In need if a deep tissue massage I found their online scheduling very easy to use. The staff was extremely friendly and made getting in and out easy and relaxing. Just needs to be easier to see from the street as I had driven by it in the past and had never noticed it!

Please no children in the Spa / Salon is a good policy. As a mom myself, I must say I do enjoy the no children policy at the salon/spa. There are very few times when I'm without my children, but in a Spa/Salon is one of them. I've come there to relax and unwind and would prefer to do so in relative quiet. No one can guarantee their children's best behavior. For the woman who are upset - take time for yourself too. You'll appreciate the children much more when you return home.

Similar experience as the other negative reviews with the front desk girls having an attitude. It was really unfortunate because it seems like a nice place. My treatment was advertised as 2 hours but I was in and out in of the building in an hour and a half so that bothered me. They gave me a gift card to go back and give it another try but I'm not in a big hurry to do so.

I had an appointment with Vanessa to fix what I had done to my hair previously. For her to fix it, the appointment was about 6 hours long and she was extremely patient with me. Not to mention my hair came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their hair done, especially if getting your hair done makes you nervous! Happy to say I have found a salon I love!

I got my first ever Deva Curl haircut and Amanda worked curl by curl per the Deva Curl system. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Deva Curl method and gave me the best haircut I have received in years! The salon itself had new decor, was clean and very well-staffed. Definitely give this place a try. Google Maps sends you to the street after the sign for the salon so just be careful when approaching the street on the right!

My first time at Innovations, the front receptionists are so welcoming and kind. Salon is very clean and nicely styled. AND I got the BEST Deva Cut from Derek, a Deva Cut and curl Master. This was my first Deva Cut. I Never knew my curly hair could look so great! Derek shared so many tips as to how to care for my curls so they are shapely and soft and not frizzy for when I do my hair myself. Thank you Derek for all the knowledge you shared. My curls look great and are so easy for me to take care of.

Asked if they did massage therapy. Said they had to schedule a massage to get a consultation. I kept trying to get some sort of consultation but really got nothing. They didn't even spend much time on the problem area. No direction on how things are done either. This is the first time I was there and the young gentleman that gave me my massage didn't even let me know what I was supposed to do when he left the room. I felt the whole thing very unprofessional.

I was so blown away by the sheer rudeness of the front desk person that I feel compelled to write a review. I made an appointment to have my hair cut. When the front desk lady saw that I had my 2 children with me she was very rude and had a terrible attitude towards me. She said it was against policy to allow children under 12 to wait. When I told her I did it all the time, that they were well behaved and would watch a movie on my iPad while they waited for me she kept saying "I find that hard to believe" like I was lying about them being well behaved, or maybe she couldn't believe that other salons would be more accommodating and allow me to have my children with me. She said "I find that hard to believe" at least 3 times. So it's their policy, fine. If she had not been rude to me and looked at my children like were 2 piles of dog poop I would not be writing this right now. Innovations I suggest you train your staff on customer service and how to talk to and treat people. If she had handled the situation differently, and spoken to me in a different manner, I probably would have walked out of there with a re-scheduled appointment for when my husband could have watched our children. However, due to the way I was spoken to and treated I will never step foot in there again.

I have been going to Innovations for facials and massage for many years and have always found everyone on the staff to be friendly and accomodating. Jackie at the front desk has always been very accomodating getting me scheduled, Lauren does a great facial and Marcia has always given me great massages. I would recommend Innovations to anyone wanting excellent service.

My wife had given me a gift card for an 80-minute extended deep tissue massage, which I used yesterday. All the staff were friendly and helpful and my massage therapist, Marcia, did a wonderful job. She worked on all of my knots, making me feel more relaxed, such that I was standing up much straighter and feeling more relaxed and loose than when I came in. The Biofreeze near my neck and trapezius muscles was a helpful end to the session because I don't have the discomfort this AM that I would have expected from such a massage.

My classic massage was a gift from my daughter and it was everything I expected. Relaxing and awesome are just some of the words to describe my experience. I even received a few suggestions to help my body (i.e. leg cramps - soak in epsom salts, stretching for tight muscles). Very much appreciated. Thanks to Janine for a wonderful massage.

I adore their facials. It is such a relaxing place to unwind and receive knowledgeable treatment. I suffered with cystic acne before I made an appointment here, and with the help of my facialist, she taught me what I was doing wrong with my skin type. You can choose a personalized facial, and after filling out a form, she will know how to assist from there. I find my skin a lot brighter, clearer and softer afterwards.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I left Innovations embarrassed, angry and in tears after being denied service (Hair cut) because I had my 4mo sleeping infant son with me. Apparently they have a policy not allowing children under 12 in the hair salon. I was not aware of this, the staff member said it is stated on there website which I later checked and could not find on website. They offered to reschedule but I can't bring myself to be a patron of an establishment that alienates mothers with young children. I am appalled and disappointed.

I will never step foot into Innovations again. While booking the appointment, I specifically told the receptionist I would do a week day appointment because my 2 older children would be in daycare and I would only need to bring my youngest, who is 8 weeks old (because he is nursing). Not once during this conversation was I informed that babies are not welcome. Upon arrival, I was rudely informed that I am not allowed to bring a baby and that if it was more than a consult I would have to leave. I would like to point out my son was sleeping, not making a peep. During this visit I felt very belittled because I am a nursing mom. I will never return to this establishment for the embarrassment I felt during that small amount of time I spent there.

A coworker highly recommended this place too me as I was complaining about sore muscles. I was a little unsure about going because I'm not a "spa" type of guy. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was very warm and inviting with a very friendly staff that created me at the door. My massage therapist was Chad. I was very very pleased with his level of professionalism and skill during my 80 minute massage. It was so much more than I was expecting. I felt so much better afterwards. I was skeptical on whether or not it would actually help but 3 days later I still feel great. I rebooked with him in 2 weeks.

I get my hair done by Lauren at Innovations, she does a fabulous job!! I have never had so many compliments on my hair color ever. I went from blonde to red and she did a wonderful job. Lauren takes her time with the consultation every time I go in. I moved to New Hampshire about 2 years ago, tried another salon that was more expensive and gave me a terrible haircut. Very happy with the service I have received:)

Service is terrible. Always have to wait at check in and leaving. Reception picks up the phone right in front of me so to NOT let them wait. Really! Rule number 1 in customer service. Take care of the customer standing in front of you. Then the phone. She then spent 7 minutes on the phone explaining the service, cost and dates available. Not Good. Bye bye!

The staff was very polite, but I can't help but feel I was rushed towards the end. I paid a lot of money for a color, highlights and a cut. By hour 3, with other clients coming in, I was finally ready for the infamous Deva cut.... except it was nothing like the YouTube videos I watched and I didn't have that WOW feeling afterwards. Not to mention the up charges for extras I didn't plan on.... I don't think I can afford to go back. : (

Jess and Lauren are both amazing for waxing. Jess has some how managed to tame my crazy eyebrows and now I only see her and Lauren! Although I have never been to the salon I can say that everyone is very nice and welcoming in the spa upstairs. The changing rooms are always clean and stocked with toiletries. The people working the front desk always do their best to get you in and out and rescheduled for your next appointment as quickly as possible. I also purchase all of my hair care products here since they have a point system which gives you a discount.
