Don't let the parking lot fool you. This place is outstanding. Now one small thing I was a little bothered by was the walls they were very thin. I could hear co- workers talking in the facial room while I was in the quite room. Then while getting my facial someone was drilling something next door. Other than that my massage therapist was GREAT. I got a facial and microdermabrasion it was also great. Next trip to Vegas I will return to Saffron Day Spa. It was a group of three of us and the others ladies also said it was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

My husband and I got a luxury couples’ treatment at Saffron. I give 5 stars for the service from the staff and the treatments themselves. We had great massages and the most thorough facials I think I’ve ever had. We were not at all bothered by the location (it’s not seedy, just a strip mall with a pizza place and such). I do wish the lobby and waiting area didn’t have all the jewelry and gadgets for sale, would be more serene without. But once you’re in the rooms, it’s lovely.

If I ever go back to Vegas, you can bet I will be coming back to Saffron for a spa day. We got facials and massages and it was wonderful. The employees were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. We were very satisfied with our services and would definitely consider going back should we go to Vegas again.

Truly a hidden gem. I often make last minute appointments and they are so accommodating. I have chronic back and neck pain and been worked on by several different therapists and never once have I been disappointed. When you are done, try the pizza next door!

Although I was late to my appointment they were so understanding & still made it worth my coin and the while ! Thanks for the experience it was my first massage ever and it felt so good . Forget the Strip. Best bang for your buck in Vegas is here. Whenever I'm in town, I make an appointment. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Very professional. And you can't beat the prices. You'll pay triple on the Strip. Only downside: didn't actually have nail services available when I was here last or it would have been perfect.

The deep tissue massage was like a regular mild one and not deep and my wife had to ask so many times to give deep massage but never got it. Manicure pedicure was good. Few pictures they posted in website isn't real.

Don't judge this book by it's cover! The moment you walk in you feel comfortable and at ease. I did a package for my mother and sister who were visiting in town, and they couldn't stop saying enough about how wonderful the whole experience was. The owner was waiting and greeted us and escorted them into their quite room where they began. They said the staff was friendly and experienced with clean professional facilities. Sure you can go to a hotel day spa which may have more amenities, but you'll end up paying much more just for the location. If you want strip quality service at a more affordable prices I would highly recommend Saffron. Also a bonus, they have a large diverse selection of jewelry that the owner has collected, as well as pieces he has made himself. Very affordable and worth checking out. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed! Thank you all for treating my mother and sister so well it made their trip!

This was my second visit to Saffron Day Spa. The spa itself if tidy, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. My sister and I both had massages with Frank and facials with Page. Both were amazing. We were both so relaxed when we left and our skin looked and felt wonderful. I highly recommend this spa. It's off the beaten path and very reasonable. I will definitely book a treatment there again during my next visit to Las Vegas.

My wife and I enjoyed this small but relaxing environment. The facial by Elaine was great. Almost went to sleep. Also, my pedicure by Shay was good being that my feet aren't an easy task. Definitely recommend while in Vegas!

This was our second time here and we absolutely loved it once again! My husband got a deep tissue and I got a prenatal massage. I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant and it's the most relaxed I've felt so far during my pregnancy. Highly recommend Saffron Spa!

Treated myself to a pedicure here and this place is very relaxing and chill. My nail tech was Sylvia and she did such a thorough and amazing job. Ask for her! I had a foot soak with citrus sugar rub (smells amazing), nails filed with the glass nail file, and imaculate paint detail.

Esthetician was phenomenal! We were in town and called the previous day to make an appointment. They were able to get my 12 year old daughter and me in for, both, a massage and facials. We enjoyed it very much. My massage could have been harder considering I requested a Deep Tissue Massage, but it was still nice. My daughter enjoyed her massage and we loved our facials. My esthetician waxed my upper lip and my eyebrows. I have to say she did the BEST job on my eyebrows I'd ever had done! I've had my eyebrows waxed a million times but she really shaped them nicely! Prices were reasonable, especially compared to where we were staying...The MGM Grand. I would definitely go back next time we visit Vegas!

This place severely damaged my ears. I went in for a facial and ear candling and left with a bloody ear. I had to go to urgent care the next day because my ear was still bleeding. Called the facility and instead of apologizing they attacked me saying this had never happen and I had small ear canals etc. Not once did anyone take responsibility for their actions. The facility was clean and Lee at the front desk was kind. Other than that would not go back. No one even called to follow up after I called once I left urgent care. Truly disappointing.

My first time here. It was like a diamond in the rough, and I loved it. From being greeted and 3 different ladies working on me. They were all wonderful. Sorry I didn't take pics I was actually here to relax and relaxed I did. It was very zenful and the aromas so relaxing. If you haven't had a spa treatment you should try at least 1.

I don't usually leave reviews, and it's even rarer that I spend money to treat myself. But let me tell you, spending that money at the Saffron Day Spa was absolutely worth every penny. On a recent trip to visit my sister (Vegas local) we treated ourselves to a package special. It was a first for each of us to visit a spa, so we were unsure on what to expect. Both of us had an amazing and relaxing experience. The ladies that helped me personally were both wonderful and made sure I was comfortable. Both my sister and I are now trying to figure out how to make this a tradition whenever I visit!

I've been to multiple spas in Las Vegas and Saffron Day Spa is in my opinion a wonderful hidden gem here. The staff is very respectful, and professional in their service fields. The ambiance of the spa is very relaxing, and I can say without hesitation that the services I have had here felt incredible. I've had massages, facials, pore extractions, and wraps and each time I was always very comfortable and could release stress. On top of it all you 100% get what you pay for because their work is high quality. I've been there when the owners are present, and they're amazing people. They treat you like you're family and a VIP guest at the same time. If you need a recommendation on where to relax and a place to send friends and family, here is where it's at.

As other reviewers have mentioned, don't let the small shopping center location worry you. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I went in for microderm + extractions, and Elena was wonderful. She made it a point to assess my skin before starting and then discussing her recommendations. Over the course of the session, we also discussed my skin care routine in general, and she offered several simple, helpful suggestions that have really been making a difference in the weeks since. The facilities were clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and solicitous but never overbearing. I'm looking forward to a second visit. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!! My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was so relaxing. There facility is very nice. The only negative thing was that they had a sign in there waiting room stating a free food scrub with a scheduled massage. However the customer service girl stated that she dident think they were doing that anymore. Kind of dissapointing since it was advertised in there waiting room. All in all though we would definitely return and maybe try one of there spa packages.

Clean, competent and friendly staff. A very convenient spa location in Vegas. Did facials and massages there a few times and would absolutely recommend their services. Their microdermabrasion and chemical peelings are great. Once, upon leaving the establishment after a massage, I purchased one of their brand lip balms and mentioned to the owner/manager how convenient and efficient those little sticks were to prevent chapped lips. He in turn was so appreciative of my comment that gave me additional two lip balm sticks, totally for free, just to thank me and be nice. Excellent customer service and fidelization.

Great little spot for an affordable mani / pedi / massage in Las Vegas. 10 min ride from the strip. The spa pedicure made my feet so soft!! Silvia, the nail technician has such a calming, centered energy and left me feeling completely pampered. My masseuse was also top notch. She was very calming and worked all the tension out of my neck and shoulders. I also did a sugar scrub with her and my whole body feels soft and looks brightened from the winter.

Visiting Vegas with a group to celebrate birthdays. Booked on a Friday for Sunday appointments and very quick replies! The spa is small but clean, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were all very knowledgable and friendly. I got the spa sampler with facial, back facial, back massage and scalp massage. Really enjoyed my time there and would go back.
