Demetri is my favorite doctor to go to when it comes to my lips and Botox. He genuinely cares about you and your image and gives his all to give you that perfect look you want. He always explains everything during and before hand so I feel confident every time. He even saved me from a previous lip injection mess. He always has me leaving feeling fantastic and more confident then ever!!! I don’t see myself going to anyone else but him. All my friends go to him also he’s a great all around docter. He literally saved my life! <3

Seen Dr Demetri for lip injections. First they got swollen so I thought they’d be fine since they looked full. That’s what I wanted fuller plumpier look. Went in for a touch up because my top lip was fuller than my bottom lip. Now I feel like the bottom is fuller than the top. Never got a response because I asked for more I wanted a bigger fuller look. Idk how I feel about this they’ve actually gone down a bit. Idk it’s so so but not completely what I wanted.

Dr Demetri is a great and knowledgeable doctor! He always makes sure you are pleased with his work and really knows his stuff! He is a perfectionist and it truly shows thru his work. He is very friendly and likes to make you feel super comfortable. If you’re looking for a doctor that loves his profession and does amazing work I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants work done and is completely satisfied with the results!

Exceptional docs! Dr. Demetri and Dr. Wilcox are there to help you reach your cosmetic goals. They are honest in the consultation they provide and would never recommend a service that they didn’t believe would benefit you 100%. For those of you who like instant results, you can get them here but also find a comfortable home to come back to time after time. It’s a super clean and peaceful environment. Love it here!

Came here for an IPL treatment which is now the worst decision of my life. This was not the first time I had this done and every other time my results were amazing.. this time I got dr dimetri who knows absolutely nothing about this treatment. He left me with burns all over my forehead and isn’t doing a single thing to fix what he did. When I went back in tears the spa manager took care of me swore it’s normal (she isn’t a doctor but is telling me this is normal) she gave me a serum some makeup and sent me on my way. I went to urgent care and am being treated for burns. You guys need to at least acknowledge what you did and handle it the proper way. I have so many things to do this up coming week and every time I look in the mirror all I do is cry because of the welts on my forehead.. not just one but 5 of them. I truly hope this review helps to save someone’s face. I can not believe I am going through this

Where do I start? Dr.Demetri makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. He is not only fun, and funny- but he is super knowledgeable. When it comes to injections I would not trust anyone other than Dr.Demerti. My experience was wonderful and so were my results. Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you !!

First time for Botox, drove almost 2 hours to see Dr. Demetri after months of research, because he is the best at what he does! The office itself was easily accessible, appointment ran on time, staff was friendly and polite. Dr. Demetri was thorough, knowledgeable & patient. I’ve been going to Dr. Demetri for quite some time now. He’s always been available whenever I’m feeling a little blah and need a quick confidence boost, also known as Botox and filler lol. I recently went in to try out this new Sculptra Butt Lift he offers and there aren’t words for how happy I am. The treatment was painless, his assistant Angie went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and the results are more than I could have asked for. Being a new mom I was really struggling with certain parts of my body and Dr. Demetri listened to my concerns and came up with a great plan to address them all including my butt which now looks better than it did before the baby. Dr. Demetri is the master lip injector! I'm obsessed with the results and wouldn't go to anyone else! The first time I ever got my lips done, I did em at ideal image, the results made me look like I got punched in the face, my lips were just swollen and lost it's shape, but when Dr. Demetri did them, he not only gave em volume, but defined my lip shape, I love em! Getting my lips done has boosted myself confidence & I now enjoy shopping for lipsticks! He's amazing at what he does & has a great personality! Dr. Demetri is a true gem of a physician. He has been helping me correct a botched filler job (from a different injector) that has caused me an insane amount of distress. I found him on instagram and reached out because I saw his amazing corrective work that he's had to fix from other incompetent, negligent injectors. I'm from a different state and I travel hours away to see him, which speaks volumes about how good he is. My lips were really screwed up before I saw him and they are getting better each time Dr. Demetri helps correct them. It's a work in progress, but he has been patient, and genuinely caring. He truly just wants you to be happy and has fit me in to his booked schedule just because he's so empathetic and can tell how stressed out I am over this. I would never trust anyone else besides him with my face ever again. Dr. Demetri is an brilliant, an artist, and truly a rare breed.

I visited the Medical Spa at Rizzieri for a lip consultation about three weeks ago. I wanted fuller but still natural looking lips. Dr. Demetri Karanzalis was very thorough in explaining the product (Restylane Silk), procedure, and potential side effects. This was my first time having a cosmetic enhancement and I could not have asked for a better experience! Dr. Karanzalis talked me through the entire procedure, checking to make sure I was comfortable and informing me of what he would be doing next. Overall, I am very pleased with the results. Many of my friends recommended Dr. Demetri after I asked them, “who’s your doctor?” Their beautiful results is what convinced me to go to him. BEST decision I ever made! Dr. Demetri is a miracle worker. Ive had a few procedures done here from my lips, chin, to my under eyes, and some botox as well! It has helped my confidence so much!
