A letter! So my nail tech is explaining what is going on, and is rightfully upset, but still calmly explaining why she is having a hard time focusing. The manager didn't seem to enjoy overhearing how unprofessional the business wa because she then threatens to call the cops for her "throwing things". Now I am in the room while this is all happening and it is just a fantastical lie.

It took us a while to get an actual appointment, but the massage was well worth the wait! The place is small but the staff was very friendly, our therapists amazing at what they do. I would recommend the couple's 45min massage (skip the champagne and cheese). We will definitely come back!

OWNER STOLE $78 FROM ME !!!! I bought 2 groupons for massages. One for myself and one for my friend. Scheduled an appt for August 22nd. Receive a call from the owner someone online had booked and she couldn't get a hold of that person so she wanted to reschedule ME!! ..Fine. August 29th at 2PM. I arrive at 1:40PM to fill out paperwork. And by 2:15PM I was still not being seen. So I left. Go to call Groupon to complain and this nasty b*tch redeemed the groupons totalling $78 when I didn't even receive a massage. I am now going to small claims court. DO NOT GO HERE !!!

DON'T GO THERE,I paid $450 for 2 packages for mother's day, I don't think Jane Larson has an idea of what manicure,pedicure and facials are.My Mom decided that she just wanted pedicure and facial because this woman looked so nervous and confused.My nails looks terrible lol,we're heading somewhere else to get it done. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Worst Place , Staff is so rude specially the owner Jacques He think he can treat any one like Trash being in this business They charged me for what din't ask for. I never asked for certain stuff they did it without even asking me and handed bill in my hand at the end. I was totally shocked. Owners Jacques was absolutely Rude. Never go back and never recommend this place to any one

Cute little spa with a homey feel. Not particularly handicap friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Zach. Go for the membership! Super cheap for what you get - 1hr massage OR facial monthly for only $49!

Oh my gosh, the hot towels! So nice! Great massage, clean, easy parking, and friendly service. Only draw backs are the road noise and the therapist smelled a little bit of smoke when she got really close.

My boyfriend and I went not long ago. Super friendly and nice people. Very welcoming atmosphere. They have a variety of choices; nails, hair, massage etc. Both of us liked it, my boyfriend even fell asleep, but when we got done I wasn't expecting him to say " I prefer your massage". All in all, we both had a blast. That champagne though. Wish they would serve more ;)

My boyfriend and had the couples massage. I had Veronica and he had Adriane they were both super wonderful. They are very friendly and just awesome. We had an amazing experience. I do recommend to go here. We will be coming back.

Got a massage gift certificate for xmas. Called and only weekend openings were 6+ weeks out, then they cancelled that two weeks before it, saying the person quit who I was to see. Then impossible to get them to answer the phone to reschedule. Via email, they said I could get a mid-week, mid day appt in 6-7 weeks. Asked for a refund at that point.

Facial with Jane. Cute spa with a warm and welcoming Staff. Jane was very enjoyable to talk with and knowledgeable about the products she used. She took the time to explain the anatomy of the skin and was attentive to my personal needs. Warm, cozy bed and wonderful hand and arm massage to top it off. I made a another appointment upon leaving, can’t wait to come back!

So based on reviews I decided to get a massage here. For starters I was booked about 4 months out. The day right before my massage it was cancelled and I was left with a voicemail that said they would call me back with another appointment as soon as they could find an available spot. I ended up having to call them and left 2 messages before they called me back, because no one ever answers the phone. Finally I got booked again for a Saturday at 9 am. When I get there the door was locked and I sat outside knocking for about 5 - 10 minutes and called a few times only to get to voicemail as usual. They finally came down and realized the door was locked and apologized. I went up to and fill out my form and was met with my therapist who clearly was ON SOMETHING because she was acting weird and kept ODDING OFF. It took her her about 30 mins to review a few lines on my info sheet and then she finally took me into the room. She was so out of it that she couldnt even think about what she wanted to aske me for questions. Then when she started massaging me, AGAIN she kept dozing off!? I literally had to talk to her the entire time because if not she'd doze off again. Also, everytime I'd say to lighten up the pressure, she'd say sorry lighten it up for a moment and then massage me just as hard as before. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I called the manager right after the massage and she said she'd have someone call to book me for a free massage on them with someone else by Tuesday. Oh, and it seemed like she was bothered when I told her that she was dozing off, the manager replied with "well we drug test during the hiring process." Ok, well obviously you missed this one. I haven't recieved a call for anything by the way. I dont think I'll go back, first and last time.

AMAZING! My partner and I went for a couples massage with Zach and Adrienne and it was such a wonderful experience. They were both so talented and knowledgable. I have already booked another appointment to go back. The staff were all very welcoming and so kind to us. I can't speak more highly of this place!!!

My boyfriend bought me a massage through Groupon and I had to book my appointment out close to 3 months in advance. This is the only reason I couldn't give a five star review because otherwise my experience was fantastic! I received a courtesy reminder call the week before, and was also called about 2hrs before my appointment time to let me know they were running about 10 minutes behind, so I planned accordingly. My masseuse, Sara, was very nice, made conversation with me and made sure I was very comfortable! She addressed my problem areas, and discussed pressure, heat, etc. Very very thorough, and she did an AMAZING JOB!! I felt exactly how you should feel after an invigorating massage! Left with a cold bottle of water and info on a monthly membership!

I took a deal to this place in Groupon for couples massage. Left them couple voice messages to book an appointment. They didn’t call me back. I even sent them an email as a secondary option but they haven’t responded. I was very disappointed and now cancelled the order. I’m not going there again! Very unresponsive.

Zack was great. Very professional and kind. He paid attention to the areas that needed to be worked out while also being careful of my spine from a sensitive incision from surgery. My only complaint here is 1: It took a long time to get this appointment. 2: I could not have anticipated snow falling this week back when I made the appointment. I was concerned earlier this week when I found out about the snow being so close to my appointment. However, they still sent me an email to confirm, the day before, which I did. I made every effort to get there in a timely manner because A) I had never been here before. B) I had no idea how slow the commute would be due to the bad weather the night before C) I was sure I would have some sort of informational page out along with payment. However, when I arrived, they were not yet open. It was freezing outside. I called, but no answer. I walked to the back where the salon was and asked if they were open upstairs and if it was common for the door to be locked. The nice man in the Salon said someone was upstairs because their car(s) could be found in the back lot. I double checked with google and confirmed the hours of opening was 10am. So at that point, it was about 11:30. I went back to stand at the front door, as I had no where else to go, and continued to wait in the cold. Finally, someone unlocked the door but didn't inform me. They had to have seen me standing there. (There were snow blowers running so it would make sense why I wouldn't have heard the door unlock) So, 10 minutes to my appointment, I tried the door again and it opened. (This was after I called 3 times with no answer) I went upstairs to be greeted by Melissa. I asked what time do they open and she said usually 10 but they opened late today. I explained I had been waited outside for quite a while in the cold. NO REACTION. She just said here's your form. She didn't apologize for any inconvenience. It was a tough luck attitude. She was just not pleasant at all. So by then I had to rush through my paperwork just to make my appointment in time. At least when I met with Zack, I explained what happened and at least HE apologized for the inconvenience. I cannot stress this enough. If you decide to open late for whatever reason, it means a LOT to your clients to inform them of a change of opening. If I could make it on time, you should have also. Find a way to inform your clients if you plan on opening late so we can plan accordingly.

Just had an hour massage with Monique and I’m very impressed with her skill. I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m also very pleased that they were able to accommodate my contact and fragrance allergies by using coconut oil instead of massage cream; I’ve had trouble with that at other places. *Physical accessibility* This is located on the second floor and they have a chair lift for people who can’t manage the stairs (like me on some days). Nice! The front door does have two steps and no railing, though. There’s a wheelchair ramp to the side door which opens straight into the hair salon on the first floor; that might be an option when the salon is open.

I got gifted a 60-minute hot stone massage groupon for my birthday but I didn’t have an opportunity to be able to rate the actual services because they never answered the phone. I left multiple messages and a hen I did finally spoke to someone they told me they are booking massages TWO MONTHS OUT!! How does that help me now! Tried booking online and that was just as difficult. Needless to say got the groupon refunded and booked a same day appointment for 60-minute massage elsewhere.
