We fly into Vegas just to get a massage, just left from getting our massages again Aug 4th 2018

Awful! The experience was stressful and uncomfortable. They give you a small towel to cover up but it doesn't even cover your body. The lady was so rough. It feels like my whole back is bruised. They demand tips $10 or higher. Worst experience. I will never go back.

Was sceptical especially since they didnt speak much or good English but whined up being quite a surprise. We had the couple massage and this was my first period and long over due but what a treat. We got worked over pretty good to say the least. They stretched you, stood on you, beat you up a little and relaxed you all the same. Had hot rocks and boy did that feel so good. Feet as well. They used some great techniques that had me laughing but felt so good in the end. Hide away gem for far less money

The most amazing and effective massage I've ever had. First off, don't let the hole-in-the-wall vibe offset your expectations here. It's just a cliche strip mall office space, but trust me, the quality exceeds expectations. Atmosphere is very eastern in theme and a very calming spa atmosphere. Lighting is dark and music is tranquil. Some of the other reviews complained that the therapists talked too much during thier massage, but ours was nearly silent other than the initial instructions and just two questions during the massage. Maybe they took some hints from the other reviewers. Talk about a full body massage! In an hour, they covered nearly every muscle group from head to toe with maximum effectiveness. Our feet were placed in warm water to start as well as hot stones were used partway through our session. All of this for $70 for two people - check out Groupon. We will definitely return the next time we are in Vegas and are in need of some R&R!

We were married on Saturday October 8th and went to Oasis to have a couples massage the next day. We have never experienced an Asian inspired massage before but OH MY GOD was it amazing. I don't recall the ladies names that worked with us but it was seriously one of the best massages Ive had in my entire life. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Vegas. Great prices and one of a kind massages.

Louise Saw

Coco and Jack were amazing, it best massage I think I ever have had!

Andu M

Didnt pay barely any attention to the feet. Lady was experienced but didnt want to do it the right way.

Karen Henderson

Great deep tissue massage. Recommended to a friend of mine for his own couples massage. The full experience was great. I didn't know what to expect but the full techniques were amazing. I will go back again.

Anonymous One

Great experience and great prices but the request they make for tips is uninviting. They let you know they are happy with tips 20 and up. What's the purpose of a discounted couples massage? Maybe this place should pay their therapist better wages

Walk out feeling like a piece of B grade meat. This was hands down the worst massage I have ever had. These personal we're clearly untrained and very unprofessional. Throughout our massage the Ladies continued to talk in Mandarin while terribly massaging... Then after the massage, we tipped a very good amount compared to the overall price (we purchased a Groupon for the massage) tipping $15 on a $60 massage, and after the fact the receptionist asked us to tip more. No thanks, never again.

Carmen Toronto

I'm normally not a review writer but had to rate this place. My husband and I went there for a couples massage. Must say it was one of the best massages we've had and we've had plenty. Would definitely go back when we return to Vegas.

Krystle Wilson

nice ambience, good massage, but at the end they tagged on an extra $20 fee. $10 tip per massager.

Hazel Hyde

Offers great deals on Groupon. Friendly service. Nothing wrong with the massage either.

Worst massage....ever! I literally hurt for days. Had to arrange another massage the next day at an actual Spa on the strip. I have been told to NEVER get a massage off the strip. These places are a joke. A monkey could’ve given a better beat down. So unprofessional. Wouldn’t stop talking. Left the room a couple of times. I’m pretty sure the warm water for the feet massage was an old piss bucket. Can’t believe these places are even allowed to be open.

Nevada COOL

Excellent place to get couples massage

Johniece Williams

The massage was alright. The lady who did my boyfriends massage spent most of the time on the phone. When she wasn’t on her phone, she was slapping him. The lady also kept talking the whole massage making it hard to enjoy it. As for myself my massage was fine. He was firm but kept rubbing his hands across my butt, which was very uncomfortable. After it was over six people were standing at the door, they were gaurding it because we had not tipped yet. When I tipped what I felt was good for what we were given she got an attitude and stormed off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great massage and price!

I come here at least once a month. Their prices are good, the staff is always professional, and the owners are friendly. I live on the other side of town, but it's worth the 30 minute drive to come to Oasis Spa. Can't wait to come back.

Joe Lloyd

Excellent massage, great staff

Very relaxing and affordable. Me and my boyfriend paid $110 dollar in total (including $15 tips/person) for the 60 minutes couple massage (ended up being almost 90 minutes). They usually ask for $10 tips/person, but we paid a bit more for the exceptional work. The interior is dimly lighted and quiet. The foot bath is hot and calming. The whole body massage definitely helped me relax from carrying a heavy backpack and walking all over the strip. I particularly like the hot stone (wish this part lasted a bit longer). The temperature of the stone was just right.

Worst massage I have ever received. I go to a lot of these massage places off the strip and understand you have to have an open mind as they can't be held to the same standard. However, Oasis Spa falls below this standard considerably. I bought a groupon for a couples massage. I use groupon a lot and have never had a problem with the spa services. I called ahead to set an appointment, and advised the woman I would be using a Groupon. The woman over the phone told me to not buy the groupon and to just come in to the shop and pay the same amount. I was confused by this because I typically call ahead before purchasing a Groupon and have never received this response. I was confused and questioned her about it and got " ok ok ok just come in at 5" I arrived to the appointment with my friend. She was friendly until I showed her the groupon and everything changed. She told me I would now have to wait longer because I purchased the Groupon. So how does this make any sense? I made an appointment for a 60 minute couples massage and my groupon is for a 60 minute couples massage. So we waited and were seen by two masseuses. The masseuse was not pleasent either. She repeatedly would rub ON MY BONES. Why would massaging someones shin bone be benificial or thereaputic? I am not a professional but in all the massages I have paid for they massage my muscles. I have a hard time believing these were proffesionals at all. All the towels they used were incredibly scratchy, I dont know how someone could find such uncomfortable linens. After the massage came the "Tipping Stage" where your masseuses block you from leaving until you tip them. I shouldnt have tipped for the awful service but I did. I regret coming here. I should have listened to the poor reviews. Groupon has refunded me for what I paid for. If you want a good massage at an affordable price I reccomend Sam's Spa on Charelston and Torrey Pines in the Walmart shopping center.

Very relaxing couples massage. Nice environment and nice people.

Kimberly Laurent

Did a 60min couples massage. It was definitely worth every penny... Full body indeed! A must do on any future visits.

Diane Zizka

Unprofessional. The sheet that they put over me was practically a really cheap hotel towel. The masseuse didn’t seem to be train at all. I feel like someone simply rubbed lotion all over my body for me. Could have did that myself.

John Farley

High quality message and very low price

Eran Hurvitz

Worst massage ever

Louis Litchman

Terrific place, We did couples massage. The place gives a very soothing vibe with a very nice massage. They offer hot stones and a lovely warm tub for the feet. Way better and more affordable than a hotel spa.

Stephanie Patterson

WARNING TO WOMEN: DONT GO HERE Completely unprofessional. Went in for a 70 minute couples massage. A man massages me while a woman massages my husband. The massage was not like any other I’ve ever had, and I got the impression that he had never received any training or was licensed at all based on how terrible it was. Poking and pulling on my arms is NOT massaging. He also didn’t use any oil or lotion (aside from on my neck) and felt like he was rubbing my skin raw. The sheet is extremely small and there was no attention paid to making sure I was properly covered. He sat on the bed next to me multiple times while then massaging my arms and legs. At one point his arm/hand was resting on my butt while the other hand was massaging. I stopped him in the middle of the massage and told them to leave and we were done. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was shaky, heart racing after. The manager spoke to me after and was very apologetic. I wasn’t charged luckily and I appreciate how she handled it, but that man has no business working as a masseuse when he has not had any training to know how to make women feel comfortable and have boundaries. Females beware.

Buddha mac

Excellent massage. We purchased a couples massage at the Groupon price of $69 . The environment is very serene and peaceful. The massage was wonderful and they were very respectful checking along the way to make sure we were fine. Highly recommend. I was not pressured to leave tip but did leave $20 tip

Got the Groupon and was only able to see the good reviews. The massage was good, so we opted for a reflexology (foot) but it turned out to be nothing more than a foot rub. All good except when it came tip time. The woman behind the desk was literally harassing us for more money and said well we could put it on our card. Hell to the naw. We should have known something was up when one of the girls said that her partner worked on tips. How uncool to ask for a tip, we were planning on giving a tip anyway but it was just too much when “miss front desk” got all uppity and was tell us to pay more tip.

Jared Williams

Really great job! I feel like a new man!

Mauri jackson

Good place for a simple couples massage

Shawn Williams

The massage was nice, however I called the week before because I read bad reviews about them requiring $20 tip, when I called they said that was not correct when I went they all stood out front and asked was I leaving a tip, I tipped but they lady looked upset because it wasn't $20

Tara W

Excellent massage. Worth the price.

Atmosphere is lovely, when you walk in the people at the counter is so friendly, my massage was lovely I’ll recommend it to anyone and plan to do it monthly

This time was better than the first, but I still think that they should not charge an additional $10 for the service even if you weren't that satisfied

Robert Mann

Great massage, friendly staff. My girlfriend and I went for a couples massage. We came out significantly more relaxed, they managed to work out some serious kinks. I felt relatively period when my masseuse said her thumbs hurt from working my neck and shoulders so hard.

Rebecca Robert

We took a chance on the $79 couples massage. Not impressed. It was a bit rough and fast paced. Hot stones were REALLY HOT. The gals that did our massage were nice, polite and attentive, I just didn't enjoy the style and the towel we were laying on didn't cover the table like a sheet would. Probably a Health Dept violation.o

Jay Bee

May you're incredible. Thanks I needed the relaxing massage.

Terry Ndoe

You get want you paid for. The service was just ok nothing special about it. you are expected to tip above a specific amount.

we stumbled across this little place without an appt. My fault as I thought I had made one while staying at The NYNY on the strip. They kindly accommodated us and not only that we had The best massage ever! Such nice people there

Iqra Saqib

The massage at this place was average. But the customer service was atrocious. I called to modify an appointment. And was rudely asked 'what do you want?!' And hung up abruptly. The owner forced a certain tip amount refused to give change until I gave the amout she demanded. Horrible place. Would def recommend somewhere else!!

After recieving a disappointing massage at a different reflexology location, my friend and I somehow found ourselves at the Oasis, and Im glad we did. Dan and Nicole, the owners and front desk people, are very friendly. You can tell that they take pride in their new business. The ambiance is outstanding. The inside is dark but very relaxing, with a clear asian feel. It was very spacious and extremely clean. The pricing here was well within reasonable, especially considering all that you get. The massage itself was fantastic. I plan on making this a regular Sunday routine. I give the Oasis 5 stars. Give them a chance, you may find yourself a new regular spot!

So this is my first massage ever and my husband wanted to do something nice for my birthday but it was NOT a pleasant experience. I have bruises on my back from the guy massaging too hard and literally have been in pain. The stones were way too hot and burnt my back and as soon as my friends masseuse was finished mine abruptly ended as well and he did not fully finish my massage. The type of vibe I got is NOT a professional spa.

Megan Niles

Friendly staff, but clearly untrained. Most of the massage was just rubbing oil/lotion around with no pressure. There was no focus on any specific muscles, sometimes rubbing on bones.

LSP LSP

Worse experience ever! We were looking forward to a relaxing and fun experience since we were in Vegas! But we ended up with an inexperienced masseuse, more like a CHIROPRACTOR! The lady was too rough to the point where I had to tell her i was in pain and she asked me if I was ok, and I said no, but she still continued putting pressure in that same area???? What was that? Couple times I wanted to just get up and tell her stop! On the other hand my husband said he didn't feel a thing besides the rubbing and not massaging! Then before we left the lady at the front desk asked if we tip the ladies. I handed them $10 and they didn't looked satisfied, so I ended up tipping $20! Tipping is for good and satisfied services and should not be a requirement! But they will asked for it so beware! I will not go back ever again the next time I am in Vegas! And the location is way out from the strip, more like 10 minutes away from the strip. I felt like their advertisement gave out false impression and the fact that they have Groupon tells you they need customers! I do not recommend it!

My daughter bought her & her boyfriend a "Couple's Massage" for Valentine's Day. She lives in Phoenix & attends college there on a softball scholarship. He lives in Vegas on a baseball scholarship. She was visiting him for the weekend. They are not familiar w/ the whole massage thing as this is new to them. The masseuse told them that they could leave their jewelry on or take it off. My daughter opted to leave hers on. She felt more comfortable. Anyone that has had massages before, (especially hour long ones), knows that you can literally fall asleep. Well, my daughter did just that a couple of different times. She said that the massage was excellent. Both of them enjoyed it very much. She even left a hefty tip. When she got home she washed her hands & realized that one of her rings was missing off of her finger. She looked frantically everywhere for it. I had just given it to her for her birthday in October. It was a Pandora ring with her birthstone. She knew that the last time she had it on was during her massage. She immediately called the Spa. No one answered & there was not a machine to leave a message. She called back a couple hours later. An Asian female answered, (extremely hard to understand), told my daughter that they found a ring. My daughter's boyfriend went to the Spa the very next day. They told him that they did not find anything. My daughter was so upset. I called them immediately and asked to speak with a Manager. A gentleman by the name of Dan called me back yesterday late afternoon. He knew nothing about the situation. He took the description of the ring & said that he would check & get back to me. He called me back & advised me that the ring they had found was not her ring. I really hoped that he would be sympathetic and offer my poor daughter something for her loss. Maybe a $50.00 gift card or reimbursement to pay for another ring. Something.......but to our dismay.......Nothing. Just that he was very sorry. So very upset about this! None of the UNLV athletes will go to this Spa. They WILL spread the word......We hope that you find her ring! It was very special!

After already paying for our couples massage the man at the front desk pretty much wouldn't let us leave until we gave them a more "acceptable tip". This was after I already gave then $20 tip too and at that point I was being generous for the very mediocre massage they gave.

Jason Corrigan

Don't go Here!!! I purchased a groupon for a 60 minute massage for $39 and when I went there they wanted an extra $20 for a regular massage because I didn't want my feet soaked in water. They do not speak very good english and the lady was very rude and argumentative when I confronted her about the upcharge.

Autumn St.Germaine

Massage and price were good, my husband did not enjoy his massage and it was oddly dark in the entire place

Niki Drage

Coney (Con knee) was my masseuse. She gave me a wonderful massage. I like Oasis spa and I have been there before but this massage was the best yet. I love the hot rock treatment that is included with a full body massage. I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait in the room with my feet soaking in the hot water longer that the 5 minutes that I was told. This was because I was there during the peak time. They made sure that I still received my full hour though. I like that they are one of the few places that do not pressure you for a big tip. There is a friendly reminder sign in the clean lobby that has tipping recommendations and I tip accordingly. A good massage deserves a good tip like any service industry. The owner has been there on two of my visits and he continues to honor the couples price that I first used from Groupon several years ago. Thank you Oasis spa! I will be back again when I am in town.

Jacy Klatt

Very Clean, nice staff Good Hands!

Jackie Cooley

Extremely rude receptionist. I asked her such basic questions as far can I make an appointment with you and if you accept the group on discount. It’s my first time trying to get a nice spa done, and she talks to me as if I’m such a bother. She replies “just come in here there’s no need for the appointment. And yes it’s obvious that we do. And hangs up on me while I was in the middle of asking another question. I don’t understand why I had to be treated like that on the phone.

dalia chavira

I loveee this place. I have been to many massage places in town however after trying this one out I wont go else where.

Amanda Tindall

My fiance and I got the Groupon couples massage. It was amazing! The girls are wonderful and really know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend.

Joe Moy

I got takin in fast and got right to business. The girl was very beautiful only downside is that’s bad she didn’t speak very good English but gave me a good massage. Sadly I wish I could have gotten some extra stuff” but it was a good experience might go again with another girl hope my experience will be better then the last

Serina Bynum

I purchased my mother in law a groupon for this place and they were extremely rude and unprofessional, the person doing the massage came in the room and told her to undress in a corner while he was in there and was so rough in doing the massage. I told her not to tip them and they started to yell at her at the counter then she was told to get out of their establishment but not that polite. They told her to get the hell out of here!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Office of Hypnosis

the prices are super low because employees are paid only by your tips. People who actually provide the services are wonderful and hard working. However, nothing and nobody at the desk takes time to explain this to you. Perhaps, the owners/managers don't care about their employees. PEOPLE PROVIDING MASSAGES DON'T GET PAID. They depend solely on TIPS. It feels like it is more of a slave labor type of organization.

A Richardson

Loved it. My husband and I, relaxed and feel shook much better after the mesage was completed . Wil go back

Although the massages are reasonably cheap, the staff are clearly not trained masseuse. Personally I'd recommend paying the extra money to receive a proper massage

Excellent price, excellent massage! My husband and I had a couples massage. The therapists were great, made us feel comfortable. Will definitely go back! Thanks!

Marcus Waston

I decided to take me mom to the spa before she went back to Chicago, when we arrived we were told that payment was needed first. I pulled out my credit card to pay and I was told the credit card machine was not working and was instructed to go to the gas station to get money to pay for services. When we were leaving out the lady at the front desk demanded that we pay a tip, when my mom reached her hand out to pay the lady a tip, she wouldn't take and said $10.00 was not enough and the women started to laugh at us. Worst customer service ever, definitely will not go back.

Great late night massage. Me and my husband visited right after a good night playing at the Orleans Casino, Nicole and Dan and very friendly and makes us feel like family. The Massage was 90 minutes for a little more but worth the extra. yes, its so relaxing we fell asleep :) We usually take our jewelry off and leave it on the table and nothing has ever been missing. We have been coming for over a year now and go on a regular basis and never had a bad experience. Looking forward to our next massage.

Natalyn Jeffries

My husband and I got a full body 60 minute couples message. When we arrived they did not have our appointment in the book but it wasn't a problem. We were taken to our room and given very relaxing massages. The facility was clean and smelled nice.

Victoria Morales

First time for my husband and I getting a massage it was a great experience. Annie and Frank were amazing and professional. We went for a couples massage with foot soak and hydration mask. The vibe in the room they had us in was very relaxing very soothing. I was even falling asleep for brief moments.lol. We will definitely go back again. Thank you!
