I had a great relaxing time! Everyone was great from the host, to the locker room dudes, to the masuse. I found the salt cave to be silly but the juice I was offered was great! Next trip back to Vegas I know where I'm going to relax!

I went to Linq Spa for a haircut & blow out & I love my new style . Tara Wellington ,was my hairstylist in N.J. for 10 + years & while visiting my son ,who is a resident ,I took opportunity to go see her .

I went in for a pedicure and I probably wouldn’t return. The woman who did my pedicure was super super nice, but the pedicure itself was definitely not worth the $70 I spent. My toenails weren’t cut, my cuticles were barely cut, and the polish started chipping that day. I actually ended up getting another pedicure the next day at Planet Hollywood and it was 100% better. Based on this alone, I most likely will not be returning for any services at the spa at the Linq.

Meh. Check in was disorganized and it felt like the guy didnt know what was going on. I was then told to wait at top of ramp to be escorted to the "relaxation " room. It was not relaxing as there were many people coming in and out and slamming the fridge door and talking loudly. I went for an acrylic fill which is around 50$. I had acrylic nails and gel colour polish on. What wasn't mentioned was that there is a 20-25$ fee to soak off gel colour that is on there and then there is an additional 20$ to apply gel polish. Add on prices at every turn . they were kind enough to wave the fee to remove the gel colour I had on because the front desk didnt tell me the colour had to soak off. It just made no sense to me that the 50$ was literally for acrylic fill with no prep and no colour. Who gets just plain acrylic? The nail tech was pleasant and wanted me to have a nice experience and the nails looked nice. Unfortunately she got me with the dremel a couple times and caused bleeding and kept getting my skin with the file and kept saying I had a lot of skin around my nails. I have never had that problem. I know it is a fancier place than the typical vietnamese conveyor belt nail places that I am use to but for 20$ I would normally get the gel removed, fill done, and gel polish, and then some cuticle oil. I went here and spent the extra money to feel pampered for once and it was disappointing.

This is one of two spas I have been too on the strip. There is some lacking professionalism here. I got the couple's package. My girlfriend was taken in 30 minutes prior to me. I was left in the waiting area because their staff never communicated to the service staff on the male side that I was waiting. So while my girlfriend enjoyed the spa and showers before our massage, I just sat in the waiting area. Also, apparently they make you sign some list or papers. The guy in front of me complained so none of us had to sign it. That's just..... Weird? Apparently no other spa has this but I don't know. The slippers I was provided was sticky. Felt like massage oil? Who knows. Hopefully they wash those thoroughly because I really wouldn't like somebodies foot fungus. The massage service was great and I tipped them alot more. But the service before and after the massage needs some work.

Quiet waiting area with granola and water. My massage was a little disappointing because I specifically requested lighter pressure but he kept wanting to dig in to tight muscles. Tried the salt cave afterwards but couldn't stay long as we felt our sinuses were drying out. The check-in person was really friendly!

The pool was very small. Its a lounge with water. Don't expect to be able to swim in it

The fitness center was good with new equipment. Only 6 or 7 treadmills but had no problem getting on one.

Everything seemed clean. The decor was similar to the rest of the hotel - modern. The intake process was a little bit confusing - they check you in and have you wait with others until a person comes to get you and process the queued persons together as one big group (even if you are strangers). It would have been nice for the intake to have been more personalized. The sitting/relaxing area where you can lounge/read was just OK. The refreshments were minimal: tea, juice, water & soda only (there was no coffee & only black tea). There was nothing edible whatsoever. The partitions between the lounge chairs were nice, but the chairs were hard and not very comfortable. The Himalayan salt cave was unnocupied the entire 3 hours I was there, but I was told it was not available due to being booked (I asked multiple times). There is a single whirlpool & steam room that are located in the same room. The noise here carries significantly, so any chatty kathy in the whirlpool will be amplified. There were no cold cucumber towels when I was there. If I stayed at this hotel again, I would likely utilize spa services from another hotel due to the experiences being better for the same price point.

One of the smaller spas for CET properties, but also one of the nicest. Love the salt cave. Always friendly staff.

Extremely overpriced. I went for a 50 min deep tissue massage and it was $150. I was told to come in 30 minutes early and did so, after waiting about 5 or more minutes another woman walked in and was helped before me... for the massage I had said that I wanted my back focused on as I was in pain there due to a lasting injury. The massage therapist did my back then proceeded to my legs, arms, shoulders, etc. He also did a scalp massage which got oil in my hair. There was no focus on my back at all. The massage left me in more pain than I arrived in as it was not done properly and I was covered in oil from my scalp down.. I left very angry and in tears

This place is completely top notch!!!! It is worth the money. Michael showed me around. The amenities included were spectacular and after the amazing Himalayan salt session my wife and I had an awesome couple's massage. Everyone and everything was perfect. I will never forget it!

I like the dark vibe but could use more like a sauna, and more lounge space

The steam room is the best thing I've ever experienced in a spa! My massage was on point and I felt sooo pampered! Worth every penny! Wished I would have lost all my money here instead of at the casino tables!

Staff were chatting in the hallway outside the quiet area about their night and loudly making coffee, slamming the fridge in the quiet area as well. Not a good start to the "relaxing" day I had planned. My Facial was great. My Massage and Body Polish by Joey...not so much. Horrible. He was rushing through it the hole time and sighing like he would rather be anywhere but there. Really a big bummer being as much money I paid for it. The salt room has very uncomfortable Wicker chairs, so that was not the best experience either. I loved the Steam Sauna! It would be nice if they added oils such as eucalyptus to it though. Otherwise spa was clean and decently maintained. All other staff were polite and friendly, but I wouldn't go back after the service I received on the Massage. :-(

Amazing customer service! Massage by Jocelyn was wonderful!

Awesome spa experience- the men’s area is well appointed and relaxing. The massage was outstanding and I’ll definitely return.

Lillian Kruzsely

Wowowow. This was great. I really loved the pedicure, and Tara did a swell job. The salt cave was pretty good also! The only recommendation i will give is to up the privacy a bit. The common sharing areas separated by only a 1/2 curtain is just a touch non-relaxing.

The Kidd Family

Check in was fine. Massage was great. Then it all fall apart. Loud and unaware staff member (specifically Candice) ruined the experience. They had her on a walkie talkie so i could hear the staff having operational conversations and my host, who you're supposed to tip - never showed up again after check in. Instead Candice kept showing up loudly announcing who needed to go where, and rudely slamming things around while she was getting her work done. I think she likely has forgotten that she works in a spa and not a doctors office. After your massage, you are basically herded around like cattle. Will never come here again.

Amazing massage.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Friend & I went in for the same massage. But apparently my friend paid $5 extra dollars for deep tissue, which was what I asked for, but didn’t receive. The lady spent more time tinkering with her stuff & changing the stones than she did massaging me.

The salt cave was wonderful as was the steam room. Rachel was superb in how she treated me as a customer and how she treated her co-workers. It is nice to visit a spa where people treat each other kindly and talk quietly.

Saw Sara a masseuse for a same day apt in hopes to fend off a migraine. She was very knowledgeable & passionate about "medical" massage. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. She managed to prevent a migraine ... Made me a believer! Thanks so much Sara!

The Linq Spa is beautiful and tranquil with many services. I will tailor this review to pain relief. Anyone who needs deep tissue massage for fibromyalgia or other muscle pain should ask for Jody Arnall. She is a physical therapist who will give you relief without causing you pain to get it. She is gentle, yet firm and goes layer by layer to release the muscle spasms. Coupled with your choice of aromatherapy oil, it is a wonderful experience. For not a lot of money, you will feel like a million dollars! I went to her last year and again this year. She is an excellent therapist. It has been my experience that I feel the relief the strongest the day after and it lasts for many days. Tip her well because she deserves it.

The BEST spa in Vegas, guaranteed! Thank you Erik and Goldie for pampering me. It was amazing!

My husband and I each got a day pass to celebrate our honeymoon and both had and incredible experience. The spa provided anything we could need such as bath robes, towels, razors, lotion, q-tips, deodorant, hair spray, toothbrush, hair brush, curling iron, straightening iron, hair dryer, tampons, and shower caps. The relaxation room had a bar with infused water, apples, a Keurig, and water bottles. Our day pass gave us access to the whirlpool and the sauna and both were worth the $25 fee. The spa was hardly occupied and I often had the entire jacuzzi and sauna to myself. You can enter either in a bathing suit or our birthday suit, up to you. TLDR: $25 day pass spa worth every penny. Bring a book to pass the time.

Everyone was nice and smiling and friendly. But my nails turned out horrible, I just got plain, one color shellac nails. The color in uneven, the last layer she put on is uneven. My cuticles were bleeding when I left. It was just a very disappointing experience, especially for $55.

The massage here was excellent, and a great way to end CES! The spa area itself felt very clean, but a bit dark. There's a single-sex hot tub in each of the women's and men's area, where they emphasized that it was clothing optimal. The steam room was darker than I like, so it was hard to see how clean it was, but it felt clean and new. I was surprised that the staff didn't stop one patron from wandering around and talking on his cell phone - that felt quite out of place. Included in the spa package is a Himalayan salt room. The description was confusing. It's a room where they've lined the walls with salt to "detoxify" the skin. They emphasized the importance of removing all my clothing so that my son could detox. When I booked it, they told me I'd be on my own, and then later said that up to three other people could be added. The length of the visit is an hour, and the room is dimly lit. The temperature is comfortable. I declined it since I didn't think I'd be comfortable starting into space for an hour in a room with three other random naked men. They also mentioned that if there's a couple ("or multiple couple, because hey, it's Vegas!") that they will allow co-ed into the room. In fact, one couple took them up on this because they had to clear the hallways in order to allow her to pass. So, I guess I hope they clean the surfaces in there well. I'd go again for the massage and the steam room. The rest felt like an adventure I didn't want to sign up for.
