done with both Rosario and Valerie. They are both amazing. Whoever you end up with, you're in Good hands. Nice and clean facility. The stations are clean. The shop looks spotless. Nothing is better then a clean place with great service. Will definitely keep on being a loyal.

I typically make my nail appts with a technician named Dina or a woman named Kim. As far as my amazing spa pedicure I always request Anna, I am more than completely satisfied with her. Both woman have warm personalities and make it a true spa experience. As far as the front office staff I Believe Yaresa is warm, personal and always professional.

I had numerous confrontations with the staff and management. They lie and manipulate you in order for you to use the people they want you to use and are extremely direspectful. Most of the girls do a good or decent job very sad the staff doesn’t know how to treat people. I posted more detailed reviews of what happened on their fb page and yelp. It was to long of a story to post here. If your interested check on the other sites. I would not recommend them at all. They clearly do not know what customer service is by any means.

I have been at this spa many times for manicures and pedicures with satisfactory results. Every time I had gel manicure, never regular manicure. Last time, upon completion of the pedicure, the technician told me, as I am getting into the manicure chair, that she cannot do gel manicure because I did not specify that I wanted to do gel when booking the appointment and reception did not book her enough time for gel. Incredibly, I booked an earlier appointment than I needed to accommodate the spa's request and I had waited for 25 minutes because my technician was running late. When leaving, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was with a client and a receptionist took down my number (which is already in the spa's system). The manager never bothered to call me. I will not be coming back.

They give a great reflexology pedicure. They use hot stones, you get a 20 minute leg and foot massage, a leg and foot scrub, and a paraffin wax treatment for your heels on top of the usual pedicure. Ask for Anna or Romey. Relaxing atmosphere, and high quality products are used.

If I could give them a 0 I would since I had an appointment at 630 last night and they apparently were closed due to an accident. They never called me to let me know they were closed. I took a Lyft ride which would of been 10 dollars there since I was going to get picked up but instead had to bring it back home since I called to let then know I was going to be late and heard they are closed. They are very inconsiderate and I called this morning the first time I was hung up on and the second time I asked will you be giving me some kind of discount she had nothing to say but that they did call everyone which is a lie. No message no call nothing. Please same me the B's. For that I rather find another place. I was willing to give them another chance but they definitely don't need my business. Just terrible. Think twice about giving them your business.

I’ve had two facials at Aquaspa. Both times I’ve had Endolina as my Facial Specialist. She is amazing. I hope to always have her. She is extremely knowledgeable about her work, very professional and her hands do wonderful things to my face. In two months there’s been a visible difference. I’ve even received compliments on the smoothness of my skin. The staff is warm and kind. The decor is so restful and relaxing. Totally recommend Aqua Spa and Endolina.

I’ve been going here for years and moved out of East Brunswick, but still drive all the way from Union because it’s by far the best place for nails. Clean, no yelling across the salon like some places I’ve been, they allow appointments, tons of gel colors. MASSAGES - We get reflexology massages when we go. The quality definitely depends on who you get. Our favorites are Kim and Ana. They take the most care for the client, and make sure not to get oil on your pants. RECEPTION - is OK -- they just asked us if we wanted an upgrade, but after received our service. We said sure since it's mother's day, but it was very awkward otherwise. WAXING - Would not recommend waxing services though. The rooms are so tiny, and for someone's first time, the process is awkward and intimidating. Being told there's nothing to wax, when there is and the client requests it.
