We purchased the Solace Sampler for my boyfriend's mother as a birthday gift and she absolutely loved it. She filled out a questionnaire beforehand that helped them accommodate to her specific needs for the various services. She especially talked about how much she loved the massage and that the masseuse really took note of what she had written in her questionnaire. I also received a pedicure at the salon and was very pleased with the service I recieved from the staff, everyone was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. They offer a "relaxation room" to anyone who has received services that day which is filled with lounging furniture, light snack and drink, and reading material in a dimly lit room with nice ambiance music. Prices are VERY reasonable for it being a resort spa. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and come again if I am ever back in Big Sky.

I had a very relaxing honey wrap (including dry rub first, scalp massage, quiet time to myself, and nice massage with the lotion application), bed was heated, robe was warm & soft & no holes. I loved it!

So I was scheduled for a 50 minute massage and was in and out of the spa in 40 minutes that includes getting undressed and dressed. They also covered my eyes with the head rest cover and the beds aren’t heated .

I am not one to write bad reviews. This is acutally my first one I've ever written. When I arrived, I was not shown around, and no staff attendants ever tended to me. To start off, the robe I was given had holes in it. My family of 8 was all scheduled at different times of the day because they only had one therapist on staff. Honestly, I felt sorry for her having to clean up after each of us by herself and preparing for the next person. After I was done with my massage, I was never checked on while I sat in the relaxation room, which is shared by men and women. We were out of hot tea and running low on the nuts and berrys provided. By the way, the pool and steam room is across the hotel lobby. This means you have to walk across the lobby of a resort lodge in a robe. When I took a shower, the water was luke warm, and the washcloth I used had holes in it. The towel I had also was ragged and didn't fit around my size 4 body. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. I posted this to save anyone else from spending unnecessary time and money. My family and I should have listened to the previous reviews. Plus, I was constantly reminded how I would rather be spending my money on a lift ticket, by hearing the clonking ski boots walking overhead.

It’s a small spa, not too fancy. I had a massage which was okay but not stellar. I was not offered a different sized robe or shoes, just some average size? Both belt loops on the robe were torn.

Probably the best facial I had in a long time. (And I do go regularly) The massage was just OK even though she did focus on the areas of concern I had .
