We will definitely return here next time we have mani/pedi needs in Vegas. As a 33year old male from LA, I go the nail shop 1-2x a year always with my wife or mom. As such, I expect it to be a pleasant, relaxing experience b/c it is not in my regular budget. I called them at 12noon, my wife & I arrived 10 minutes late to our 2pm appointment. No problem, they serviced us with a smile. I have pretty rough feet as I run 2X a week & only get a pedicure 1-2x a year. THIS IS THE BEST FOOT SCRUB I have gotten over the past 5 years. We will definitely return here next time we have mani/pedi needs in Vegas. The only thing I would change is better HVAC, the polish fumes slightly bothered my pregnant wife.

This was one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. Firstly, there were only two nail technicians working and there were about 5 people waiting in line. Off tops that is already bad business. Mind you they close at 7 pm and it was around 6 pm when I walked in. I was told that it would be 45 mins until I was able to be seen by someone but, when two Caucasian women came in they were told it would be 15 mins for them and neither one of them had made an appointment. A third nail technician came in off her lunch break but left a lady that she was working with in the salon for over 15 mins. Honestly, the organization of this nail salon was horrible. The communication was off and they will try to over price you for the smallest things when the correct prices are on the website. Overall , I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. There is a better nail salon called Color Splash Nails Wax Lashes that will give you way better service than this place.

Nice pedi. But not to sanitary for my liking. They reuse the scrubbing stone on everyone. Just a simple rinse and reuse.

I feel they're overpriced. I paid $38 ($33 plus $5 tip) for a regular gel manicure . I didn't have anything on my natural nails. I asked for my ring fingers to have glitter on top of the colored polish....nothing too difficult for the nail technician. Also, when I checked my bank statement;l I discovered that I was charged $48 instead of $38. I highly recommend looking over your bank statements to make sure you weren't overcharged "accidentally " I am returning to the salon to pick up my $10 cash that was accidentally over-charged to my account.

If you are not local these people will charge you for EVERYTHING and are rude. When we showed them a picture of toe nails that we wanted they flat out said no, I'll do sparkles instead. Um ok. Plan to spend $100.00 if you want a pedicure with toes painted. That's not even shellac or gel polish! We had 4 pedicures and manicures and half our group they didn't even scrub or massage their feet.

Passing by and nails in need of some attention decided to give this place a try. So glad I did. Reasonable prices. Kind technicians who actually work as if you are their 1st customer of the day when you really are their last. The atmosphere is lovely. The one and only drawback that cost them the fifth Star of this review, their hours. Wish they were open a bit longer...

Was on the phone most the time, spoke very broken english so I barely understood her. Rushed through my pedi, didn't really massage much or remove dead skin. Rushed through my waxing, got wax on my eyelashes, and didn't remove all the hair or shape my eyebrows. Very disappointed.

Happened to be on this side of town and couldn't find any Salon that could do an acrylic fill as a walk-in mid-afternoon. Ryan did an amazing job on my fill better than the original Tech I had gone to he was so precise I will definitely go out of my way to come back.

I called for a mani/pedi for myself and granddaughter. They got us in immediately! We had such great service and loved the colors! The place was clean and didn't smell of chemicals John was amazing. They made me and my granddaughter feel very special. I'll definitely be back!

Very clean and very nice. Not plush, or rich, just nice. To be honest I expected the contrary when I read sign out front teasing everyone to come in with a cheap price. Growing up all the best value places were always slammed and could charge what they wanted. Anyway, I woulda given 4 stars if they hadn't run out of this color I have been addicted to. Very clean too. I'll give it a try again and update my rating if they find my color.... what was it? I'll never tell, I don't wanna start a trend.

I love this salon. Lynn did my nails she was really funny but not overly talky. I'm not one of those people who loves to get their nails done. I like to get in and out. I went in for a fill and color change it took her about 25 min. Plus 5 min more for drying. Super reasonably priced I cant remember exactly what I paid, sorry. The salon itself was nice as well and the pedicure chairs look awesome. When I can force myself to sit still long enough I'll definitely get a pedi there. I've definitely found my nail place!

The place was great. I called for a walk in and took my name. Took me 15 minutes to get there. I arrived and they brought me right to the Pedicure chair. I mentioned what I desired and the young lady went to work. I got the $40 pedicure. She did an awesome job. Very good massage and scrub. The place doesn't carry a heavy smell of the chemicals. Very clean. Plenty of help. A superb place!

I'm from out of town and they make you feel right at home. I had two people working on my mani and pedi at the same time and felt like a queen and my nails look gorgeous. Definitely recommend it

I have been coming here for almost 3 months and have always made an appointment online with no issue. This time I made my appointment like always for my mother and I, walked in and the owner had no record of us in the system. I showed him the email and text message I got from them and he said we still have to wait and when I asked how long, he said at least 45 minutes. But when I told him and showed him I made an appointment his only answer was he had no record in the system and he was unwilling to at least meet us half to get us in as soon as possible since we had record on my phone of an appointment. He was extremely rude and unhelpful and every chance he got during since we walked in the door he ignored us, never have I seen such terrible customer service- especially with another nail salon opening in the same parking lot.

The only reason why I'm not giving this place 1 star is because of Simon, one of the nail texts here. The experience started off well and completely went downhill. My friend and her mother had Simon do their nails but the shop owner did mine. Not only did the owner not do the nail job that I asked him to do THREE TIMES (white square nails with a matte topcoat but instead he just gave me white tips), but he got up in my face and yelled at me in the middle of the salon too when I asked Simon if he would paint my nails because the owner did not finish. He was very rude and unprofessional. Then he had the audacity to say it would be another $18 just to add regular paint! Horrible customer service. Simon, however, made me and my friend laugh and finished my nails off nicely. However, I still think that they are overpriced for the level of work they do. Their pricing on their website is different when you get there. They need consistency, better customer service, and more competitive pricing.

I won't be returning! I came in and they did my nails, but when it was time to do my pedicure, they left me sitting for over 20 minutes to work on others who came in after me! Once they did start my pedicure, I was left with product on my legs for another 15. Too much waiting for what I'm paying! The techs pull your hands and it really pisses me off when they are so aggressive about it. Really wanted to like this place, but again, will not return!
