Great nail salon with excellent atmosphere. This salon stood out to me because of all the little extras that they do: FULL (1liter!) sized Smartwater, warmed shoulder pack (with a hint of cinnamon!), and actual, reusable flip flops when I asked for just the disposable ones! My nail tech's name was Long. He was also excellent and took his time. None of those rushed mani/pedis! I have crisp French Tips because of him. And I will be back!

This place is amazing! I took my girls here for a nail day, all employees are wonderful. They are very friendly and make your visit relaxing. You get your money's worth. On the topic of money, I have to say they are very reasonable. No, they are not just giving away pedicures, but the work is amazing. They take there time and not just try to rush you in and out. Tiffany! You are doing an amazing job! She is all around just a good person that loves her employees along with her customers! I will drive back just to see you all! You gave me and my girls a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for locals and visitors! Get the lashes as well! You will not regret it!!

(Translated by Google) I had my eyelashes filled up there on vacation. I have never seen anything bad in life like there. Zero hygiene, the eyelashes were neither cleaned or no prime applied and she has completely glued my eyelashes and thus destroyed my everything. Also, her technique was very crude, painful and unprofessional. Now I have to make my complete eyelashes and hope that they regrow normal again (Original) Ich habe im Urlaub meine Wimpern dort auffüllen lassen. Ich hab noch nie im Leben sowas schlechtes gesehen wie da. Null Hygiene, die Wimpern wurden weder gereinigt bzw kein prime aufgetragen und sie hat meine wimpern komplett verklebt und somit meine alles zerstört. Auch war ihre Technik sehr grob, schmerzhaft und unprofessionell. Jetzt muss ich meine kompletten Wimpern abmachen lassen und hoffen dass sie wieder normal nachwachsen :(

This place is a treasure trove amongst the repugnant surroundings of east Las Vegas. Its very apparent the owner has made sure to spare no expense and fine tune each detail. You enter to find a sparkling clean facility, tranquil atmosphere, passionate staff, and high end products. The owner enforces strict sanitation guidelines and uses trains her staff so each service is performed in a uniform protocol. I personally, always ask for TRAMI, and get the deluxe pedicure. Her customer service is 5 star spa worthy , and she always remembers her returning guests.

I don’t even know where to start! I’m so IN LOVE with my nails!!!! I have gotten nothing but good complaints for my nails I went to a nail place and the messed my nails up so bad I didn’t trust anyone beside my home nail lady and decided to come in here for my first time and I did not leave disappointed! Tiffany did such a great job on my nails and for the price it was unbeatable! Everything about them is perfect the shape came out so good! Very friendly place loved it there! I am for sure going back here! I love my nails!

Okay so I've been coming here for about a year+ I suppose. They are a newer salon with a super clean facility, nice furniture and layout, friendly staff, and open late. It's got a ton of perks. However, every time I've gotten my nails done here its been hit or miss. Sometimes they do a good job, sometimes they do a horrible job. And I have pretty simple nails; I always just come in with bare fingers to get a gel mani. It also always seems to feel like they're under different management or something - I never see the same people working there despite all the times I've been there. One time I had a nail tech tell me he could do chrome nails only to discover that he actually couldn't, then he asked a manager to do it, she totally screwed it up, and then told me I picked something too difficult and repainted a totally new layer of gel on top of my already nearly completed nails so that my nails just ended up messy, thick, bleeding, and not at all worth the $45 i paid for them. Stuff like that. So I often times end up trying out different spas for my manicures to see if they're any better because I generally leave dissatisfied with my fingers but other spots usually don't have the same convenient hours, the wait is too long, or they don't do a very great job either for the distance I have to drive to get to them. Because the hours and location are so convenient for me, I always find myself coming back to Nevada Nails & Lash Studio. So I went back yesterday and WOW I'm SO GLAD I went back. I got a mani/pedi this time and I wish I had gotten the name of the pedicurist but she was phenomenal, very sweet, attentive, and thorough. The girl who did my nails, Kathy, was AMAZING. AH-MAY-ZING! Her attention to detail was impeccable, she was kind, friendly, and best of all beyond proficient. I was there for an hour and a half because of how careful she was and while ordinarily it would annoy me to be there for so long, it was worth every second. She was SO GOOD and my manicure is bangin'. (also she did the chrome perfectly ;) ) So tl;dr go at your own risk but if you want to be sure to get a bomb mani, see Kathy.

I tried an organic powder system for the first time and will never go back to gel or acrylics the friendly girl that helped me did an excellent job and picking out just the right shade for my nails that I was looking for and the price was extremely reasonable and cheaper than acrylics and gel sets that I was getting at my last nail shop.

I am a military spouse and was in town to visit my husband. I went in on June 4th, 2018 to get a gel manicure and pedicure. By June 6th I noticed my gel pedicure chipping and by June 7th it was almost completely chipped off! I called them and talked to a Shelina. She told me they could issue a gift certificate but I told her that I was no longer in town. (I live in Louisiana and flew home on the 6th) She told me she would speak with the owners and see about giving a refund. Waited a few days and never heard anything. I called today (June 12th) and was told by a gentleman that they couldn’t do anything for me. The pedicure wasn’t a pleasant experience as Ann (the one giving me my pedicure) was arguing with Trami the entire time in Vietnamese. When we asked if everything was ok, Trami told us that Ann was getting mad because it wasn’t busy all morning and now all of a sudden it was. The only people in there were the 2 of us and another female receiving a pedicure. Ann kept pointing at my guest and I and rolling her eyes and getting mad, it was very bizarre. I have plenty of pictures of the chipped gel pedicure 2 and 3 days after and my reciept showing the date I was in there. Will NEVER go back and will definitely let the local military members know of this place and not to give them their business.

Seriously do not go here, I don't wanna leave a huge paragraph on how bad my experience was cause I literally could but , I'll give you the basics she over charged me cause I was on vacation and going to EDC, I got eyelashes done that literally fell off the day of (NOT JOKING) i had to go back so she could put them on again it hasn't even been a week they are all off! And she charged me 150$ got nails done she charged me 65$ and that was supposedly with a discount and 3 popped off before the week I cant go back because I'm from California but SERIOUSLY LADIES dont come here do your research I thought this was a good place but I'm 225$ in regret now !

Very bad experience. Young man obviously had little to no training. I would be very surprised if he were licensed to do pedicures. The owner was very aggressive, she stood only a few inches from my face and demanded to know what he did wrong and he was sitting right in front of us, still working on my pedicure. I suggested she have him perform a pedicure on her so that she could see where he lacked training and skill. I was offered a free pedicure if I came back. I won't go back. I will have to go get a "real" pedicure next weekend now.

Nail Tech got upset because I wanted a Matte top coat and they didn't have it so he kept pushing for a gloss finish gel top coat and I told him no so then when I didn't tip him enough he asked me if I liked my nails and when I said yeah he goes oh and looked at the receipt left me there alone for good 5-10 minutes drying my nails while he went off to gossip definitely wanna go back to this place definitely don't recommend it if you want to be treated like a human being when I go get my nails done it's to relax not to be pushed into over tipping or into getting something I don't want

Took my grandmother here for Mother’s Day today and left very displeased. I got the traditional pedicure for $32 with the $20 gel polish up charge for both of us. The lady who did my pedicure did a terrible job missing almost every essential step for a pedicure. She did not file my nails or buff them did not apply the alcohol spray at the end of the application. Also I looked over and my grandmother had a hot towel applied at the end of the massage which I also never received. I waited 20-25min for my grandmother to finish her pedicure because mine was done so fast. I did not mention anything during the service because I figured maybe the pedicure I purchased didn’t include those services ? Which was confusing to me because my grandmother and I both got the same thing. After my nails were finished I asked the manager if those steps were not included or if they were just skipped. His response was that “some customers do not need the file or buff because their nails just don’t need it” ..... utterly shocked by the response. I paid $52 for a terrible pedicure with no pampering which is what people go to these salons for. Overall I left paying $120+ dollars and left unhappy. Luckily the man who did my grandmothers nails was extremely pleasant and took his time which is why I am giving the place 2 stars. I’ve never gone to salon where I’ve had a pedicure service and they don’t file or buff my toe nails. I work very hard and am extremely disappointed I spent $120+ on such an unpleasant experience. The owner did not even go to the woman to ask or clarify anything he simply just charged me and didn’t seem sympathetic in any way. Will definitely not return.

Been very happy with this nail salon. They stay open late, very clean, very nice. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We have been going about 3-4 months and plan to continue. It's also obvious that a lot of the reviews here are junk reviews. Mine is legit.

I am here now. The woman helping me named 'Tweety', sweet as pie, but I came here for a pedicure, asked for the deluxe, and my feet literally have not been scrubbed with a pumice stone other than the literally 5 seconds or so BEFORE they went in the water. The hot towels smell of mildew and she has literally used an emory board on my heels here and there. No soap and scrub, nothing. I can scratch the dead skin off with my nail! She said it's okay. I didn't need the pumice stone, put some green mint julep type mask on them, rinsed it off, massage, and ready to paint. I'm sitting in this chair ready to cry. I don't like confrontation, and she really is nice, but potential customers, you've been warned!! I haven't gotten to my nails and lashes yet, but if you're looking for a good pedicure, this is not the place. I even saw two more women and theirs ... nope. How are you done and prepping my toenails to paint and I can literally take a damp washcloth and get more dead skin off than with your "deluxe" pedicure.?? I will post another review after my other services are complete, but the relaxing pampering I came and paid for, and desperately needed are out. I am almost done just in the time it took to write this :( update: I got my nails done, also a mediocre job. My skin was nicked repeatedly and two nails are not completely covered in acrylic and I didn't get my lashes done because I was already $70 in and sooo frustrated and disappointed. My feet literally look and feel worse than when I came in! I will be scheduling an appointment tomorrow to have these soaked off and redone and get a pedicure and hopefully the experience one expects in "pampering". I will post more pics when I get home and in better lighting.

I wss so unsatisfied with the work they did. One girl wanted my rings and watch. Second girl messed up my nails then 3rd girl took off bad set and put new set on but didn't fill two of the nails. They over charge for nails and the third lady refused to listen to how i wanted my nails she said no i have to do my way. I refus to return for service. Besides they had a very few customers there for a Saturday. I found another nail place that i will try. I need my nails done the right way.

First visit was one of the very best experiences I have ever had. Great service and very satisfied with the results of my exceptional pedicure and gel nails. Passed out business cards to everyone I knew. Second visit just okay, so I was a bit disappointed. My third visit was horrible to say the least. Had someone who was brand new & training doing my pedicure. Paid the extra $8 for the dry skin removal (I still have the dry skin - grrr), my hands and feet are not properly color matched. Grrr. One more chance, they are not cheap - don't experiment on me/us or use us as a training model without permission and a discount. It will be hard to go back, but I will. They deserve another chance.

My gf and I went to Las Vegas for a mini cation and were staying at the boulder hotel. I wanted to splurge a bit and surprise my gf with getting her nails done. I called for a reservation and when we came in we were promptly greeted and taken care of. I've gotten my girls nails done before but the quality of standard was to another calibur. Their standard of qualified and licensed bail techs are exceptional. Deanna got us in and out within half an hour. (Wasnt keep track really, watched the Seahawks game). My nails looked amazing and my gf couldnt been happier. Just wished we could find a place like this at home. If you're visiting or a local I would reccommend this place forsure.
