A response with no mention of the horrible service and horrible staff. That's funny!!! And I don't work for Hawks. Horrible, unfriendly staff!! I've been there several times and each time, the staff has been unpleasant. They aren't service oriented and don't make you feel welcome. The Spa itself, is constantly having issues with the sauna, the steam room and the pool. One or two or all three are constantly out of order. Currently, it's the steam room and the pool. I can excuse the lack of amenities, if the staff is friendly and welcoming, which Entourage is not. Entourage has a less expensive cover and only worth it if you're just looking to quickly get off. This spa will do in a pinch, but if you want to be satisfied and have a good time, "Hawks" is the better choice, their clientele is a notch above and the staff is more welcoming and friendly. It's a little more expensive, but the far better choice.

Having been to other Bathhouses in cities like Portland and Seattle i was expecting Entourage to be nice and someone classy. That expectation was way off. The place is very old and run down and smelled of mold and mildew. I didnt feel very safe and secure. I only stayed for about an hour. The only good thing I can say about this place is it has a decent pool. I would not recommend this place and i will not ever revisit. Also the guys were Agressive and even 2 of them followed me half the time I was there.

The staff are amazing, super friendly and efficient. The place is old but they keep it amazingly clean. I was there when they had an inspection by the Health Department which they passed with flying colours. They get a lot of tourists and beautiful Las Vegas locals, always a hot crowd. They have a comprehensive program of promoting safe and sane behavior which was good to see. I like the variety of specials they have, catering to every age group. I also like the strict policy of respect they maintain. They throw out druggies and weird people keeping the atmosphere friendly.

I visit Entourage twice weekly. Formerly a loyal Hawk's customer, their inability to keep maintenance standards has GLADLY pushed me, and many others to Entourage. The facilities at Entourage are wonderful, and inclusive of all amenities. It's bright where it needs to be, and dark in the right spots. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, showers, are thoroughly cleaned and look inviting. The ownership and staff are wonderful, cleaner young men are mouthwatering. Pricing is important, and Entourage offers discounts for different age groups on different days. So when in Las Vegas, gay, and looking for sexual entertainment, this is the only place this local goes. THANKS Entourage for offering our community this outlet.

I had an awesome time in Vegas when I went to this place 3 days on a row. Employees were very friendly and made me feel so welcomed the three times I was there.I felt very comfortable and secure while I was inside the building.I left a lot of valuables at the counter such as my wallet with a lot of cash, my Lamborghini watch, and everything was given to me exactly the way I left it. I made a couple of friends from different states and countries too. I really like the area near the pool where u can go n smoke a cigarette. Can't wait to go back.

Avoid this place. I suspect the staff and management may be involved with the rampant theft, illegal drug use and distribution and violating an individual's privacy. Being a visitor from out of state, I truly felt targeted. My wallet was stolen while locked up in a locked room. Since there are signs everywhere stating the facility is not liable for any loss and has signs posted about locking your valuables at the front desk which are public but not pointed out by the staff. Since the staff is aware of problems, and management has invested in signs, why wouldn't they invest in more safety/security measures. 1) Security to enforce rules and bounce undesirables. 2) door knobs that lock automatically like every other Spa in the country has. 3) No Cell Phones. Period beyond the locker room or private room. 4) No smoking pot means No Smoking Pot.. do something about it.. or the dude snorting Meth, or the heroin addict asking everyone if they need help.. Christ.. this place sucks. Unsafe. Untrustworthy.. PS. Added after Management's response... I have no idea who "Jason" is. Maybe your facility is exactly as stated by me. Going on the offensive as an owner/manager adds an additional level of suspect to my story. Maybe you have serious problems at your spa that you choose to ingore. Then you choose to continue to violate and bully victims of crimes perpetrated on your property, instead of apologizing for any mishaps. This proves my case.

I'm originally from Los Angeles and my partner and I went to EDC in 2015 in Las Vegas and we decided to stop by the local bath house. Location is kind of off, really sketchy area. We came inside and the clerk nagged us for coming to Las Vegas for EDC because he thought we were bringing in drugs with us into the club lol. We got our room I thought it was cute that they give certain colors of towels for people who are certain positions in bed. Besides that the place could definitely use a change in scenery it was really dingy and dirty. It was huge but there was mold everywhere especially the sauna, shower area and jacuzzi area. We went around daytime and it was dead there was four other guys there that's it. Maybe we went around a wrong time and wrong day. Besides that I would go again when we visit Vegas just wasn't exceptionally happy with the setting.

While It still has a ways to go to rate anything higher than good- it has come a VERY long way in the past few years. I am a visitor- and come in a couple times a year whenever in town- and I can only assume that a few years ago when the name changed from Apollo to Entourage, it was because new owners took over. It certainly shows. After years of decline where it seems nothing was done with the customer in mind- it was filthy, things were broken, no investment was made in anything that would improve the customer experience, and customer service was horrible and sometimes rude...that is now changing. First and foremost, the service is 1000% better than it was 3 or 4 years ago. The staff is now friendly, and they obviously care about the customers. It is much cleaner now, and there have also been some improvements made to the facilities that will finally lure in new business rather than the old status quo that did better at deterring people from coming, finally some investment in the place! Of course there are still big challenges. The place is still in need of a makeover, and the location is less than ideal in the downtrodden 60"s era strip mall the "Commercial Center" off Sahara Road. Still, even in the worst of times for Vegas economically, the crowds have gotten better/bigger in the past couple years, and the atmosphere has a vibe to it now that was missing between 2000 and 2010. As improvements continue to be made and the place continues recent efforts to market itself properly- the experience should continue to get better. Ownership/management and staff that care about the place and its customers is the most important thing in making this happen- and it is evident that Entourage! now has this. Thank you to them for making this a place the community can be proud of again.

Bad experience from the door I visited Entourage this past summer. As I walked in the clerk looked at me as if I was going to rob the place. The vibe wasn't professional and lack the collective spirit as a gay community. If your not apart of the cliquey circle of gay men in Vegas, this place isn't for you. Hawks is better

Great remodel, pool and Jacuzzi room and lighting throughout have been improved and now the place looks more like something you would see in Palm Springs now a days. Pricing is a bit on the higher side but they have specials for different age groups and genres on specific nights. Lately the place has been packed so if you cant find a good time its your own fault.. Owner and manager and staff are all very friendly. Play safe kiddies

I’m from Houston and this bath house simply can not compare in the smallest capacity to the one in my home town. It’s old and run down, the guests are aggressive (keep brushing against you when you’re not interested) and rude (a lot of what appear to be DRUG JUNKIES), the place doesn’t use any sheets (bare mattress pad) nor have do they have pillows. The only reason this places gets two stars from me is because of the idea to give colored towels based on your sexual position of preference (pink for bottom, green for top, orange for oral, white for guest) that was pretty neat and unique. However definitely won’t be returning. Anyway, if you ever plan to visit Houston, be sure to check out CLUB HOUSTON... definitely the place to be!

First of all-Im local. To all of Las Vegas gay visitors-Vegas doesn't have any kind of amazing gay places. Unfortunately, i cannot say that Entourage is amazing, specially if u ever visit some nice boathouse somewhere else... BUT, every time I've been there there is aways a staff member cleaning around, the place is maybe old but never dirty! For the past couple of months they r renewing almost everything inside. Its extremely decent. The staff is friendly. Visitors r not weird, just for many of them its a first time in a such a place, so everyone act weird lol PS: being in a men sex club/bathhouse does not mean that there r 20 hot guys waiting to have sex with u, don't blame the place for that. Some of my most exacting sex experience was there. Give it a try !

Horrible place. Lots of Meth heads running around. 'Adult Children' running around the place on their cell phones, I thought cell phone use within the facility was forbidden? Doors don't lock automatically on your room, so guard your things or leave them in the car. Because my wallet was stolen out of a locked room.. hmmm.. suspicious.. and yes, it was locked. Only had $30 in cash, so the thieves got nothing of importance. Signs say no 'pot smoking' but the place reeked of weed, which is whatever. Management.. why dont you break down, spend the money and change the door knobs so innocent unaware visitors have a little more reassurance. Enforce your 'rules', have security or something.. I'm very irate that this place has virtually no safety features, other than entrusting staff with your belongings which isn't cool either.

I really want to like this place they are very nice to me and even asked me to stay because I guess they thought that I was bringing in a fuller crowed. I assume that's good maybe. But the only issue is the price I wish there were specials or something so I could afford to go more often I've only ever gone when I can afford a room cause I don't see the point of just having a locker.

This place is not what us hyped up to be! Missing ceiling tiles, broken down steam room, empty condom containers, so dirty you could see sweat marks in the furniture if you know what I mean. If they have upgraded I don’t know what. When we checked out we weren’t greeted with a “goodbye” “thanks for coming” nothing at all. The staff could learn a smile goes a long way. Poor selection of men. In my opinion you are better off going somewhere else or save your money and get on Grindr!! We visited once and once was way more then enough and we will not be back!!

The place needs some big time TLC, shame that this is all that Las Vegas has to offer as a sex club for men. The entrance is very odd, for on E. Sahara, there is a sign at the corner of the building for entourage, yet the actual entrance is in the corner of the other side of the L shaped building. I had to ask how to gain entry to the facility from a stranger on the street. The men were there, but I know someone needs to step up to the plate and invest more money in glitzing up this tired old dog, or start a nicer club, and put this place out of business!

This is a review from last time I was there about a year ago. It is older and run down. Not a lot of traffic in general. But again it is off strip and a lot of stuff to do in vegas so that may be part of the issue as well. Someone said it has been renovated a bit, not sure how much. Headed to Vegas June 6-10 and wondering if I should head back there? OWNER, i sent an email, no response.

Update: I made it back to Entourage in December 2018. I had such a great time that I came back 2 days later. Some very Hot me to play with. The place has always been clean and the staff is always friendly. The guy at the front window was very nice and professional. I look forward to getting back to Vegas to have fun at Entourage. The over 40 specials on Wednesday and Sunday are a great deal. Thanks again! I was here back in August. Wow it was a great evening. I spent only about 2 1/2 hours there and had some awesome fun with two men. There was a lot of hot action going on in the "alley" & "dark" areas. The staff was friendly. Being that it was my first time I felt totally welcomed by the Hispanic employee up front. I also noticed that there was a person cleaning the entire time I was there. I am looking forward to going back in December when I'll be back in town. Thank you for a memorable time.

I go on Wednesday afternoons to relax and maybe have some fun. On 2/27/2019 @ around 2:30pm I witnessed an employee yelling at a guest, then trying to start a fight.
