The masseuse was very professional and the lavender foot soak was so nice. I am very content with my massage session. I felt like a new person leaving the spa. I found this place through Groupon. I think I got a great massage! But here's a list of things to know... They speak limited English, but enough that there wasn't any confusion or problems. They might be a little presumptuous...they ask you how they did and start with good up to life changing. Each rating is tied to a dollar amount that they then expect as tip. My misuse was very good! But he didn't seem to have the way of doing things as most others I've been to. Just in that he's transitions from one part to the next weren't smooth and relaxing. They would simply end. Lastly, the massage table had a very small hole for the face down position. By the time we were done, my jaw felt pretty tight. Over all, the massage itself is the most important part and was very well done! I was very pleased.

I took my mom to this spa during a short visit to Las Vegas. I had seen they have an awesome groupon deal for a 70-min massage (hot stone) with foot soak for only $45 each! I thought it was too good to be true but it was great! Highly recommend it. I've been to full service luxury spas before and recieved comparable customer and treatment service here. They honor walk-ins but I called the same day for an appointment and they were able to fit in my mom and me. They honored the groupon deal without purchasing it through groupon. Upon arrival the place was very clean. We checked in more than 15 minutes prior. They offered a complimentary beverage and have you fill out a form to indicate what areas of the body you want them to focus on, as well as the level of pressure and amount of oil/product they use on you. I really liked that it was customizable. The treatment rooms are a little small and separated only by a curtain. My masseuse Joe was amazing! Although the massage itself was very relaxing, unfortunately you can hear a lot of shuffling on the other side of the curtain. I would still recommend it and I wish I lived closer because I would go back every week. As an added bonus, I enjoyed that their music playlist had my favorite Yiruma songs. When we were finished, they provided us each with a water bottle and we completed the form we checked in with (the bottom of the form has an area to add gratuity). I felt that they didn't aggressively ask for a tip, which I liked. Overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience! If you want to pamper yourself off the strip in Las Vegas, this is where you could go!

My husband and I got a massage here well we were in Vegas. It was great I bought a Groupon for the couples massage. We left a $25 dollar tip each. I read all the reviews I couldn’t understand why there was a lot of bad ones. We had a great experience! This is our spot to get a massage in Vegas!

Very poor customer service . Massage was good and very calming although PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE TIP PROCESS. They "suggest" a 15$ but if you give less the cashier starts telling you the minimum is 15$ very poor service . We need to keep doing reviews so they could not push you to give a tip . That's why it's called " TIP"

The massage was good. It wasn't tailored to my requests and the gentleman up front was a little rude when my card wasn't working with the chip. The tip is also mandatory, we were yelled at when we tried to tip less than the required $15. They also don't speak very good English so if you need to comunícate something during the massage out of the ordinary it is difficult.

Hate to say it. But it was honestly the worst massage I've ever had. Few things that I found to be different or less relaxing as to what I'm use to ... You are not in your own room. Well i was in a side "room" with a curtain. Very small can hear everything else going on. My massage therapist did not speak english. So communication was not there. She began with head massage. I have never had someone push their thumbs as hard as possible(arms shaking) into both temples at the same time. But that was the most unpleasant feeling ive ever had. The entire head/neck start of the massage was horrible. Not smooth or flowing. Actually painful. I asked if we could move on to my back, as i have a lot of upper back and neck pain. She didnt understand and ran to get someone who did speak english. The owner Sam came. I explained that I was not enjoying this at all and would like to focus on my back since that is my pain. He told me that what i paid for was a full body and required 10 mins on certain areas and 30 mins on my back. I couldnt really understand him, but when he asked if i wanted to upgrade, i said no. I just want what i already paid for, but i would like to move on cause i was not enjoying it So i flipped over and we moved on. It got worse. It felt like she was fresh out of school or something, she was focused on remembering what part to massage and for how long. But wasnt actually feeling my muscles and responding to what i need. She created knots/ rather then working them out. It was so painful i asked her to stop at one point. It was just like she didnt know what she was doing. And she was trying so hard to do it deep tissue or strong pressure, She was shaking. I cant describe the horrible feeling like when she pressed on my temples. Or would grab the back of my skull and pull. It was horrible. When it was over i walked up front to leave a tip, and when the owner Sam asked how it was. I told him it was the worst massage ive ever experienced. And he sent me back in, and had another massage therapist come in and work on my back. The second massage was definitely better, but the damage was already done. My back feels horrible. My neck is tense. And I still cant stop reliving that awful head massage

After reading several reviews on different websites, I decided to give this place a try. It seems from the reviews that either clients love this place (5 stars) or hate it (1 star). I elected the 90 mins Groupon special (90 mins massage for $39). After all is sounds like a great deal (61% off). I was greeted by a friendly guy at the front desk; he didn't speak much English and it took about 5 mins of explaining through sign language that I was there for a massage and had a Groupon voucher. He apologized couple of times and said that he didn't speak English and my response was that it's ok, no worries. After all, I'm just there to get a massage, not to test everyone's language proficiency. I was assigned to a massage Therapist and she took me back to the treatment area. I asked her if she was a licensed massage therapist and her reply was "sorry, no understand". No big issue, we proceeded with the massage and I have to say that she did an OK job, but the problem was that there were two guys standing right next to us and speaking loudly in Chinese the majority of the time. When you enter the treatment area, there is a sign that says: No Cellphones and No talking Loudly. I found out later that the two gentleman actually worked at that location, perhaps they forgot to read the sign and actually follow their own rules. Overall, I give this place 3 stars. This facility is definitely not designed for you to come and relax, especially for a couple's massage/retreat. It is primarily designed for you to get a rubdown. Due to the language barrier, it is also difficult to communicate with the clinician or the front desk. The price is very reasonable, I mean $39 for 90 mins (70 mins of massage and 20 mins of soaking your feet) is hard to beat. I will be back here again, but not for the relaxation that you expect to get in a spa setting.

My boyfriend and I bought a Groupon for a couples massage. My second massage experience and his first. Very friendly staff from the moment we walked in. We were given bottles of water and offered to have a seat while we filled out a standard waiver. After that we were taken to the back were everything was nice, quiet, calm, and dark. We were shown our private room and instructed on what to do next to begin. The massage experience was wonderful. The boyfriend was worked on by a female masseuse and I a male masseuse. We feel both knew just the right pressure to apply on us. The whole experience was peaceful and very relaxing. We walked out relaxed and very satisfied with our experience. Note: as other comments have mentioned, yes they do have a tip suggestion flyer at the front desk but we felt they really did deserve what the chart recommended we give. We did not felt pressured into giving more. On the way out Sam the owner introduced himself to us, shook our hands and thanked us for our business. Overall an A+ experience.

I was on vacation and wanted to get off the strip for a day and get a massage, I agree with the review below me, the room set up was horrible, the woman who did my massage I feel like never has given a massage in her life, they have you read a clipboard during sign in asking you to turn off your cell phone etc, it even said to leave your underwear on which I did. During my massage the woman started to take my underwear off half way down my bum, I even pushed her hand away and said no but it seems she didn’t understand, also during the time of the massage to flip me over she took the blanket completely off me which showed me complete naked to everyone in the room. I’m livid with my experience there and feel completely taken advantage of, also she had the nerve to ask for a tip after everything that happened. I almost got up and walked out and honestly I don’t know why I didn’t and I’m regretting not reporting them (mainly her) either. I’ve been getting massages for YEARS and never had service like this before, massages are suppose to relax you, not make you uncomfortable.

The massage was so average – I have experienced so much better. But what you need to know is their tipping process. So after they are done, they pass back the clipboard you were filling out at the beginning and now asking you to pick your tip amount. The lowest amount is $15! That’s ridiculous.. Just FYI.

The Groupon deal is a really great deal. We did the couple's massage, and they did a great job. You can tell they have a routine down. However, they asked us to fill out a form at the beginning and to circle any areas we wanted them to focus on, and cross out any to skip. They didn't go by that at all, which was disappointing. Overall, the massage felt very nice and relaxing, and I'd go back there again.

Really odd set up. You can hear everything happening in other parts of the room - phone calls, other massages, etc. But the kicker was that the massage was terrible. The girl wasn't aware of how to properly move her hands. I know that sounds odd, but she would hyper focus on one area and rub it for 5+ minutes until my skin started to feel raw. When I would try to communicate with her about it she told me that I didn't know what a good massage was. There was a language barrier so she may have meant something different... but I was astonished that she was telling me that I was wrong about the massage. She kept saying how much everyone likes how good she is....this was during the massage. Super weird conversation to have when I was trying to relax... I left a 20% tip because that is typical for a service tip and the manager called and told me that they want me to come back for a massage the next day and they would give me lots of discounts. The entire experience was very odd. I'm never going back.

I a prenatal massage for my girlfriend she was not happy not at all what expected, they say hot stones and then did not want to use them because she was pregnant why even advertise? One hour massage and did not even do her thigh area reason was the time ran out. The massage therapist did not seem happy when was told it was a prenatal massage and did not understand anything that my girlfriend would ask for had to have the guy from front desk come and translate horrible experience would not recommend to anyone!!

I was on vacation and I really needed a great massage when I heard about this superb massage place from a friend. Sam's Spa staffs are really friendly and sweet, they offered me water and soda immediately when I went in and it was a really hot day. As for the massage, it was amazingly relaxing! They treated my shoulder knots, it was on point but at the same time with care. They kept asking me if the strength was right and if I feel any discomfort, so they can adjust with my feedback. You don't see this kind of care elsewhere. Highly recommend Sam's Spa and I will definitely be back.

After trying a few places, I finally found Sam's Spa to be comparable to the one I used to go to in CA. "Tiger" is professional, heeds my preferences and does a great massage. They take Groupon purchases, and I've never had to wait long for an appointment. They offer a bottle of water, (or a canned soda) not a little dixie cup of water out of the cooler, which I appreciate.

By far the worst EVER experience......EVER! I got a groupon for them, my sister and I went in together and WHILE laying next to each other got completely different massages with almost no difference in the forms we filed out. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and if you do have a promo or groupon or anything just get a refund before it's too late. I NEVER write reviews, but I couldn't stand to let anyone else go through the bs I did with them. Sorry for being so harsh but the truth hurts.

I found a groupon deal for this place and decided to try it out. I was a little skeptical because I had a bad reflexology experience before but this place is amazing. I got a 70 minute massage with extra 20 minutes of cranial and foot reflexology and it was well worth it. You do not disrobe completely so I would suggest any gym attire, today I have jeans and a shirt and I should have worn shorts and a tank but we still got the job done. My masseuse knew exactly where my back pain was and went right in on it, there was nothing light and breezy about it she really went after it, which I prefer. If you like light and gentle you can ask for that but I wanted her to really get in and get the kinks out. All in all I feel amazing so I will be back. Groupon was kind of pointless because they have great daily specials so don't worry about paying a fortune. I would give 4.5 stars but not available.

Massage was good but very demanding of a tip. It made the expierece very awkward. The foot bath was lukewarm and awkward. For a couples massage we couldn't even look at each other which made it less appealing. The curtains separating the rooms made it so we could hear ANYTHING from outside of our rooms. There was also barely room to walk around the beds so the massage therapists were constantly stopping the massage to move things. Very unprofessional

No answer on several calls for appt--always "with customer." Appt made many days later when someone surprisingly answered phone. Told to come 10 min ahead of appt time for what I guess is paperwork. 10 min before my scheduled appt I called asking for directions cuz I couldn't find the place according to my GPS googlemaps (mind you, 118 degrees outside in LV, driving in circles for about 15 min ). No answer to phone..."with customer" Then called again at appt time thinking person waiting for me would answer phone. Oh, no..."with customer." Received call 15 min later while I was still driving around. First response..."you forfeit because you late" asked about coming in late..."you more than 15 min late, you forfeit." Oh, BTW, when I got home there was a call from this joint at appt time (not cell number that I left) again with message..(if you late 15 minutes you forfeit.:) Well....you forfeit your karma.

Have few days vacation to Visiting Las Vegas Strip after a busy office work. Sam's Spa has most affordable price and first class quality service close to the strip which compare $65 hr therapeutic massage VS $180 hr in the strip. After 2 times visiting they really fix my neck and back with their orenantial massage technique. I really appreciate Sam's Spa. The owner Sam really nice and care customer. Will recommended to any one who look for quality massage.

Easy appointment check in, free water (needed before and after massage), low light, quiet room, wonderful feet soak and massage, appropriate level of massage pressure and oil and gel usage (the levels I asked for). It was all good, and I felt like a noodle when it was done. My friend has had VIP status and offered to let me join her for the $50 price of a Combo 90 minute massage. It had been months since I got a massage, and often paid more like $90 for my massages. Check it out if you like to take care of yourself!

After seeing the negative comments i still decided to try it for myself. Plus, i got a great deal from Groupon so i bought one for my mom too. It was our first time in a massage place and we both like it. Especially, when they used the hot towels and stones. Everyone was nice. We decided to tip $10 each which is a 20% of what we paid for and i think that's fair enough. We didn't put the tip on the clipboard or left any comment so im not sure if they are not satisfied with our tip. I really liked my massage but my mom said that her back was a little sore. I guess the effect is different for everyone.

My massage therapist was Rain. He was very nice and ensured during my massage that everything was okay. The front counter gentleman was very pleasant. I didn't wait at all for my massage even though I arrived early. The massage was great. They offer a punchcard service. After the 10th massage, you get a free one, which is great! The tipping was a little overpriced. Generally you can expect to tip 10-20% just like any other service. If you follow their tipping guide, the minimum any of their services costs is $150, which is not accurate.

It was not great at all nothing that I put on my paper was worked on and everything I put not to touch they tried massaging it twice I had to tell the man not to touch my feet. Not organized what so ever.
