Good massage. Welcome staff as well as amenities were kind of shabby for the price. Shampoo and very little hair products to fix yourself after. Wont go back again

I enjoyed my experience overall with the Harrah’s Spa. We stayed at the hotel so it was convenient location. The staff was very friendly and my massage and facial services were both great. I did not like the layout of the spa at all! I had to walk through a gym to get to the waiting area. Men kept coming in for the free apples and water, and to stare at us... one even turned bright lights on. Seriously rude. The steam room was amazing. I would suggest putting a water fountain in the gym for the people working out, because that was very strange and awkward.

10+ years as a customer of Adriann Golightly - massage therapist at the Spa at Harrah's. Every time we come to Vegas - I specifically request Adriann - she is consistently amazing! The spa is clean, the staff is pleasant, my husband enjoys his workout there. I call my 1-hour massage "being in Golightly Heaven" - best massages I have ever gotten anywhere!

I just got the Swedish massage through Groupon and I tell you what....it was amazing!!! I highly recommend Jenni as the massage therapist. I’ve had about 30 massages in my life and hers ranked in top 5 hands down. Perfect blend of therapeutic touch and relaxation.

I’ve gone to this spa last year for free with my rewards card. This year they’re changing to use the spa. When I asked if it was a 2019 change, the Asian gay guy got upset and said it was always a charge. I guess he forgot that last year he checked me all last year for free. Once I paid him the charge with cash, he left the counter and another man had to finish helping me. I entered the WOMENS spa and walked into the locker room/area, the same ASAIN GAY GUY WAS IN THE WONEN SPA! The Spa needs a better policy about MEN entering the WOMEN’S spa while Women are in there NAKED. All the women in there was confused and afraid to say anything. I haven’t been back since!

I just enjoyed a 50 minute relaxing spa and it was awesome! Bri did a wonderful job targeting problem areas while making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Best massage ever thanks to Bri!

Spa day with my friends. I had a facial and a massage. My massage therapist, Steve, gave me the best massage I've ever had! Used deal from Travelzoo and it was affordable.

The spa and fitness center share a space in the hotel. To access the spa you have to walk through the fitness center. Once inside the fitness center ladies go to the right to locker room and or spa room for services. Other rooms are to the left of the fitness center. You have to walk through the fitness center in the spa robe to access the other rooms. These rooms are odorless doesn't even smell like your in a spa.... you can hear guest walking and running on the treadmill. You can hear people talking. The massage therapist shoes squeezed. The hostess who walked me back to the locker room tried to scam me. Let's just say I made a last minute decision to remove my LV clutch purse from the locker and took it with me to the room. When I returned the passcode would not work. I couldn't get in the locker to get my shoes. The hostess had to reset the code !!! She seemed very nervous (I gave her the side eye). Now why wouldn't my code work? I opened the locker 3 x's. Closed it 3 x's using the same code. The service was harrahible or horrible! The manger was never available. I left a message for the manager to call me about the service. No response ! I don't answer my front door and talk to strangers in my robe . Why should I be paraded through the fitness center while men are working out in a robe??? I should have at least been given the option. The spa should disclose that the lockers can be opened by staff to inform staff that the lockers are not secure and don't leave valuables.

Cramped quarters apx 2 of each piece of equipment so had to wait for treadmill 1 piece of equipment was broken felt as if we were in a high school locker room but the spa area was nice the gym faces the pool so was able to watch patrons swim while jogging on the treadmill

Receptionist attempted to scam us! Ordered a voucher via TravelZoo. Called ahead to see if two vouchers could be used for a couple's massage, told yes. When we arrived, we were told the policy had changed and the normal $20 fee for the couple's massage room had been changed to $75. When confronted the receptionist--same from previous day--with the fact that we were not told this when we reserved, we made the decision to not get a massage at all. While waiting at the elevator the receptionist told us we could get the massage for 20 additional dollars. We declined as we were already refunded by TravelZoo. Receptionist walked off only to return seconds later to inform me the card reserving the massage would be charged full price. We then ask to speak to a manager, but none was available and receptionist did not seem to want to provide a name of the manager. After additional conversing, we were told to speak to the lead therapist. Receptionist did not inform him of the situation but instead scurried about the waiting area and floor talking with the massage therapist, likely about us. When told the story, Lead Therapist offed to provide the massages at the voucher price only. ****Additionally, he, the **Lead Therapist**, stated he had no knowledge of a $75 fee.**** When we declined again, he apologized graciously and told us no charges would be made against the card on file. Thank you for that Steve. He is the reason for the one star versus zero.
