Going to be very honest here and say both positive and negative. This was my first time to try this salon. Positives: they serve margaritas and Lisa did a good job with my shellac. Just had it done so time will tell. Negatives: Tony did pedicure and I paid extra for the deluxe. There wasn't anything special about it. Everything felt rushed and barely any massage. Not impressed at all. Lisa did eyebrows. Wasn't very impressed. But here's the kicker!: Someone named Tina (employee) came in and they said she does facials. I asked and she said she could do one. I could have done a better facial. The lotions were getting in my eyes and hair. At some point my face started itching. THEN at the end she put a mask on my face. Well.... the stuff from the mask again was in my eyes, hair, ears, etc. After 15 mins of being left unattended, I got up, took off the mask, and used the sink to wash everything off my face. I walked out to find her working on someone's nails!!!!!!! What the heck?!!!! U don't just leave someone during a facial. I have had MANY facials and never experienced anything like this. And of course was charged full price. I didn't argue. Just paid and left. Just moved to the island....guess I am off to try another salon. Ridiculous.

I should have known when I entered the establishment based on the dated decor that this experience would be lacking. The Lady who did my toes did a fair job. However, my nail experience was horrible. The nail tech tried to over file my nails and when I mentioned to her that I didnt want the electric file used, she got an attitude......several times. I receive SNS every few weeks at my normal place in Pflugerville so I know the process very well. Needless to say, I decided not have her finish my nails. In addition, they have low quality products. All the "SNS" polish was an off brand. Save your money go somewhere else.

This was my first time ever going to a nail salon and it was on a whim that I chose to go here. They were really quick in attending me even though I was just a walk-in. I was so highly impressed. They didn't have exactly what I wanted to do but they made my first full set look so pretty. My nail tech took her time and was very focused on getting the shape correct. I love it here definitely recommend. The place is really clean and it has a calm atmosphere. Pricing is also pretty decent compared to other places. Overall, I was very happy!

I can't speak about nails...but I will say that my wife has literally tried every single nail salon in Bristol, and she will ONLY go to U.S. Nails. I go there for maintenance pedicures since pedis are cheaper than doctor visits to get toenails cut out. The staff is super nice, and they are always really good to us. We just witnessed some ghetto rich (it's tax refund time) rhinoceros of a woman start running her mouth to other customers about "you better watch them, they'll mess your nails up if you don't watch closely". The staff kept calm and took good care of her, despite her rude ignorance. These folks are awesome, and I will go nowhere else.

Is there a lower rating than 1? Seriously, someone just stoled $400 from my husbands wallet. He dropped it inside the salon and wasn't aware. We told the staff, who didnt care. The owner, Sam, totally unconcerned. And no camera's so no help there. Oh and did I mention they charged me anyway. So thanks US Nails for being low class and providing horrible customer service.

SCAM ALERT, PLEASE DONT GO HERE. These people are the WORST. and they will STEAL from you. First of all the did a horrendous job on my wife's nails mani and pedi. Then they told her it would be 55 dollars. Took the card and swiped it for 75 dollars. When my wife asked why they did that, they lady just shrugged and said sorry. They will not refund the money and will not fix her nails. When I called they just hang up.

When I first moved to the Cedar Park area, I tried about 4-5 different nail salons. When I walked into US Nails and Spa, I immediately noticed how clean it was and the staff had the warmest welcome. They made sure I was taken care of and hydrated. (Offered water and/or wine) I felt like a princess! I have been going to US Nails and Spa now for over 7 months and have never left unhappy with any of the nail techs or service. Tee, the owner, is amazing and super sweet! She always ensures each client is happy and takes a genuine interest in getting to know her clients. I have grown to love that I now know some of the clients (now friends) because of US Nails and Spa! Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

They don’t use sanitary practices. The lady wanted to use a gross and used file on my nails. I asked her to get a new one. Then when time to cut nails she pulled the nail clippers out of an unsantized bag and sprayed liquid on it. When I asked if it had been sanitized she would not look at me and said yes. I got up and left.

DO NOT USE SERVICES FOR EYELASH EXTENSION FILLS OR FULL SET!!!! Buyer beware! Went in on vacation for an eyelash extension refill, as the actual Lash Studios in town were booked. My gosh, she began to apply the lashes while my eyes were open!!!!! She actually said to keep eyes open???? She did not use the standard adhesive lash tape to tape down; she did not clean the my lashes or prep lashes. The tweezers she attempted to apply the lashes with were dirty just laying on the counter!!! She obviously was grossly untrained. I would not suggest ever getting eyelash extensions from this establishment please!!! I paid for her time but I ran away as quickly as possible!!! Literallly!!!

I went in and the lady immediately started working on me and was rushing putting my acrylics on and when she was barley putting them on people were coming in to get eyebrows done and she left me and did at least 3 people’s eyebrows with me just sitting there. After 30 minutes!!! Some other guy did my nails and he did a poorly job painting my nails. This place has bad customer service don’t go there!! I left like 3 hours later!!!! For my nails to not even look good.

I am 44. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16. I've be to a bunch of salons. And this salon is one of the best ones I have ever been to. The girl who does my nails takes her time. Checks to see that they are all the same shape and size. She's amazing. Also the first time I went in, I was offered a bottle of water. That literally has not happened to me before. I will never go to another salon. This is my new nail place from now on.

The worst place to get your nails done. I went in for a full set and it was not worth my $25. It was a waste of time. I Don't know her name but my nails were not cleaned up meaning she did not push back my cuticles and clip them and she said it was because I got a full set not a manicure which with any new full set i have gotten back home and nail shops on the north side they have always cleaned my nails up also my nails had streaks you could see and my nails not polished all the way. I did not even tip her and i asked the guy if he could redue my nail that was messed up that she did not fix and he told me to go ask the same woman again and walked away. They have the worst customer service and I will never spend any of my money here again.

I waited 25 minutes to get a 21 minute long pedicure that was probably one of the least enjoyable and most rushed pedicures of my life. I had powder on my nails and they tried making me soak off like they were gel when I said I needed a fill. Then they begrudgingly sat me down at a table alone for 15 minutes. The lady told me they couldn’t do ombré (which is what I had on my nails at the time) I said I don’t want ombré I want a fill and then to be painted with polish or shellac. Then she told me I couldn’t use the color I wanted either. when I asked how much longer it would be until someone came to do my nails I got “20 minutes.” I left and went somewhere nearby to get my nails done. They were able to give me a fill and paint my nails the color I asked for and there were zero issues. Rude staff here who acted like I was a nuisance and delivered poor service with bad attitudes.

Went in for a refill and to have a 3d bow put on my fingers the guy doing them brought out ugly neutral ones so instead I choose butterfly's he put one going one way and the other going the other way and laughed when I showed him the next day the butterfly's popped off I went back and the fix job looks 3 times worse then the original and the lady who fixed them left me before I could bring it to her attention I will never go back to them again nothing but ripoffs

I got a $30 gel manicure and am on my way to another place to get them redone. The woman really cut my cuticle and I bled a lot. She did not use the anti-microbial solution and started painting the gel base on there. When I asked her if she had (as a reminder because I knew she hadn't), she lied directly to my face. she adamantly asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I had to tell her no three times. as the last kick in the pants, when massaging my arm at the end she used an oil in a bottle labeled "callus remover". Needless to say, I would not recommend their facility to anybody but the State Health Inspector.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy who did my nails was fast, but he was very rough. I let him know he was hurting me, and he continued to go on like nothing. After he was finished I let him know I wasn’t happy with my nails. There were air bubbles in almost every one of my nails and as soon as I let him know, he proceeds to tell me “that happens sometimes”. I also left with Cut cuticles and 3 bleeding fingers. I’m more upset over the fact that he was careless and got angry with me when I told him I wasn’t happy with my nails. Overall, I don’t recommend coming here.

We made an appointment over the phone but upon arrival nobody knew about our reservation and we had to wait 30 mins. We did not mind the wait. The staff was nice and salon was clean. We had a basic mani and pedi but both my husband and I left disappointed. Both our ladies were very rough, massage was painful, they brushed our nails hard with some harsh brush and we both got infection into our toe nails. I cannot recommend their services.

I have tried this place many many times I go with friends and everything. I went yesterday and ended up getting a toe infection from dirty equipment. The lady who did my toes did them fast and was rough and kept looking like she was irritated with me. And then I got a manicure and 7 out of 10 fingers are numb and bleeding as I’m typing. The lady on her phone kept tearing my cuticles now they hurt when I do anything. This place is getting so bad. And while my friend was in the chair the lady decided to help 4 other people do nails and eye brows while she waited for her nails. What should have been an hour was three and I walked out disappointed

The one star is solely for the setting. I just paid $45 for a color powder set that I will have to be redone. The color looks dense on some areas of my nails and almost transparent in other parts. The shape is awful! Im visiting for a conference and I just wanna kick myself for being impulsive and stopping in.

I walked in they said what you need. I said a shellac manicure. They said nothing. I go and sit down 20 minutes later still haven't said anything. I said can I look at some colors for shellac manicure. They point to them. I go get them and pick my color. Wait about 10 more minutes and then they tell me to sit in a different chair. I wait 10 more minutes in that chair. Then finally a lady comes over to do my nails doesn't speak to me the entire time and leaves dust on my nails and puts the shellac on top. Lucy has been doing my mani/pedi' s for years. Today, She was out of town. Another gentleman was doing my pedicure and told my 8 year old he could sit in the chair next to us and even turned on the massage for him. The "manager" came over about 30 minutes later and very rudely made him move. I told her the gentleman said he could sit there and she retorted, "im the manager". There were plenty of pedicure stations open with no customers waiting. I will never return. If you can't be kind to a child I'm not giving you my money.

I went for my first time today for a full set. I usually go to another place, but I was getting work done at Firestone nearby, so I figured while my car is being tended to, I’d get my nails done. There were only 2 customers in, getting pedicures, no one getting nails done. That should have been my first clue. Started getting a full set, ... then, when asked how i wanted them shaped, I said ‘coffin’, very basic. She informed me that they charge for trim/file! Who the heck EVER walks out of a nail salon with full talon nails?! It took 1 hour and 45 minutes! My nails look like i had them done at the Jersey Shore. The top of my finger nails are wider than my fingers!

I was in this nail salon on September 2nd and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Rude and disinterested employees, questionable cleanliness and management that couldn't care less. I asked for a french manicure and a basic pedi and received the minimum services and absolutely NO interest. I could have been dead. The water was cool in the basin and the white on my nails was smeared. When I mentioned it the male tech acted like he didn't understand me. I'm not sure the instruments were even clean. He took them out of an open package and put them back into it after he used them on me, and then returned them to his kit. When I wanted to leave, I needed a little assistance and every employee there looked at me like I was interrupting them. I will NEVER go back. If I could give ZERO stars, I would

Came in asked for a fill w gel for 2 people, owner said she could take us asap . But wait... We had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our nails started. Through out getting them filled the owner continuously ignored my questions and their nail polish isnt the color they say it is. It is now the next day and my index finger nail is already coming off , I came back in to get it fixed. I shower the owner how my nail is peeling off from one corner to the other and she just wanted to fill UNDERNEATH my real nail with glue and cut the nail ... when she really was supposed to take her time and remove the nail and redo it. Even the owner cant do anything right dont go here. Save your money!!! Also bad quality products and very ugly attitude.

I had the most unreal experience here and felt compelled to share what happened. I came in to change my shellac color and the polish on my toenails. A man came to do my toenails and snapped at me as I picked out my color (apparently I took too long?). He later dumped me onto another fellow who did the shellac on my nails. The job initially looked fine, but when I got home a few minutes later I noticed that the gel was already starting to peel off! So I went back. Another manicurist (a lady this time) began to work on my nails. Instead to removing the shellac and starting over, she began to add more coats of polish on top of it. It looked even worse!! I told her that I didn't like it, and after telling me that she "didn't have time for this," dumped me on yet another manicurist. This lady was the nicest and most patient person I had had all day. While she's doing my nails, an argument erupts between 4 manicurists! One of them goes to the back and comes out wielding a knife!! Chaos ensues, customers run out, and there is a struggle to restrain the woman with the knife. What on earth kind of business is this! Do not go to this salon!! If not because of the rude employees, do it for your safety.

First I don’t like being pressured to buy a more expensive pedicure. Second the 50 minute pedicure lasted 36 minutes from the first drop of water to finishing the polish. Third my daughter 55 minute pedicure was 42 minutes. The acrylic nail doesn’t cover the side of some of my nails. I will not be back. Felt very rushed. My daughter fingers have some cuts.

This place was so bad, he didn't properly clean things. He was more interested in the football game, super rude. My nails were ugly, the top coat turned brown so I had to redo them bc it looked like my nails were dirty.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! We were leaving for a cruise and they got my toes painted and fixed the shellac on my nails in under 15 minutes. Very relaxing and nice people. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The owner is very friendly, fast, and does a great job. The staff, not so much. When the owner is not there, they don’t pay any attention to you, just talk to each other the whole time. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had (not from owner). I asked for glue to be put on a split nail & was ignored several times. Polish came off in a few days.

Had my nails done here 3 times. Every time very sloppy work. Tips are put on crooked and always too big for my nail. Gel is put on too wide and onto my finger which makes nails pop off in less than a week. Didnt ask me how long, just took off snipping them off. Never again would I go back. Worst looking nails ive ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this salon to nobody.
