Great spa with good amenities. The staff are very friendly. If you want a more peaceful experience, book for early to mid morning - by noon it was very loud and crowded.

This place was our first stop on our trip in Vegas. Rates very highly in my opinion for many reasons. From the amenities to the friendliness to the amazing therapists, especially Wendy-she has hands blessed by God lol I could of spent literally all day here & it was hands down the highlight of my entire trip. Every square inch of this place had me in awe. I will absolutely be going back everytime we go to Vegas.

I'm a Las Vegas resident who likes to hit a spa about once a month. The spa at the Hard Rock rates pretty highly with me for a variety of reasons. They are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and have a nice sauna, whirlpool, heated co-ed Roman Bath (aka pool), and several relaxing places to chill out. Service offerings are fairly extensive; I've had many nice massages and facials there. Bonus: You can order food and beverage (it'll take about 45 minutes) and enjoy it poolside. There's also a juice bar next door that you can hit on the way in or out. My only negative note is that the staff at the check-in desk has made booking errors on more than one occasion (not having a reservation in the system or having a reservation marked at an incorrect time). The staff is always eager to fix issues and very pleasant, though.

I bought a deal on Groupon and still feel like I jiped! I took my two friends on our girls weekend. The spa was dirty, really dirty, the jacuzzi was not hot, not even warm, the Roman bath was just a cold pool with jets, no peaceful relaxation room just a lot of loud ladies taking in a room with fish swimming in a tv and dirty surroundings. The staff was nice and helpful, the Mimosas great, my facials was amazing but I will not be back to this location. Needs a serious facelift and more relaxing atmosphere or a more fun atmosphere if that’s where they are going with this spa.

I was not impressed with the spa. The reason why we came was because my husband got a Groupon or Travelocity deal for a couples massage and they had spa amenities (the shared pool) that we can enjoy. I’m a spa junkie and go to many spas and this one was just ok. The layout is interesting and the Roman bath is kind of neat. The reason why I took the stars off is for my spa service. My. Lady. Was. Coughing. And. Sneezing. The. Entire. Time. Girl, if you’re sick please stay home. I was too far in and felt too bad to tell her to stop. She was sniffling and trying to hold on her sneezes the entire time. Since I was Face down my sense of hearing was extra sensitive and I could hear everything and when she would try to get a tissue. Whether it’s allergies or you’re plain sick, if you’re in client care, please be professional and don’t suffer through it. I was just praying the entire time I don’t catch anything contagious and took a shower immediately after. I was not relaxed at all. Based on this experience alone, I would never ever come back (if I had to pay full price for it or discounted price).

Amazing!!!!! The amenities are awesome.. the warm Roman bath pool, the hot tub, sauna and steam room are wonderful.. you get complimentary mimosa/champagne and they have fruits, drinks and stuff.. the massage therapists are great.. best massage ever. Will go back to this place every time we are in Vegas

Was going to buy the Groupon but ended up just getting the deep tissue massage I wanted. I got the Nevada locals discount so I didn't pay full price. I really enjoyed the Roman bath style pool which is co-ed. I love that I could bring my husband and we could have a place to relax together where as some spas only have separate women's and men's.

A relaxing space to spend the day. The spa amenities and space was cozy and welcoming. There are fruits and drinks, as well as a great lounge/sitting area. The staff was also very responsive and helpful. I also received an hour massage, but found the treatment to be mediocre.

Booked Reliquary spa 1 month ahead of time, called twice to confirm. Upon reaching to desk I was informed the system does show your profile but no tracks shown. Wasted time!

Don't waste your time coming here for a salon receptionist position. They say they will email you if you get hired or not in week which they don't. They person that interviews you has a list of questions he will ask you from the top to bottom. He says there is no right or wrong answer. LIES yes there is based on what your answers are will determine if you get hired or not. Don't waste your Time!!!

This is a great place to come for a treatment and relax. I've had numerous treatments here and had a great experience each time. The steam room is amazing. I like how the pool is in the center of the facility and co-ed. If you come with someone of the opposite sex, you can hang out together in the pool or lounge area. Sometimes a little overcrowded and attracts a younger party crowd, but when it's empty (weekdays, mornings) it's amazing.
