Recently purchased a hot tub and had a very good experience. The sales person Nate seemed knowledgable and answered all our questions perfect. The delivery was painless and the delivery guys were also very nice and helpful with all my questions. I then called with in my first month to have a maintenance person come out and check to make sure I was doing everything correct. He (I think his name was Dan). Again was knowledgeable and professional. I have the ACE system and enjoy it. Thanks Allen Pools And Spas.

In April 2019, my husband and I ordered a new hot tub from Allen Pools & Spas. We worked with Chris Levesh, a really great guy. The big day finally came, our new hot tub arrived. The technicians from Allen's did a fantastic job installing it and explaining everything to my husband. As good as things were, they didn't last. Unfortunately, our new tub had a leak. I contacted Chris and was put in touch with the service/maintenance crew. The service technician came and gave us the bad news, it was a manufacturers defect and he could not repair it. The folks at Allen's were very nice, providing a loaner tub while we waited for our new tub. We, once again, went to see Chris Levesh about a new hot tub...having decided the first one really wasn't quite what we wanted. The one we chose was a bit more money, but we really didn't want to spend any more. Chris advocated for us to receive the replacement tub at no additional charge. Last week, August 9th, our new and much improved hot tub arrived. We absolutely love it. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from Allen Pools & Spas in the future. I am very impressed with their customer service and dedication to "making it right" and customer satisfaction. Everyone we talked to, Chris Levesh (salesman), the service technicians, the installers, and Meghan (the delivery scheduler) was pleasant, considerate and helpful.

Took delivery of a new hot tub and the whole purchasing experience was top notch. Delivery was on time and the men who delivered were very professional and they knew their jobs. Our tub was set up as expected. Once getting them settled in were very comfortable leaving them access to our home while we were not there. This is the 2nd hot tub that we have purchased from Allen Pools and Spas!

Where exactly is your "service area"? We live 25 min (17.4mi) from your location in Lebanon we heard about. Guess were out of luck My wife and I looked at pools on their website so we asked for pricing online, no answer for a week and then requested again. We were then told they "no longer sell above ground pools" and "only endless pool system" but still werent given any prices. I had to look online to find these start at $17000...yikes! We made it clear we cant spend that and asked if theres another company that does still sell them, but were given the name a place thats been closed for years after scamming customers. Is this a joke? If we can find a pool, we'll be going elsewhere for anything we need.

14 years ago I purchased a 7 person hot tub. My three sons and I spent many hours star gazing, bird-watching,, laughing and connecting. Over the years, any repair service has just been excellent. The boys nowvisit, partly due to that hot tub. On January 2, the tub was pronounced dead by Dan, who did his very best at resuscitation. The very sympathetic gal in repair gave me a big discount on that service call. Wow. The same day, my first granddaughter was born and my new guy had just given me a bottle of pink champagne. What to do? I headed to White River Junction and met Nate. We talked a bit, I set my eyes on a beauty for 2 Wellspring TX perfect grey exterior, pearl interior. PERFECT. Nate and I talked financing and he made me two more incentive offers. A few hoops for the finance and set at 0% interest for 6 years . WTH? I contacted my electrician and the scheduling was set. 2 feet of snow comes off the roof, turns to 4 feet of a hurdle. Megan in scheduling and I are now friends. Rain turns it all to ice. Megan and I agree to talk at 7:45. On a crisp Jan 31, the delivery crew decides to roll. -10 when I went outside to shovel. The sun shown and the guys arrived and could not have been more pleasant and more willing to work with a can do attitude. It was a disaster that they handled with smiles. But, I did my part too. Well sanded working area, hoses at the ready etc. That night at 5:05, I cracked that champagne and finally toasted the sunset to my new granddaughter. I can't wait to show her the stars. Allen pools and spas have given me the best possible experience and I thank them. They are #1 and I urge everyone to head to the new showroom in Lebanon this spring. You'll never regret it.

He knows the products well; helps you make the best choice; makes sure installation is done timely and correctly; and then spends time with you to make sure you understand how to use your purchase.
