The quality of care from the front desk to the doctor is absolutely outstanding! The entire staff is very understanding and knowledgable. They took my concerns and the fact that I was in a lot of pain very seriously right at my first phone call all the way up to how to resolve my problem. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Don’t plan on ever getting a response back from anyone here it’s been over a week and still haven’t heard back from my efforts to get in touch with them about simply getting a different prescription.

this was my first visit to the center,Dr. Mendese and asistant sunny were very pleasant caring and informative.i was there for mohs surgery.the entire staff was very pleasant and the facility clean and modern.my appointment was right on time and the procedure went very well with the doctor explaining every step to me.I left there very impressed that the doctor spent plenty of time going over the proper care in the following days.

Terrible experience, would not recommend at all. If you have insurance, make sure you get to see and actual MD. We never got to see the actual Doctor, it seems that they have an assistant that knows it all. She loves to listen to herself talk, does not want to hear anything from the patient as she knows everything from first glance. Just a bad experience overall, she consistently flip flopped with her answers to the problem.

Supposed to see Dr. Campbell, but wound up seeing an assistant..not a good visit.

This office was so amazing!!! I had warts on my fingers for about five years. My regular family practice had not been able to minimize them at all. This doctor did not give up. She tried everything and kept working at it till they were gone! And just in time for my wedding. I am so grateful for this office and the staff. I no longer am embarrassed to shake people's hands.

Went here to get s specific spot on my arm looked at. My family has a history of skin cancer and prior to moving I had a great doctor who listened to my history and would go for checks every so often. I was looking for something similar when I tried here. The doctor showed no interest in my history, maybe spent 2 minutes looking at my skin, and barely looked at the spot I was concerned about. I left feeling like I completely wasted my time and money.

Facials are a little pricy but great! Staff is knowledgeable and the spa is clean and calming.

Just had the BEST pedicure of my life, not even exaggerating. I had the pleasure of having Ana be my technician today for my first visit to Skin Health Medi Spa. I’ve had other pedicures at nail salons but none were as personal as the one I got here. Ana is so friendly and we had some pretty vigorating conversations over the 1.5 hours I spent there. She is one of the main reasons I will be returning. There is no judgement against other salons, but a lot of places don’t have fluent English speakers, which often makes it awkward to converse with the employees. Ana and I had a lot in common so talking didn’t seem forced. Such a wonderful person, such a wonderful environment (very clean, attentive staff, comefortable salon), such a wonderful experience. The $50 pedicure was well worth it.

They won't schedule an appointment unless they get a $50 deposit upfront...even for an established patient. Not only is that terrible customer service, but it clearly shows its all about the money and they sure don't trust their customer base. I also had an appt for a service I had a consultation on several months before only to arrive and find out they don't provide that service and haven't for some time ... a screw up on many levels --- from the PA who gave the consulation, to the service rep who scheduled it, to the office mgr who asked if I was interested in scheduling another procedure (and I don't think she was joking). Such a waste of my time --not to mention having taken time off from work for it.

I got 15 units of Dysport for touch up on my crown feet but when I checked out, got charged for 45 units instead of 15. When I asked they said 1 unit of Botox=3 unit Dysport. So she did 15 unit of Dysport, she would charge me 45 unit. Is that make sense to anyone here? Make sure you check on the cost before you decided to get it.

They told me Medicaid would pay for all services needed and I continue to get billed. This is immensely stressful and borderline harassment - I spent 1/2 hr on phone to resolve after first bill and still getting bills.

Nasty unscrupulous people. All they care about is money they don't care about people . I would recommend any place but this place.look at all the bad reviews this place sucks all they care about is money. Place is run buy nasty undesirable lowlifes Because I didn't have the $250 my insurance company owed them they threw a $3000 syringe away of my medicine because they're scumbags.

Wanted to post my feelings about this clinic. I read the previous reviews regarding issues with the providers, wait times, and other issues that people have had. I understand it's much more common to write a negative review than a positive review, but I has such a wonderful experience at this clinic I felt it was my duty to share. Around the beginning of 2016, I had noticed that there was a new mole that appeared on my arm. I tried scheduling an appointment, but it took several months to be seen; this was an inconvenience, but I understand that I was a new patient and the new physician that worked there had many patients to see and many new patients waiting to be seen. Around April of 2016 my appointment came about. I was greeted by the front desk staff, filled out about 10 minutes worth of paperwork of previous medical history and symptoms I was experiencing today. After returning the paperwork to the front desk staff I was promptly escorted to an exam room by a medical assistant. The medical assistant reviewed my previous and current medications, asked me if I had a flu shot, and asked me what my main purpose for this visit was. I explained that there was a new mole on my arm that I would like to have checked out. She told me that the doctor would be in to see me momentarily. After about 10 minutes the doctor came in the room. She greeted me very politely and she had a young man with her who was holding then iPad, documenting the visit. She listened to everything I said and then took out this small black tool that shined a light onto my new mole. She looked through the magnifying portion of the black tool and told me that this was nothing to be worried about and it was not dangerous. She told me what it was (of which I can't remember the name) and then continued scanning the rest of my exposed skin. She found several other moles (all were not dangerous) and then told me about moisturization for my New England Dry Winter Skin. The visit was very prompt yet incredibly thorough. I can't quite put into words the CLARITY I had after hearing from a trained professional that this mole was not dangerous. She advised I come back in for yearly skin checks and I definitely will be doing so. I scheduled my appointment for the following April and the front desk staff would call me to remind me when that date approaches. 10/10 : Great Experience, Very Thorough, and All Questions Answered.

I went here because they said the Dr. would remove some moles. The cost they said would be between $150-$350 depending on how many she removed. I see the Dr. for 5 minutes or less and she says she won't remove any of the moles because it's cosmetic. Then I go to the check out $215. I even thought there was a mistake, so they go ask the Dr. Nope $215. Talk about a total rip off. How do you go from $150-$350 for a whole procedure to $215 for absolutely nothing?

I saw Elaine Bryn, NP and she was very outgoing and friendly. She went over the pros and cons of the procedure I had done and was honest with me about what to expect. I would highly recommend her!

I have been to this office previously with no issues but recently needed to make an appointment for a spot on my face. They would not book the appointment for 2 months out because i would not have my new insurance information for another 2 weeks. If i was a self pay they would have scheduled an appointment which makes absolutely no sense to me! I told them i am a busy person and they needed to book it now or I would go elsewhere, which I did. Northeast Dermatology had no problem booking my appointment.

Definitely not a costumer service oriented place. Charged me for an office visit and sent me a bill in the mail when I had to remind my doctor to refill my prescription when I went in for an IPL treatment Because she’d forgotten. When I called and said I was confused I always pay my copays before I’m seen I don’t know where this came from, it took billing a while to figure it out because as stated, I never booked an office visit I was just being charged for one. I was charged for the 30 seconds it took for me to tell my doctor she hadn’t refilled my prescription (again). Going to go somewhere where I don’t have to constantly remind my doctor to do what she says she will when I actually do have office visits. I’m going to try Northeast and hope they treat their patients better.

I took my staff to have pedicures after Christmas as a thank you for all their hard work through the holidays. (Yes I know I'm a bit late with this) :) Booking an appointment was a breeze. They were able to get all four of us in for pedicures at the same time so that we could gab and get pampered. It was awesome. Skin Health Medi Spa is also connected with Dermatology And Skin Health, so they offer treatments that you won't find in just any day spa. The staff is professional and super friendly. I'll definitely be using Skin Health in Dover, NH for myself and for my staff again.

office was rude when I called to make an appointment- will go somewhere else!

Very professional and genuinely care about your situation .

I received extremely poor Customer Service & made multiple calls regarding situation. And two weeks later, I still don’t have my prescription, as the staff never processed authorization via the my medical insurance. I would not recommend this business.

Went in for a MOHS procedure close to my nose and eye, the spot was 2.5MM after waiting over an 1/2 hour the DR came in, in about 4 minutes numbed my face and removed a large area of skin..not how a MOHS is done! came back said he got it all.. Of course you did you took over an inch of tissue with it . Have large scar, hope it heals better than it looks. Billed for the delicate MOHS.. What a joke!

My pediatrician's office referred me to this Dermatological office to make an appointment for my son. They promptly sent a referral and said to give Dermatology skin Health a call if I didn't hear from them for an appointment. I didn't hear from them so I called them. The woman who answered the phone was not at all nice and seemed annoyed have to answer a call. After putting me on hold for several minutes she came back and never confirmed whether or not they received the referral and asked for all of my information. Interestingly she asked for my insurance provider twice, leading me to believe that if I gave the wrong information I might have been told I could not be a patient there. After taking all my information she informed me that there was at least a three-month wait for an appointment. I told her thank you but I would find somewhere else to go.
