My husband and I had the time together package and while we did enjoy our massage and facials. I believe $80.00 for gratuity is a bit much considering the package is already over $300 dollars. If I'm already paying good money for a massage I think it's quite unfair to charge $80.00 for gruituity. I work at a spa and we always ask people if they want to add to it. We wont be back and I hate to say that because while we did enjoy it I did not enjoy having to pay an extra $80.00. Not to mention my husband and I were not even put into robes. If I'm paying luxury prices I expect to be treated better. Overall we were both disappointed

Came here celebrating my cousins bachelorette and let me tell you it we had a nice relaxing time with a facial done by Tricia and she gave me what I call and please excuse my term but she gave me a facial orgasm..... so relaxing gave a facial glow so worth my hard money well spend. The facility was clean, Cassandra would come to us if we needed anything. I gave them a 4 star because I really wanted to enjoy the steam room but was out of order. Maybe next time!

Perfect relaxing environment. I recommend the eye mask treatment! They often run deals and coupons. The spa does charge gratuity with your check, therefore you don't have to tip (and are not expected too).

I love this Spa. My first experience was exceptional. Oseya and Kelly were amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind. Service was timely but the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing....no pressure to get in and get out. I am planning my next visit to VEGAS around a full day at this Spa!

Well its a very nice spa great amenities.BUT the jacuzzi bleached my brand new swim suit and the best they could do was have Heather Schulein the manager tell me to complete a police report for the damage done to my swin suit by their jacuzzi. Becareful to complain because they just might call the cops on you. First thing she should have done was to apologize instead iof going through their policy to explain all I had to do to be reimbursed for ruining my swimsuit. What's the saying about all things that glitter ain't gold... don't WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The spa and the people working here are very nice. BUt, I was not impressed with the actual services I received. Both the massage and facial were just average. If you are looking for a place to spend a day in a hot tub, sauna, and relax, then come here for a day pass. But, if you want to get a great massage or facial, mine was just meh.

My husband and I came for NADA and wanted a bit of time to relax from the convention before we left. We booked a couples massage and it was fabulous! Both of our massage therapists were so professional and I had one of the best massages I have ever had! We also had access to the sauna, hot tub and steam room. They also had showers with everything you need. (Shampoo, conditioner etc) We both felt so relaxed and enjoyed our time there.

I received a facial here and it was amazing! It was so good that I fell asleep during the service. I will definitely will be back! There is a relaxation area before you go into the room and it is stocked with snacks, different hot teas and water. They also have a sauna in the back near the restroom. My only disappointment was that there wasn't any locker rooms. However, that doesn't really bother me. They told me I could change in the room or restroom if I wanted to use the sauna afterwards, but I didn't because I was short on time. The girls here are so nice and welcoming. Thank you Serenity Spa! Like I said, I will be back!

Lovely staff and comfortable setting. Luette was great to talk to and the pedicure was so relaxing. My spa experience was needed after walking the strip for days. Next time I will try out their sauna.

My Husband and I went this morning for our anniversary. The Staff was great. My disappointment with this salon is that when we received our ticket turns out they charged a $16 gratuity each so they got over on us $32 and they failed to mention that to us! We were pissed!! How can you charge a gratuity and there's only 2 people?? We are owners and sadly, we will NOT be back!

Enjoyed their hot Himalaya stone massage totally relaxed me out. Had sauna and steam bath. They almost have all the products you need. My therapist was very professional and made sure I had everything I needed. A day well spend.

Average service. Went in for my first ever massage and time at a spa and was not impressed. My partner cold have given me a better massage. I felt as if the masseuse didn't want to touch me. Facility is decent. Lounge had old fruit laying out. Kind of bummed that they made me pay gratuity on top of the Groupon for service that was not good. I asked if I could change the gratuity amount and the lady said no. The customer service was mediocre they weren't too friendly. Waste of time and money. I believe Christy was the masseuse.

Someone stole $200 out of my husband’s wallet while he was getting a massage. They left $35 and and all of his credit cards in his wallet. He put $235 in there to make sure he had enough to cover the difference after using his voucher for sitting through the brutal time share presentation. When he went to pay, there wasn’t even enough to cover the tip. We just got to Vegas, so we only made one other purchase. So all of our money was accounted for. Someone obviously knew the default codes to get into the locker.

Did the Queen for the day spa package and WOW, what a great deal. I started with a massage & Eric did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. Next was my facial by Kellee-this was the BEST facial I have ever received, I was sad when it was over. My skin felt incredible and my acne & redness were significantly reduced. I finished off with a pedicure by Trisha who selected the exact color I described. Overall great experience and will definitely be coming again!

The services were fine but what has really made me mad is 4 months after I visited I was charged $77. They said I received a massage which I did not receive. I have called them 5 times and they told me they would "look into it and call me back" which a week later I have not received a call back and no money has been refunded. Ridiculous lack of concern for a mistake they made.

Can’t wait to book my next appointment! I’m a bigger girl, and I’m VERY self conscious about my body. The staff was amazing, and made me feel so comfortable! I have never felt so relaxed in my life. This was my first massage, and I wasn’t afraid to ask questions. Would definitely go back here

Really disappointed by how I was treated by the front counter person Isabelle maybe Isabella. I was sitting and waiting on my massage for 24 minutes before she came to tell me that my Massage Therapist had called in and I would be refunded and could hang out. Since I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I had to advocate to get some type of spa service as a substitute. It actually took her talking to the manager to have a better attitude about trying to work something out. This was not my first spa experience but it was definitely the worst I've had. I ended up getting a good pedicure and that's why it's 2 stars not 1.

A good friend of mine was recently openly humiliated at the vegas location when, after completing out the medical form honestly and stating that he was indeed HIV positive, he was told the therapist needed to wear gloves to protect himself. This organization needs to educate its staff as to exactly how HIV is transmitted and not react with the same ignorance and fear that we were forced to endure decades ago. Shame on you and just ask yourself how many HIV positive folks you have laid your hands on, sans gloves, when they simply left that part out as they checked in. Better get yourselves tested fellas!!!

I took my wife here for her birthday and had very high expectations because we are time share owners here. We got there and they had us sit down and fill out some paperwork which was expected an is why we got there early but we wasn't offered anything to drink and wasn't offered robes to change into for our massages. All other 4 and 5 star spas we have been to greets you when you come in an offer a drink and then change into a robe before the massage an our other services. An on top of all of it we was charged $80 in gratuity. This was definitely a let down. My wife called to talk to a manager an they told my wife they told her they dont have changing rooms is why they dont do robes but we saw robes haning an told her. Then the story changed that the robes are for sanua use an the manager tried to say we was offered that but they never once offered for us to use the sanua. An they never told us upon booking that gratuity was 20% for services. Its really aggravating when they sit there an lie to you. So if they dont have a changing room an robes then why did she just tell us they have them for the sauna down the hall. We definitely wont be back to the Gatlinburg Serenity spa an wont recommended it either. We have went to other spas in pigeon forge that make sure they're clients an completely comfortable an relaxed an are much better
