This Spa is Superior to Wynn in that it has a decent size indoor pool that you can actually swim across and has little seats within that pool with jets. If you like saunas, I have always found this one a bit weak. The steam room is more effective here IMO. This spa turns things up a notch with amazing personal rain showers and light therapy. There is a separate lounge with fireplaces that I dozed comfortably on a cozy chair and wasn’t disturbed. Inside the spa, the lounge chairs are curved and heated. They also provide cool towels with cucumbers. It’s a lovely Spa!

I got an oxygen facial and it was the greatest investment on my trip. My skin was gleaming for weeks. The lady who gave my facial informed me of what I needed to do to keep my skin glowing. The spa itself is gorgeous and breathtaking. I was in complete peace and relaxation. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to my next visit.

I am traveling to las vegas this weekend for a "babymoon" with my husband and staying at the Encore Tower. I attempted to make spa appointments for the encore spa but the only service they would schedule a pregnant person for was a 50 minute prenatal massage. Even the Bodhi massage, which includes some energy work and color therapy, and even the foot massage was not allowable "for liability purposes." While it is totally normal for spas and therapists to take safety precautions (such as body positioning-- preferring side lying positions or utilizing special pillows to remove pressure from the abdomen-- or avoiding some types of aromatherapy or avoiding heated saunas and hot tubs), it is not normal for spas to have such blanket policies against services for pregnant people. I am especially disappointed since part of the reason I decided to stay at Encore was because I had heard amazing things about the spa. I found their policies to be discriminatory against pregnant people and completely out of touch with scientific reasoning. As a physician, I know that massage and energy work are not only safe for pregnant people, but actually encouraged. As someone who frequents spas in Austin and also consistently during travel, I was completely shocked by these policies. I would expect a five star spa to accommodate all guests, especially when it is as simple as having some extra pillows or massaging a client lying on her side.

Am I still in Vegas? As soon as I stepped into the Spa at Encore, I felt as if I was transported to another world! The team that does the interior decoration, chooses the incense, and picked out the feng shui placement throughout the spa deserves 10 stars. The Wynn and Encore are not only my favorite hotels in Vegas (not just because I got married at the Wynn, hehe), but their spas are also my favorites. However, out of the two hotel spas, The Spa at Encore takes the crown. The prices are higher than other hotel spas, but everything at the Wynn and Encore are usually more inflated than others which is something you should keep it mind. The amenities are amazing (guava juice is on point!)! The spa attendants are friendly and accommodating and you're given a tour before your service. Additionally, you'll also have in and out privilege for the day with your service. I received a hydrafacial by Dallas and she was amazing from start to finish. I felt so relaxed during my experience and my skin felt so refreshed afterward! I'm a firm believer in treating yourself to at least one thing whenever you're on vacation and you're definitely treated like royalty here!

It was amazing spa, just was disappointed that’s I can’t enjoy the view - long corridor at the pics like Moroccan style with a peacock! So weird - I was guest at the hotel- was enjoy spa and can t go this area assistant told me... so I need to do massage or treatment for go to see that area... for me it is weird and disrespectful... I wish all guests can enjoy all view and the main room at the picture too.

This is the most beautiful spa I have ever been to. My massage therapist Trisha was fantastic. We enjoyed a couples massage and wished we could’ve spent the entire day here. What a beautiful place.

I was gifted a 100 minute custom massage for my birthday. The experience was magical. The attendants are helpful, they show you the entire spa area. In addition they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Plenty of room to relax, the pools are very inviting. The actual message is beyond this world. You are many times asked if the pressure is good and are you okay. Plenty of beverages and relaxing music. Everyone should do the custom massage once in their lives. More if you can.

Viva Las Vegas! When you need a break from Ramsey’s steak or a cocktail from The Chandelier Bar at the Cosmo, swing by The Spa at Encore for a perfectly relaxing day. It’s stunningly designed offering many services. In February of 2019, I went with a seaweed wrap and relaxed all through their spa. It was absolute perfection.

I just posted this on Yelp but Im so disappointed and wanted to share here too: The only reason Im giving this 2 stars is because the massages were nice and the therapists were good. We were really trying to talk to managers to fix our concerns with our experience and ultimately, we're leaving disappointed and feel like the spa at encore truly put a damper on our Valentines Day. When my boyfriend booked our couples retreat he made sure to ask and find out more about us spending Valentines together. He travels a lot so it was important to us to be able to have the day off to enjoy our day together. Ive been looking forward to today all week and left with complete frustration and frankly, I am sad. I was so excited to have our massage and use the facilities together as we came under the impression on the website and after being told that we'd spend time together. At no point until AFTER our massage were we told the facilities were not coed and we wouldn't have an option to be together. What? We had just spent $870 MINUS gratuity the for therapists and attendants just to get a massage together and spend the rest of the day apart? This couldn't be real. We expressed that this wasn't fair and they offered 20% off our service: great, so SOME of the gratuity was taken care of but we're still spending over $870 for 2 massages and having to decide what we'd do for the rest of the day. What a horrible experience. I felt so uncomfortable telling my boyfriend who had just spent that kind of money that I didn't want to be there because we couldn't be together. It was wrong out of principle. We then spoke to the assistant manager because surely this couldn't be fair. We were clearly unhappy. She gave us two day passes to go to the Wynn spa where we could spend the day together in a coed facility. We were excited for them to have made it right. Shortly thereafter we asked her for more details and she proceeded to tell us that JUST THE ATRIUM WITH FOOD was coed- NOT THE WATER FACILITIES. So there was literally nothing we can do together, just paying for another massage service or waiting in the room. Sorry but if you're going to go to a spa on the strip- just go to the Aria. Their facilities might not all be coed but at least you can do some things together except wait and eat a snack with your partner. I dont care how much you have to blow, what's wrong is wrong and this was not communicated and completely unfair. I hope a couple reads this and knows what they're signing up for. At the very least COMMUNICATE with your guests that they cant be together or make it right. One of the managers even told us this happens often so clearly it is a miscommunication on their end. So disappointed. I had hoped for a better Valentines Day.

Beautiful Spa. We traveled to Las Vegas and searched online to find one to "Wow" my daughter who I was treating for her 21st birthday. My daughter had never been to a spa and was wowed. I was a bit disappointed in that I was misinformed on a few things; I was lead to believe that we could spend the day, go to the pool, have lunch there, etc. When I asked while there they told me "Its for hotel guests only". Also we were not able to enjoy a lunch in the spa area. So after our treatments and relaxing in the sauna, steam, etc. we dressed, left and went to lunch elsewhere. Since I had been to different spas this was a bit disappointing in this aspect, however if I was staying as a hotel guest and had FULL use of ALL the amenities it may have been a 5 star from me. But all in all a very beautiful spa.

My daughter sustained chemical burns to her face when the esthetician ignored her statements that the products were hurting. Management was informed right away but we were still charged for the facial. A week later we were told an investigation was done and “nothing could be done” and esthetician “wasn’t at fault”. I am a physician and I beg to differ!! My daughter was in pain and had to be treated for her burns. Go to the Bellagio instead!!

(Translated by Google) The price is expensive but very satisfying spa. You will need to add oil therapy to your deep tissue massage for $ 210, plus 20% of the tip tips to the masseuse's tip. But I think it's not a waste to get a really relaxing and satisfying massage. Before a massage shower after enjoying the whirlpool Jacuzzi rest sipping tea with a massage guiding company search go out with me again, but she said the car did enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi before the deadline to drink after the massage. You can enjoy fruits and nuts to your heart's content. For reference, you may or may not have a swimsuit.

Always amazing. The foot surrender really is nice. I wouldn't say relaxing, but defentitly benifential. Ha. The amenities are next level. I usually take advantage of them every morning while in Vegas. A great way to start your day! Plus you can return throughout the day till eight.

I was gifted an 80-minute massage at the Encore Spa. The facilities were nice, though not the nicest spa I've ever been to. The massage itself was very nice, but I kept thinking the oil felt too hot. I figured since I am a cold person, it must be the difference in temperature. The next morning, I realized I had burns on multiple places on my body. I immediately called the Spa to alert them, making it clear I wanted to be sure this didn't happen to anyone else. A bit later, a security guard (not anyone form the spa) called me and took a report. I kept telling him that this is not the direction I wanted to take. He said that is how they do it, and in a day, a manager would call me. That never happened, and I finally emailed them, along with pictures of the burns. After another 24 hours, I finally got a call from someone who proceeded to tell me that it must have been an allergic reaction because they always check the oil and "thankfully" the massage therapist had no burns himself. The manager told me that they always check the oil on their wrist before applying. Okay, let's be honest here, we all know he/she does NOT check literally every single time they add oil to your body. I kept telling hi that my skin had the changes of a burn, where an allergic reaction would be a hive or rash, and as the pictures showed, that was not the case. He refused to admit that it was a burn, and in fact, refused to apologize for the incident. The only thing he actually apologized for was not getting back to me via phone when they first promised me they would. First off, this was handled as a cover-your-bum case, and all they had to do was treat me like a person, not a potential legal case. Secondly, the fact the spa refused to even admit anything happened and tried to blame it on an allergic reaction was ridiculous. No reduction in price was ever offered. Avoid this spa or you are taking a risk, because if something happens, they will not admit fault in any manner, inspite of medical proof.

Nothing comes close to this spa and I've been to spas around the world. This place comes equipped with a full cycle you can follow from 10 jet showers to waterfalls then to a huge steam room followed by a sauna. After that you go to a cool tub and from there you go to the oversized jucuzzi (pool). Once you finish there you end up at an ice bath that leaves you feeling AMAZING! To end this extravagant experience theres large hot rock seats that you wrap your entire body in towels throw cucumbers over your eyes and melt away into oblivion. You leave this place floating on air and all for 40 bucks!!

Great spa and fitness center. Looking for affordable access to spa amenities? Buy a personal training session, one if the most affordable options on the spa menu. I had a great session with Kokou. Challenging and professional workout, he offered a great workout with plenty of modification. The fitness area features a sort of snack bar with coconut water and other post-workout treats. However, you can save yourself some cash with access to snacks and herbal tea in the relaxing spa afterward.

When in Vegas... the best spa experience you can have. This Moroccan Themed Spa is opulent, and the most relaxing experience in vegas. Definitely worth every penny!
