This is absolutely a world-class spa in the middle of New Hampshire. While everyone has a bad day at work once in a while, I have never experienced any of the staff at Flueresh having one. The products they use are second to none and the ambiance is extremely warm and inviting. Anyone who posts experiencing poor service I would urge to bring it up at the time, in the spa. I cannot fathom that Kimberly and staff would not bend over backwards to rectify any shortcomings.

I got a deep tissue massage and although the massage itself was decent (not the best I've had nor the worst) the massage therapist was awful. She talked mainly about herself and her divorce. It was extremely frustrating because she continued to rant about her ex husband for most of the hour massage. I am not a confrontational person so I did not say anything I just let her speak but it felt extremely unprofessional. I will not be going back that is for sure.

I've been seeing Kimberly for massages since 2013 and have seen all the transitions they have gone through and must say that I'm impressed with each of them. Over the years, Kimberly has become very busy and in the past two years I have had the opportunity to experience a handful of other therapists. While they do all have different styles, each one has been quite great! Recently, I have been rotating between Heather and Darcie. Heather is able to really zone in and "fix" my issues, while Darcie is an amazing flow, but still delivers awesome pressure. I've also been having facials with Ambar and following a regiment at home. The improvements have been noticeable. My daughter also sees Ambar for facials and Alycia for massages which have reduced the quantity and intensity of her migraines. I recommend everyone I know to this place. They never disappoint!

If what you are looking for is a comfortable, judgment-free spa environment, you have found it at Fleuresh. I have seen this small business grow from a thought in to the beautiful facility it is now. Honestly, I’ve been so impressed, I have since become a member and have been coming twice a month for over a year. Prior to becoming a member, I bounced around from spa to spa and I always left feeling a little yucky for one reason or another. The ladies at Fleuresh have made me feel like family, and that is something I have never felt anywhere else. Kim Gagnon is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced: she caters to my every need on the table, and works with me to obtain the relief and relaxation level that I need at every single visit. And since she runs the place, she only hires people that share that mindset and philosophy. You would do yourself a disservice to go to any other spa.... pick Fleuresh and get the best!

I went to Fleuresh for a 1 hour deep tissue massage, my appointment was scheduled for 4:15pm. I showed up early as requested by staff and was not greeted or met by anyone until almost 4:30pm. My therapist was incredibly polite and courteous, unfortunately the actual massage was quite disappointing. I didn’t even receive a deep tissue massage. My therapist spent most of the time sitting down in a rolling chair and basically just rubbed lotion and oil on my skin. I was in desperate need for some deep tissue work and ended up paying $90.00 for a lackluster massage. I most definitely won’t be going back.

I visit Fleuresh twice per month for a deep tissue massage. The atmosphere is very tranquil and soothing. They greet you with a smile and familiarity and offer you a water it tea. I exclusively see a massage therapist named Miley. I've always needed extremely deep tissue. However, I discovered something better. Less deep, but far more precise and targeted pressure. I will not be using anyone elses services, except for Miley. If you are looking for an excellent experience and a great staff, come to Fleuresh. Just don't take my time slot.

I have been going to Fleuresh for 5 years. The staff has always been upbeat and helpful, willing to answer my questions and help me feel as comfortable as possible. The spa always feels calm and comfortable with many service and product offerings. I always feel welcome and appreciated. I get a massage monthly and always feel the improvement in my stress levels, muscle stiffness, and general wellbeing. Kimberly has been my primary masseuse and has always been professional, helpful, and respectful. She has consistently offered advice on how to improve my health and destress my muscles, particularly with the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Her positive attitude and sense of humor helped me become comfortable with recieving massages and always brightens my day. She constantly strives to improve her skills and knowledge. I always look forward to her work. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I was so nervous to come here, but the shop is really cute and quiet and smells good. I had Ambar do my wax and she is so nice and welcoming, and funny. The wax barely hurt at all compared to where I normally get it done where it KILLS. I’m coming here for good now, totally worth it.

I’ve gone to Fleuresh for massage and facials, but yesterday I had the BEST experience. After struggling with hormonal acne for months, on a whim I decided to book a clarifying facial. I was lucky enough to get in that day and be scheduled with Ambar. After hearing my concerns she recommended a different facial that included a peel, which is really what I wanted. During the facial she described results she had seen and explained the steps she was taking and the products she was using. While the peel did its magic, I was treated to a neck/shoulder massage. The peel made it so the extractions were easy; Ambar was able to remove a problem that I’d been dealing with for months. Today, I can already see a difference. The acne that had been painful, under the skin and persistent, is now drying up and getting smaller. I am obsessed! I can’t recommend this enough if you are having hormonal acne issues, don’t wait!!

Recently, a friend of mine introduced me to Fleuresh and it was such an overall amazing experience! Being a previous owner in the spa industry, I feel like I am more critical than the average person going into salon and spas, and that being said, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. The staff are very attentive, down to earth, friendly and are very passionate at what they do . The atmosphere is calm, clean & serene. Definitely puts you at ease, and in a relaxed state of mind as soon as you walk through the doors. I am a huge advocate for animals and eco friendly products, so I absolutely love the fact that they use top of the line cruelty free and eco conscious products. For services, I received a facial and pedi from Marissa that was hands down the best I have ever had. There isn't enough words to describe how incredible Marissa is at what she does. I made sure I booked my next appointment with her before I left. I can't wait to go back!!

Fleuresh has earned my business for the past few years because every treatment is personalized for me and my needs. I always request Kim Gagnon because we identify my problem areas together before she begins my massage. She then focuses her treatment on those areas, instead of the seemingly “routine” total body massages I used to settle for at franchise spas. I also experienced my first facial at Fleuresh, which was incredibly calming and made my skin look and feel amazing! No matter the treatment, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, which is why I always recommend Fleuresh to anyone looking for exceptional spa services!

I have been experiencing migraines for many years. I have visited headache clinics ,chiropractors,acupuncturists and many Doctors, with no positive results. After meeting with Kim and setting up a plan using different massage techniques, my migraines have subsided by st least 75 % ,which is amazing. Both Flueresh locations are very soothing and relaxing environments. All staff members I have met have been courteous, professional and always positive and smiling. I have seen Kim more then anyone and highly recommend her,she is excellant at what she does, and you will leave ,refreshed ,relaxed, and ready for the world! I cannot say enough about this place.

Their staff are all so talented and they really listen to you and assess your personal needs for a massage. You even get access to their lovely sauna and shower after your massage. I have been going to Kimberly Gagnon for years to get much needed deep tissue massages. I had been previously disappointed when searching for a deep tissue therapist, who would turn out to give light, jerky and ineffective massages. Kim is not only a conscientious, incredibly hard working business owner but hands-down the best therapist I have ever gone to. She has used cupping, elbows, forearms... Whatever it takes to reduce the knots and all in a slow steady motion that reduces painful spikes. She is mindful about any breathing changes asking if I am still comfortable. My response is usually that I'm experiencing 'pleasurable pain' which anyone seeking deep tissue will understand. For the few people who feel they had a bad experience, I'm certain if you inform Kim, she will more than make up for it. Her first concern has always been for her clients.

I got recommended to fleurish via a friend, and I have to say it was a hands-down best massage experience I've ever had in my life! I don't think I've ever been and a massage facility where everyone cared so much about what they did. Their demeanor was extremely pleasant from start to finish, and the facilities were top-notch. I'm somebody who's pretty conscious about carbon footprint, and cruelty-free products. I was very pleasant to find out almost everything they use there is conscious of both of those things! I was able to get there early based on a suggestion from Kimberly my masseuse, and they had a wonderful sauna and rain shower that I could use before the massage that really put me in a good place! Kimberly's massage was incredibly intuitive.she knew the perfect amount of pressure without me having to say anything. She's extremely receptive to any feedback I gave her, and left me feeling a hundred times better. Her attitude was really passionate and caring, and she even made a couple great suggestions for some other products and services other places! I couldn't leave without booking another date with them, and I'm so happy that I finally found place I feel comfortable, and can trust. I highly recommend everybody try them out for themselves! You won't be disappointed

As the business owner, her attention to customer service is exceptional and makes the whole experience very relaxing. Our appointment was at 11 for a couples massage. We were told the day before on the phone (by the owner) to show up at 10:30 to use the sauna. We show up at 10:25 and the door is locked with nobody in sight. We knocked and called the number only to be immediately transferred to a voicemail. We left a message and sat in our car right in front of the door in the parking lot. No call back and we sat there for 30+ minutes until all the sudden everyone started emerging from the back. Very annoying to sit there and feel like the place isn't even open and their hours say open 10 to 4. We literally almost left. My wife really wanted to enjoy the sauna before hand, clearly that didn't happen. I find it extremely unprofessional to ignore the door and just lock out any upcoming customers arriving for their appointment until you're done with current clients. Someone working the front seems a little necessary here. I was shocked to see how many employees were actually inside the whole time while we were sitting in our car locked out. Then there's the massage, specifically mine. My wife was happy with her massage, which is great. Mine felt completely amateur. Erratic movement, poking and pinching and not too mention a nail that needed trimming that was constantly scratching me. She left my arms hanging off the table so long that I was losing circulation to my hands. I felt like there was no real techniques used on me to release tension, knots, or simply relax me at all. Literally squeezing my neck with two fingers like any normal person would. Her movements were jumping around all over the place so much that I couldn't figure out the intent of really anything going on. She just seemed lost and inexperienced. I've had lots of massages over the years and I find them necessary to keep me comfortable with my work. If my person actually is a licensed therapist, I would be surprised because it felt extremely unprofessional across the board. I was never even asked once if the pressure was ok, and when we came out of our room the therapists weren't even there to make sure we were happy...never seen that before today. Usually we are handed a glass of water and talked to for a minute. Nope, not here.... your glass of water is left at the front counter where you check out, ha. At least I assumed that was our water because nobody actually gave it to us. Quite the way of saying get the hell out, I find that rude and impersonal. I'm sure there is talent scattered in this establishment, but I certainly didn't see it. I was surprised because this place has been there for a while. We left tips simply out of respect. But, we will absolutely not be returning.
