So for my daughters spa day, they over charged my by $200, the following Monday they did refund that, but I spoke to them about my skin. So the facial I got, turned my face an ugly brownish. They sent me a "barrier cream" and said hope its gets better, while during my facial the steam machine broke, in my face... I'd think for 400 bucks I'd walk away with more. At least my daughter enjoyed herself

I went this past Saturday for a facial and a massage. Let’s start with the good- Debbie gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and I was able to fully relax. Unfortunately, my facial was not the same. I started with an eyebrow wax- I told her to keep the shape and just clean up the brow- she practically removed my eyebrow. Legit came out with Christina Aguilera eyebrows circa 2003. The entire time she kept trying to sell me products and talked to my about my skincare- I am a skincare junkie. I take extremely good care of my skin and am constantly doing research. I legit just wanted to relax- I don’t want to be sold a products for 1.5 hours. Even the facial itself was blah. The manager looked at my eyes brows, offered to tint them, and took it off my total. I declined the tint but I am horrified at my eyebrows. I had to go buy a $70 serum in hopes I can get them to come back in the same. I don’t think I’ll be coming back which is a disappointment because it used to be my favorite place to treat myself. But the services aren’t that great. I’ve had a few and for the prices I’m not wowed anymore.

I have been going to Bella Viaggio for a few years now. My schedule is very tight and it's difficult for me to schedule the appointments weeks in advance, so the last time I called to make an appointment with my regular hair dresser (whom I really liked), he wasn't available and they recommended a new stylist, so I reluctantly accepted the appointment offered. When I got to the appointment, I met my new hair dresser, Aja. She was very friendly, and, yes, the minute she put her hands in my hair, I could tell she knew what she was doing. Her style is innovative and she takes the time to do things the way you want it. She worked in NYC for many years and you can see she brings new, edgy ideas to the mix. I was so happy with my hair; just came back from my second appointment with her. Aja is very talented; I hope she sticks around at Bella Viaggio. I can't afford going to New York to get my hair done! ;-)

This salon is absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk in! The front desk staff was so friendly. I came here for an eyelash perm and tint with Kristen and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. The end result was amazing and I will definitely be back in to do it again. If you're looking to get pampered at an affordable price, this is the place to go.

Would give them a 0/5 if possible. Asked for a gradual ombre (Im brunette); I left with streaky highlights and PURPLE in my hair. They told me they wouldnt refund so I had to go in again. Second time I left with blonde all over and PURPLE on both sides of my hair. Complained and only got some of my money back because "the haircut was fine". My hair is destroyed, I didnt get a full refund so now I cant use that money to go to another place to get it fixed, and the hairdresser was rude. HORRIBLE SERVICE, NOT WORTH IT.

I have tried several places from Salem NH to Nashua NH and everywhere in between. Bella is the CLEANEST and most comfortable. I have had several different services, facials, a variety of massages, pedicures, manicures, hair cut, back facial, body scrub and it all has been great. The staff is very friendly and always making sure your visit is the best it can be. Making appointments is very easy and they have a variety of times. Pricing is very reasonable and some of the services were less than their competitor's.

If you want a great spa service then this is the place to go. Facials, massages, body wraps, ear coning, all great. If nails or hair is your thing though I’d go elsewhere. Despite a few visits to the salon where I had multiple things done the nails have consistently disappointed. I’ve either had the nail finish itself turn out poorly or the supposed “gel” manicure chip after less then 48 hours. When I’ve gone to local Asian nail salons my gel mani will last 3 weeks and look perfect minus the grow out. I recently, February 24th had my nails done at 2:30pm on a Sunday. By Tuesday, February 26th before 2:30 pm my nails were already chipped. I was so disappointed and frustrated as I was going away and did. It have time to go back and get them fixed. Also, as far as pedicures go, what is included as there basic pedicure is honestly monkore then a polish change includes some basic nail grooming and painting at a hefty price. As far as hair. I had it blown out once and it was awful. Frizzy and not soft at all. I honestly can do so much better at home, but I was there for a spa day so figured what the hell. Stick to the spa services only! Giving it a 2 out of 3 because the cost of such basic salon treatments and the severe lack of quality is not acceptable.
