Love this place. Clean and wonderful
Horrible it's broken down like a damage horse this place needs to be close down no more dinning steam rooms broken it's a place for homeless men to stay make sure to shower then you get home this place will make you feel dirty
Remove all of your negitive everything here. I started with a long relaxing shower to remove the out side, then slipping into the hot tub, I let the jets smooth out the kinks. The herbal steam helps remove toxins in the skin and sinuses. With the quick pull shower just out the door, it's good to keep you balanced. Then up for a nap on the jade room floor, where I woke up after 20 min and felt like I got 8. The co-ed area has a lot of lounge chairs that are so cushy that I took another nap. I'd never been to anything like this before and did not know what to expect. I felt a bit lost going in, not sure how the shoe thing worked, and how you don't lock them up, and your real locker is around the corner. But I got it, and now with my review, I hope if your new to trying this, you have a bit more clue. Great place to spend the day, $25 well spent indeed.
Just it need attention deep cleaning
Imperial Health & Spa is one of my favorite places to go to when I'm in Las Vegas. My boyfriend and I would go to all of the Spa rooms and just relax and chill. It's so nice. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a mini vacation.
They kick out trans gender women while with a group of other women and have the gall to try to get the rest to stay. They claimed to her to have no trans specific policy yet kicked her out. Get bent.
Nice nice and great massage
Smaller than other Korean spas that I've been to. But overall it's clean and comfortable. It was a very comfortable experience.
This place was cool. Was kind of scared when we drove up, but its a lagit place. Cool rooms with different clay, heat, cold. VERY good korean food to eat and relax. Not real keen on the naked salt clay room. Just a bunch of naked guys laying on the floor with their "boys" out. But i guess thats changing in April. Bathing suits required.
I'm just updating my review this was the place I used to go since 2013. Now is in worse condition ever. The Dry sauna absolutely didn't work in my last visit.this place is getting worse and worse. I will give another chance in the future and see.
Been going there for past 9 years! Love love love it! Very clean place- very imports for me.
Good place to relax .. go with friends with whom you are comfortable being naked...
It's a nice place to get a massage or to go relax on the steam rooms and saunas. It could be cleaner, A LOT cleaner tho! The price has gone up, but quality has not. They used to have extra towels and some hygienic products.
I was eager to visit this place for the experience. Well...I won't return again. It was my first time visiting. Most spas greet you and welcome you to their establishment. That did not happen. Also, there was not anyone to at least navigate the location for me. The guy behind the desk took immediate payment without giving me the opportunity to experience the massage first. It was a horrible experience from the start. I had a massage that was mediocre. She smacked me more than massaged me. I tried to take advantage of the rooms. Even though the signs say not to have cell phones, there were two employees sitting in the salt room with their cell phones "hiding." They were speaking loudly...another violation of the "rules" in the spa. So it was far from relaxing. To add insult to injury, the most absurd thing happened. My masseuse "Jessica" followed me out of the building as I was leaving demanding additional tip. I was appalled. Then "cursed" me in Korean as I walked away. Completely unprofessional! I will never return.
it was ok for what we paid
Ok place to relax. Needs to be cleaner
I purchased a day pass, none of the massages or facials included, from Groupon. All I can say is I really wish there was something like this close to home! There's also an ice room, which is upstairs in the co-ed area with the clay rooms and Jade room, also a yoga room. There's TV's and lounge chairs, a small snack area with food for sale. Showers, hot tub and cool pool, wet and dry sauna, salt room, herbal sauna room are all downstairs. Many of the rooms state it is a quiet area, which is great for meditation and self centering.
I enjoyed myself. The co-ed area is a bit smaller than I am used to, and the cold tub I felt was still too warm, but the spa was clean and the people working there (maybe the owner) were very friendly and welcoming.
This is so clean and laid back. Great food. I went on a Monday afternoon, hardly anyone was there. I took a nap, went through all the healing rooms, journal and reflected. Felt refreshed. I will be going back when visiting Vegas. Check Groupon for deals.
Clean and nice, very interesting experience.
Good place to relax.
I have never seen such a horrible policy for making a person feel left out. I witnessed them kicking out a transgender woman who was with a group of other women. I don't see how being transgender could possibly make another woman feel uncomfortable? I'm a woman and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The transgender woman didn't do anything wrong other than be born a man. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment! My brother-in-law is gay and I am personally offended at the way they treat members of the LGBTQ community!
When you live in Vegas and need a massage, just driving around you will see parlors everywhere, I went to Google first for what I needed, a hard core massage. I found this place and due to the Google reviews, I booked an appointment for later that day. This place is huge and while I didn't go for the spa/bath treatments, I found it to be very professional and my massage was insane, get Jessica if you can! My legs that were very sore and tight, are back to normal. Well worth it!
Cozy little place. I went to 4 different spas at all the big hotels. This one is better. Great sauna and steam rooms. And cheap for massages.
Smaller in size compared to Spa Castle but it has the same concept. I really enjoyed myself I like the fact that my friends who had never experienced this type of spa had the option of wearing a swimsuit in the hot.The red clay balls were everything, I will definitely go back.
Good place to enjoy some relaxing time
Really enjoyed going here. I do think the upkeep could be better! Could use a make over and also something to wipe down the mats before you lay on them.
I love to come here and unwind after a long day. The massages and body scrubs are so rejuvenating, it's all so professional and they offer a lot of services. It is a unique place, people can relax in various rooms in robes, take a steam bath, lots of options. It is cheaper than what the strip hotels offer. Fun experience if it's your first time!
I will be coming back here often! super clean and great self-spa!
Great place to relax.
I was there a few years ago & it was great. Today's visit was a little disappointing because many of the rooms were inop. Even the cold poolasl was closed. You can tell they are doing the best they can with the situation. Hope they can survive.
This is the absolute best spa in Las Vegas. The facilities are top notch and very clean. Between the spa section downstairs and the grounding rooms upstairs, you can easily spend hours here I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed. This very closely matches spas in Korea, it is the real deal!
The rooms are what make this place great. Quiet and relaxing. Seperate men and womans sections and co-ed on the 2nd floor. Great place to relax for a few hours
I had been meaning to visit for years and finally treated myself to a 90 minute signature salt scrub with Sophia who took very good care of me. I highly recommend her. Even though we're in the middle of summer in Vegas the hot rooms - mud ball, heated jade, infrared were still therapeutic and enjoyable. Plus there's an ice room to reset. Those were in the co-ed clothes areas. There were a few problems though. It seemed a bit understaffed. No toilet paper in the ladies room adjacent to the locker room, for example. The door to a stall didn't shut properly and swung open while I was using the toilet (nice). Management also needs to put up signage about NO cell phone photography in the WOMENS locker room! After feeling very relaxed and as I was dressing to leave, I was surprised to turn around and find a young woman taking selfies. Since I'd had my naked backside to her for a few minutes, this unnerved me. While I doubt she snapped a pic of my posterior, I gave her my best silent unwavering stinkeye as she left the locker room for the wet area. Who the hell uses a cell camera in a LOCKER ROOM where people are NAKED? I did a thorough check around for ANY signage, found none, and reported what happened to the front desk when I checked out. Receptionist said she would have gone in had I come to her earlier. Problem was, she was alone up front, was very busy, and I had to wait for some time for help. It was a sour end to an otherwise pleasant morning.
Used a Groupon for the spa access but did not get a treatment. The check in and Groupon usage was smooth and quick. What to expect: They provide one set of clothes (for the coed area), one body towel, and a small face towel - NO SLIPPERS - make sure to bring your own if you want footwear. Also, use your towel wisely, they do not have extra to take in the locker rooms. Also, they won't ask your size for the clothes at check in so if you wear size Large (or higher) in pants you may want to ask at the beginning vs. attempting to squeeze into the size they give you for 5 minutes. Overall, the facilities are definitely worth the price as there are 2 hot tubs, one cold pool, a salt steam room, herbal steam room, dry sauna, and a salt sauna just in the women's area. The facilities are well kept and always very clean. They will allow swimsuits but very few people will opt to wear them so be aware if you are very modest. They have both stand up and Korean showers and sell scrubs at the front desk. It might be a little outside of some people's comfort zone but I recommend you try this place out! It's not in the greatest part of town but I've never had any issues nor have any of my friends.
Guys like getting head in the locker room
This place isn't what it used to be. The interior spa is decaying and you see quite of mildew and rust all over the place. What happend to the teabags in the steam suana? What happend to the shaving and hygenic items that made you feel spic and span after leaving. Most of your couches do not work and it would be awesome if you bring back this place back its glory days.
Very good value for a relaxing time
This spa is absolute top notch. I highly recommend it to all
It is very relaxing for the money
LOVE. THE. RELAXATION. VERY CLEAN
Amazin place.clean.massages.different prices for massages...friendly stuff
I visit this place regularly !!! Trying to go once or twice a week....And I do it with my wife! Can you keep damn cold tube COLD???? Men are lucky we have a cold shower but ladies don’t have anything COLD in there! People must cool off after hell hot steam rooms!!!!! Hopefully the owner can see the reviews and finally can make a decision to do some changes!
Great spa, a blessed oasis in the midst of the unforgiving Nevada desert. Large facilities including a restaurant and massage center. Definitely get a Groupon if you go here. So worth it!!
Always so relaxing to visit this Spa.
This place has really gone down from about 1 year ago. They never have anything working the cold is not cold its tepid and the hot tubs are warm. I suffer from an array of neck, back and musculature problems and nothing has worked as good as repetitive hot and cold plunge or contrast hydrotherapy. What is worst is that I call ahead of time and ask if the cold plunge is working and they always say yes. Twice it has been not true. I ask," how cold is it?What is the temperature?" And I never get a straight answer just "yes it is cold". If your interested Mandalay Bay has a spa with a cold plunge. I'm never coming here again unless they fix this issue. Don't go here.
Realizing, clean and very therapeutic! Bought a Groupon for the spa and it was worth every penny.
Place is nice and clean. Relaxing atmosphere even though the outside area is sketch. Imperial spa is awesome!
Amenities are awful, very up-tight
Great spa experience... However they gave me shorts with a pack of cigs in them. Either they are not washing the clothes they give you or they aren't checking the pockets... They don't loan you shower shoes...
I would totally give them 5 Stars it's just that I went late the closing time says 1030 and by 10 we were getting kicked out of the upstairs rooms... Besides that everything was clean friendly staff my boyfriend got a massage and get loved it!! Can't wait to go back!!
Let me start off by saying that this place has so much potential. The bestie took me to Imperial Health Spa after a crazy Saturday night out on the strip. We were a bit beat up from the floor up so a visit was much needed. She purchased a $20 deal on Groupon for two people, not bad. The spa is not on the main street. It's in an odd area, a little sketchy even off of the main road. They have ample parking space. The ladies at the front counter have NO customer skills whatsoever. They handed us the towel, pointed towards the door and said in there naked. We encountered a nice lady inside who gave us a play by play on how things run in there. Once they verify that you have an appointment they will you hand you a towel, locker key, shirt, and shorts. Grab a locker, remove all your clothing and take your towel and key with you. Take conditioner, scrubs, masks, and anything else that you might need. They do not provide anything except for body gel and shampoo. Once you have made your way to where the pools and saunas are, to your right, wash yourself. You'll be getting in the pools naked, be considerate and make sure you are squeaky clean. If you have a bush, hairy armpits, hairy anything... take your time and clean yourself. Start with the pools first. The big one to your left is hot but not jacuzzi hot, jump in for about fifteen minutes then move on the hot one across from it. That one is hotter, take your time. Another fifteen minutes there. Last but not least walk towards the back and get in the cold pool. Is not freezing, just cold. After the pools, try out the sauna and steam room on the left-hand side. Once you're done, shower again. If at any point you go urinate, and you will. Shower before getting back in the pools. Upstairs you'll find the red clay ball room and the arctic room. I was not impressed with either. The floor in the clay room is too hot and the tiny balls are recipe for disaster. Watch your step and do not walk inside barefoot. Get on your knees to get on top of the tiny little balls. The arctic room was nowhere as cold as we expected. The place can use some renovations. It does not look like the pictures on their website. Lack of customer service and the place not looking up to part led me to write this 2 star review.
Terrible, terrible, terrible.. the men's first level spa.. the hot tub was "cold" and the cold tub was not cold... This place is not the same anymore.. completely disappointed me. Last massage I got here was the WORST! I wanted to give this place another chance.. I will not be coming back here.
Get a body scrub, you wont regret it. One of my favorite places in Vegas.
Went for the tubs and a body scrub with massage. It felt wonderful. Will be back again.
Nice accommodation. Enjoyed the facilities. I did not like that in the women area, women were not required to wear any garments.
I loved both times I went when I was in town for a dance intensive in mid March 2019. I enjoyed all the amenities & the SenTao package. I'm so excited to come back in July with my husband!!
Excellent location. Great choice for jacuzzi, hot tub, cold tub, infrared sauna, relax seats, free water. Great details, very friendly staff. I'll come back for sure, good price.
Nice pools saunas and It's nice and quiet. I used a Groupon at the suggestion of a friend and ended up paying less than $16 for admission!
Such cool place. Literally take anyone you love to this place. Only thing to improve would be the chill area where it could have been a bit more inviting to sit in with maybe some more functional chairs and some nature tv shows on so you're not stuck watching Korean shows about people trying to lose body fat...
Korean style spa - an oasis hidden offstrip in Vegas. Hot tubs, Saunas, Steamroom. Clay rooms.. they have it all. Lounge areas (with Korean cable TV), even a small restaurant. Special Entry price for Vegas locals just show ID or buy a 10 pas for big discount Always clean, I visit weekly
I'm a tough cookie when it comes to spas as I am a former aesthetician. The facility was wonderfully designed. The different steam rooms, dry saunas were exceptional. What left me turned off was no use of professional products and the lack of training in the service provider. I had the Scen Tao package that was $395.00 and 3.5 hours. This included a salt scrub seaweed mask, massage and facial. The body wash was from Walmart and there were no professional products to be seen any where is the common areas even though they have a blurb about it on there website. I could tell the service person was neither a professional masseuse or licensed aesthetician. So just be cautious they are not all they are cracked up to be and definitely not worth the huge price tag.
This place is amazing and price superb!! Have great groupons as well take the day and relax!! Herbal wet sauna is my favorite!!
Terrible, the front desk knew that there's not hot water, but still letting people in and charging money, what a "cheesy" dishonest business! Maintenance is so bad: AC airfilters are full of dust, AC inside is so week that they keep door opened from wet area into a locker room, which is so warm & steamy as well; cold pool water is not cold at all & dirty ... ... You complain at front desk and they just pretend listening to you, but don't do anything to fix the problems!
One in Fullerton seems to be better
I was left with bruises after my massage. It was by far the worst massage experience of my life, his far. I told the gal that it was extremely painful as she was digging her elbow into my lower back... She responded indicating that I needed to trust her, it would feel better when she was done. OUCH. My BF was surprised to see me when I got home because I had bruises all over the back of my legs and down my back. I'm not an incredibly sensitive person, either. She chose to use her knuckles and elbows to perform a large part of the message. Haven't been able to bring myself to get a massage since. OUCH! I left an extra star because of our group of 4 only two of us received terrible massages... The other two had a wonderful, relaxing experience. I have been twice - from my experience, it is a fun affordable spa day (if you choose not to get a service). Food at the restaurant was pretty good too.
This place was relaxing, detoxing, and nice. Plus, they just fixed all their hot tubs and saunas-Very Nice!!! Well worth the money!
Awesome tht you can enjoy the many rooms for $19 bucks along with the saunas and jacuzzi's too. Definitely check out this little gem in the cut!!!
This is a family spa, with many great amenities for getting clean and rebalancing your body. To the customers of a certain type, please don't ruin a good thing for everyone else by selfishly intending to engage in inappropriate actions.
I love coming here for a day of relaxation and detox. The food here is good and I was able to get a gluten free vegan meal if you can believe it!!
Great spa , the best of its kind in sin city They raised the daily admission to $25 from like $12 Still worth it . For some reason the wet area is getting more of the elder perverted kind of guys , there are some gay spas in the area , dont know whats going on with that . The dry area which is unisex is pretty safe
Great way to end a vacation, loved the herbal steam sauna and the clay ball room!
Always love this place.... But this visit was not so much. The clay ball room was closed. The cold pool was not working. No towels in the locker room. No soap in the shower. The place is real run down and really dirty. Makes me sad cause I have always loved this place.
Hot and cold tubs are almost always shut down for health code reasons. Couples we're upstairs making out in the cold room and clay rooms. Pretty much wasted our time and money. Massages are very expensive compare to other massage places not on the strip.
Something I've never done
Disgustingly dirty water and facilities. Way overpriced body treatments. Hot tubs don’t really work, hot is warm, cold is normal and dirty with a dead fly and hair floating in it. Rooms look nothing like in pictures (creepy looking salt sauna, really looks like a normal room with mats and lights off) Would not recommend to a friend and won’t be back either.
Great spa, lots of rooms, clean!
It was all I thought it would be & more...a really enjoyable experience a few improvements but overall it was a decent experience
My husband and I came here for deep tissue massages. During my massage, my technician's phone went off and a man entered the room while I was exposed and my tech did nothing to stop him, but instead had a conversation with him. It was strange that we had to pay for our massage AND TIP before getting our services. Deep tissue massage = back walking massage
This place is amazing. So relaxing and the perfect amount of things to do for a good price.
This spa has decided to exclude trans people from their business for absolutely no reason. I cannot in good conscience recommend a business that has exclusionary and bigoted policies.
A little bit outdated and in need of aesthetic repairs in places, but overall very good. I love the selection of rooms, great prices, and free water. Wonderful way to spend a relaxing day.
Fantastic hot rocks roon and clay room and the deep chill room. Feel like a new person
Perfect place to relax - friendly & helpful people, clean facility, awesome therapeutic rooms - I come here almost every week, to relax & unwind & very happy. Highly recommend! Thai salad here is the best !
Please crack down on cell phone usage and girls streaming from your dressing room. No one likes to realize the girls next to them are taking selfies when they are naked sharing a mirror
This spa is simple, clean and well maintained. I do wish there was an oxygen room, and unfortunately the ice room was closed on my visit last week. Also, I was unaware that they only serve 5 Thai dishes from the kitchen on Wednesdays, and I was really looking forward to the spicy beef soup (which was not available on a Wednesday). I cannot speak to the quality of the extra services, such as massage and body scrub, because I have only ever utilized the day pass for saunas and jacuzzi usage. The saunas are clean and well kept, my favorite is the clay ball room. HOWEVER, I do recommend bringing headphones and some relaxing music, as it can get pretty noisy in the clay ball room, especially if there are immature and inconsiderate people in there. Unfortunately the first time I visited here, there were. Not to worry though, I went down to the front desk and complained about the noise (which was wayyy more than would be caused by getting in/out of the pit and occasional adjusting), and they were extremely apologetic and went and spoke to the noisy people immediately. Overall, my experiences here have been pleasant, calming, restorative and regenerative. I will continue to come here as often as I can!
Quiet relaxing location to soak and recharge. I love the cold tub and the clay ball room. Their towels are scratchy, but everything you need is provided, except sandals.
This place used to be great. Seems like new owners took over and stopped caring about facilities maintenance, cleanliness, or customer service. They removed furniture, upped the price, screwed up the restaurant, and now the place smells like a moldy, mildewy, mess. There are no towels either which is so annoying. It's a freaking wet spa.
Very relaxing quiet inexpensive way to find peace Zen Tranquility whatever it is your looking for.
This place was awesome! Really cheap for a spa. No pools or sunshine but lots of different fun rooms! My favorite it the beds made of beads. Very tactile and satisfying to dig in. There are lots of different hot rooms and a freezing cold room. A yoga room, a clay oven room, dry and wet saunas, a salt room! A couple Jacuzzis. The food smelled and looked delicious but we missed our chance for that. When you get there they give you a silly pink outfit to wear upstairs. Downstairs the locker rooms are separated by gender. Be aware there is likely to be naked people in there. Upstairs you wear your outfit and go in all the cool rooms. There's tea and lounger chairs and tv. And I got a massage, they got me in the same room with my friend when I asked, and we loved it. Fabulous massage so relaxing. Really great place to visit for a few hours and cheap for a spa.
The hot tub wasn't all that hot. The cool tub was frigid. Had a swedish massage that was out of this world. Ask for Joe if you get one. He's great. I was amused that everyone wore a towel around the tub area. Most places I've been like this are much freer with nudity.
Came here with my brother. We were sceptical about being separated. Then we learned in 4 rooms upstairs we could chill together. We split up into ladies and men locker rooms where the hot tubs and steam rooms were. It was a stress relief experience. Very clean and not what i expected from reviews. Its not a 5 dimond spa like Caesars Palace but for a simple spa it gets 5 stars in my book!
A wonderful place to relax and feel refreshed! I felt like a new person. Don't miss the little restaurant. Delicious authentic food.
Place is cool buy running down. They need marketing bad. The fact that it's the cheapest Korean Spa in town, I guess you get what you pay for. I was not happy that half the showers didn't work right. Construction was going on while I was trying to relax. The place is falling apart. They said they had wifi, I wanted to do work and that did not happen. But the food was pretty damn good and didn't make us sick. We travel a lot so we go to many Korean spas to relax, work and wind down. Was not happy with the even the TV stuck on one station.
Further update: forgot to mention that all the wood surfaces have been replaced in the dry sauna... One can now sit comfortably without burning your feet or posterior. Update: the hot tub has been resurfaced, although the jets still need to be addressed... Even less seating in the wet area and the locker room... Overall the spa is still a good value for relaxing. Quiet, reasonably clean and relaxing. Some of the facilities could use some upgrading and a few extra towels would be nice. More seating in the men's locker room and wet areas are needed. The hot tub could stand a resurfacing, and the jets could stand some work.
You get what you pay for. Not very clean and they dont provide unlimited towels. Have to keep the same one they provide you with at the door
Pretty cool experience. Have several options and ways to relax. Very clean place. Most staff was friendly except 1 lady at the front desk. The lady was very demanding and rude. I would still go again.
Such a great place to come n relax
Steam room wasn't working :( They told us beforehand, but based on the other reviews it seems things might be broken often. Everything else about the place I liked. Very clean. Mix of different people and cultures and a lot of Koreans. The downstairs is sperate genders and each one has their own jacuzzis, dry rooms, steam room, and showers (sit down and stand up). You can wear a swimsuit but most people don't. Also they don't want you doing any scrubs or masks in the spa which is a bummer. Upstairs is mixed gender and they give you gym clothes. I thought the pants were a bit uncomfortable and as a small person they were extremely huge on me. Anyways, there are several interesting rooms upstairs including warm caves, red clay, and Jade rooms. Though the Jade room just looked like a large room. I enjoyed the red clay the most; you can dig your feet into the balls of clay and it feels nice and warm. There's also a lounge area and a small Korean restaurant, though I didn't try it.
Love Love Loved it. So relaxing. Spent 5 hours there. Will definately go again.
I love imperial Health &Spa very nice place to be when you wanna relax and rest. Excellent all around..from CHICAGO
For locals only $20 go there and spend the whole day relax fantastic place and there is food offered upstairs very good plants please do not take children other than that perfect
Nice facility. I love the hot rocks bed. I could lay there & just melt away. The Ice room was a great finisher. I wished I could wear my jammies & say "goodnight world ..." ;) Please update your reclining chairs. Most of them don't work anymore. Kamsahamnida!
My friends and I went here for a girls day and the spa itself was nice. I have been to nicer ones and one of the pools was closed which was disappointing. The other rooms were great though and we spent a few hours there
My favorite spot when I’m in Vegas! They’re always clean staff are super friendly and welcoming. Great amenities beats any Spa on the Strip and they have best Korean restaurant upstairs! Make sure to book a massage/scrub combo
No so great, the steam rooms on the man side are ok. But their clay room is not as hot anymore, the freezing room. Is not as cold... They used to be better, but it is slowly going down in service and aparience.
Don’t waste your money. They have REALLY let the place go downhill. The little lounge area in the men’s locker area has been disassembled, only 1/3 of the showers work, none of the body scrub area showers work, the cold dip was closed, none of the door return hinges on the steam and sauna doors are working so you need to be a god to open and close the doors and the hot tub was only about 100 degrees. Very disappointed
Had the most relaxing girls day here! Myself, daughter & daughter in law spend 4 hours here. All 3 of us got massages and LOVED Candy, Joe & Vickie. Will totally be doing this again!
We've been going here for the last 4 years and things have really deteriorated. I'll list them in order of occurrence. 1. Stopped providing sandals to use within the vicinity. 2. They took away conditioner and half of the dispensers don't even have body wash. 3. There are men having sex in the locker room, and there's seedy young gay male escort walking around the locker room looking for their next John. 4. We asked for a strong female to massage my muscular boyfriend & they gave me the strong masseuse & him the fragile girl. 5. He tipped her $15 after his horrible $160 Thai massage & she made him go get more tip money . This place use to be great, but it's disgusting now.
Real Korean spa like in LA. Awesome
The restaurant is so good. I lived in Korea for awhile. This is like being back there. The woman at the restaurant was so friendly. The food was awesome. I love korean food.
This place is not fancy by any means, but very unique. A few types of saunas will totally relax you. If I remember them all... A steam room, dry sauna, clay room, salt room, and Jade room. And, do not forget to have some Korean delicious food while you there.
I went with my daughter and her friends as part of her bridal celebration. I absolutely loved it and plan to go back next time I'm in Vegas!
Agree the hot pools were not hot enough. The steam/specialty rooms were spacious. My services (body scrub, massage, accupressure) were phenomenal! Candy and Joe were awesome!
The lower level for men was a complete waste of time. The jacuzzi was tepid, certainly not hot or relaxing. The dry sauna wasn't even hot enough to sweat...and folks wanted to leave the door propped open. All pretty useless. The upper level, the coed level, while I didn't like to have to wear the crazy "uniform", had some very nice warm rooms. I especially enjoyed the red clay balls room. Overall, not worth the money. I won't be back.
Do not recommend period. How all these reviews calling this place paradise blows my mind. I'm not one to complain or bash a place, but I had to come here and give you an honest review before you consider it. Came here with the wife on vacation because of the groupon. So you know, only the second floor is dedicated to co-ed which have only dry saunas. Those clay rooms are more like the sandbox you use to play in as a kid, just warm gravel in a box. The worse part is they make you wear mandatory clothing on this floor which we found very uncomfortable, baggy heavy cotton shorts and cotton t-shirt which feels like a prison outfit, one size fits all, the last thing you want to be wearing going into a sauna. On the first floor the hot tub is luke warm and the "cold" tub is room temp. The steams were grimy and run down like the entire place, paint peeling all over, mold on the caulking and a funky smell you can't miss. We both found it very dirty. On top of all that you have the Korean employee ladies yelling very loud all the time killing any spa type of vibe. Finally I only got one towel at the beginning and I couldn't find a clean towel anywhere or an employee to ask for one near the end when i wanted to shower. Nothing like drying yourself off with the sweaty towel you've been using. The q-tips and disposable shavers were dollar store quality, just useless. The sinks were full of hairs from the last guy shaving. Staff to stock a shelf with towels or wipe down dirty sinks were non-existent. I wouldn't go back there again if it was free. You'd have to be an absolute bone head to return to this place. If you want to go to a steam or a hot tub go to a community pool for $6.
The jacuzzi water. It needs to be drained cleaned and refilled regularly. One of the main reasons for going and I wasn't able to, no I would not get in. Also the service at the desk. A lil more professional. We arrived 20 b4 9 and the young lady rushed us to provide the reservation
To straight for my taste. But it was nice and relaxing.
Nice place when it is not busy. They are under new ownership. Spa services are overpriced.
Clean establishment and the online photos are very accurate. We paid for admission to the spa and spent 3.5 hours enjoying the many different rooms. It's very relaxing!
Had a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience at this spa. Staff was very nice and facilities were very clean. Love the selection of rooms to detox in and even got a good nap. I will definitely go again.
VERY POOR. Arrived at 4:15 for a 4:30 massage appointment was asked to wait almost two hours. After a 90 min wait I got a full refund and departed. For a 90 min wait I could of paid twice as much at my hotel on the strip and got perfect service.
Decent spa experience for the price I paid on Groupon. Be careful of the jade clay balls room, when you step on them you instantly roll and can possibly fall. I slipped and hit my leg.
Good place off the strip to pass the time waiting for flight home. Relaxing.
Alwadys Amazing love this place and will continue to bring friends to share sauna and steam self care magic:) don't count on cafe anymore tho despite a woman always being there she never seems to have what I want to order so I don't eveb bother to see if they're open. May be its me but if something is no longer served please change menu posters
Such a fantastic & relaxing times! My wife & I have been coming here for about 10 years now! Imperial Spa has always been a get-a-way from the week(s) of life's every day Hansel, try it you'll love it!
AMAZING experience with my Husband today. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We are Vegas Locals and we will definitely become regulars.
Not a bad place to spend a few hours relaxing, but the atmosphere lacked any real personality. They had a nice public coed area, but the "wet area" was more like a dark and humid cave. I would have enjoyed the visit more if the hot and cold tubs were in the public area, and then maybe another set of tubs in the private area (locker room). I was also a little surprised that there were so few customers there. We practically had the whole facility to ourselves.
The food was ok. No Where to sit any more. Could be nicer.
Loved every second of it and walked away relaxed and rejuvenated.
Used to go all the time when i lived in vegas. 10 years later its even better!
We were told that we dont need to make an appointment for massage. Which is not true at all. We came in at 10am and massage was available only at 5pm. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Such a relaxing experience. Staff was wonderful and spa was very clean. Definitely will return.
Ice room was nowhere near cold enough for any northerner, but great besides
It's peaceful and nice staff. Great Korean comfort food as well.
I love the atmosphere! Wish everything worked when I went. Staff is excellent.
Over time this place has down graded...After 5 months, I was hoping there were significant changes. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I've been here many times, for a few years now. I LOVE it here. I love all the different rooms to relax in, the red clay balls, rose quarts, etc-- also love the red clay huts! The food is also amazing. I love the atmosphere and friendly staff. The massages are amazing, as are the scrub massages. Would recommend, to anyone. Rules are simple, and place is clean!
They have great rooms and a clean facility that allows me to nurture different ailments. I always feel rejuvenated and refreshed after my session that can as long as I want before closing (@10pm). I miss the Korean chef who quit
The kitchen wasn't open when it said it was supposed to be open. The cleaning staff was rude. The quality of the spa has certainly gone down from its glory days.
Nice getaway. Very relaxing. Coed area is where my girlfriend and I spend most of our time. Going back and forth between the hot and cold rooms. The Jade room could be better; all the rooms have jade floors so the room that is empty, they call the jade room. They removed the yoga room and replaced with foot massage area.
It looks like it used to be a nice place. But it is in a state of total disrepair and understaffed. After I bought admission I was told there was no one to do body scrub today. Then once I entered the wet area the was a foul smell. The showers temperature and pressure knobs most did not work right and needed to be descaled. The hot tub had an issue with foam and was emitting an unclean smell as well. Then I discover a steam room is out of commission. Have been to a number of Korean spas before I can attest that this place is a dump. Avoid it at all cost. The good news is that you are in Las Vegas and there are excellent spas on the strip. Qua spa is excellent and if you want something cheaper checkout Excalibur's spa. It is nothing fancy but it is clean and staffed by professionals.
I was not impressed at all with this place. The water was dirty in all the pools there were rooms unavailable. I was not happy at all
My girlfriend was so happy for the massage
Hot tub lukewarm, cold pool barely cool. Clay ball room barely warm. It's getting disappointing.
Loved it. So relaxing..saunas and atmosphere simply amazing.
I absolutely love this place! I stop here every Vegas trip I make and am sad if I miss it! I suggest getting a package if you frequent like my friends and I. My favorite rooms include the Dry Sauna, the Clay Ball Pits and the Cold Plunge Pool. The Steam Sauna had no lights and a slight mildew smell last trip or I would have given all 5 stars.
Great place and clean and great service
