Shirl is sweet with strong hands! Very knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does! Shirl has created her own scented lotions that really help you slip into a deeper, more relaxing massage. I love going here!!!!

I would recommend Shirl for a massage for anyone. She tapers the massage to what you need. It is not a cookie cutter, one style fits all massage. If one spot needs deep tissue and another area needs something different, she accomadates that as she comes across different problems areas. It can be a little hard to fit an appt into your weekly schedule as she has limited times available, but if you can make it work, it is worth it.
