Clean, very attentive staff, and the expected amenities plus some. There isn't a a coed area if you're expecting to be able to relax with a mixed gender group but this wasn't an issue on my visit. The area is private and well stocked with towels, fresh fruit, and drinks. There are two jacuzzi tubs, a steam room, and a dry sauna. The waiting area is relaxing and comfortable. If you need to get ready after your spa day, there are fully stocked showers and toiletries to help you. The prices are no more than you'd expect from a large hotel/casino spa, and not overly lavish, but definitely worth a trip.

Very pleasant surprise at the ass end of LV Blvd. Reasonable non - guest fee, clean facility, helpful staff. Good size steam, unique "drop" cold water spigot for cold plunge. Worth the drive.

My nail technician Rhi has recently moved to Spa Mio at the M from her previous location. The spa setting at the M is just gorgeous! And Rhi herself does just an outstanding job especially for someone like me who is new to mani-pedis.

Great massage and great facials. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FEES. Was charged $108 for service fees my my daughter and I. So charged $475 for 4 services. I dont think I would have tipped according to services not almost 30 per person. RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. It is a beautiful facility not 500 worth. I am a local sure wasnt treated like one for the price.

Don't come here!!!! I booked facials and massages for myself and a girlfriend for her birthday. I left time in between for facility use and for lunch, with our first appointment at 10:00 am and our last at 3:00 pm. The facilities here are terrible!! It has an airport feeling of having no where to sit or feel comfortable because there's just no room. We tried to move our latter appointment up so that we could still enjoy but we're told by Reyna that it couldn't be done. We asked if we could go get a drink in the casino and was told that we couldn't consume any alcohol before our services. Finally after standing around for bit because there was literally no where to sit, we asked to just cancel our last appointments. They were very apologetic at that point and wanted to try and keep us there. We were then told that we could've gone out for a drink... or moved our appointments up! Once we told them the attendants name Reyna who gave us the false information they even commented that this wasn't the first time Reyna had done this. I wouldn't recommend this spa at all! I've visited most spas in Vegas and this was the worst experience I've ever had. The 2 stars I gave were simply for the Estheticians which did a wonderful job otherwise I would've give ZERO! If your looking for a relaxing day and to de-stress don't try and do it here! Choose somewhere else!

I don’t know why people are saying the staff is helpful !!! Maybe the rudest people I have come across in a spa !!! They don’t want to help you they are always upset about something .. the front desk is the face of a Comany well boy did they get that wrong no one is nice or happy that your there they all can’t wait till you leave so they can go home .. seems to me that they all hate there jobs !! I highly don’t recommend this place your suppose to go a spa to relax not stress if that’s what u want is to stress more then spa mio is that place

Great spa. The people are very nice, the facilities are beautiful, but a but limited in the amount of amenities. Overall a favorite, though of the spas for locals in Vegas!

Throughly enjoyed the relaxation massage, facial, and energy balancing.. the steam room is a bonus. Very tranquil atmosphere for anyone who works excessively needing a release.
