I’m so glad I found this spa. The atmosphere is so comfortable and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The gals that work here are friendly and calm, which is really important to me. I’d highly recommend Indira to anyone who is wanting to treat themselves and be glad they did.

Hands down, this was the best money I spent on my wedding day. The day before they did my manicure and pedicure. I got a body wrap, massage, and facial before lunch to help with my anxiety issues on my big day. My maid of honor came with me as well. Then they brought us in lunch. It was around then that I found out that my entire wedding had fallen apart thanks to the venue. But Michelle and the other girls kept me smiling and tried to get me to relax while doing my hair and makeup. Everyone was so professional and friendly and kind and also SO talented at what they do! Michelle is the best--she owns the place and has been in the business for a very long time. I don't think there is anything she can't do! She knows it all! I'm the most uptight person and yet in two of my treatments she got me to fall asleep. On my wedding day! I needed that so much! And my makeup was perfect too--she studies everything she does. Naturopathic medicine, essential oils, massage, diet, makeup, hair, all beauty products--she just knows all about it! And she's a renaissance woman, she has designed and remodeled the entire place herself. I just have so much respect for Michelle and all her employees. They saved my wedding day. Without them I would have been too mentally and physically ill from the trouble with our venue (it was movie-scale epic disaster) to even walk down the aisle. I owe these gals everything! And I know my maid of honor feels the same way. Honestly, any service you get here will be the best money you'll ever spend. I can not recommend Indira Spa and Wellness highly enough! You get what you pay for, this place is the best. I can not imagine better. Especially for your wedding day!

Such a relaxing afternoon at Indira Spa. Celebrating a friend's birthday, Indira was able to book us treatments for four people just a few weeks in advance. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and I didn't meet a single staff member that wasn't welcoming and attentive. As if this weren't enough, the spa itself is in a cute little house, with a quiet location. I can't recommend this place enough; I will be back!

Pain to work with. Said they needed a deposit for a bridal party. Then less than a week before they said they needed everything in full. On top of that, gave the impression you have a choice between Mani or pedi or Mani and Pedi. You don't. It's uncomfortably hot in there. And FINALLY, they said the time would be our party only but they had a massage booked at the same time (that THEY changed us to)! Worst customer service.

My maid of honor had booked an afternoon here for mani and pedi’s for my bridal party. On top of changing our times we booked, I found out that they made her pay for a mani and pedi for EVERY girl in FULL before we arrived, not just a deposit to hold our spot. While we were there only two of the five of us wanted both a mani and pedi; however, at the end of the session they refused to refund my maid of honor for the services we hadn’t asked for. Even though the girls had never said they wanted both a manicure and pedicure. So every girl was charged for a mani and pedi when only 2 girls had them. Very disappointed in their customer service and the way my friend was treated. Only positive note was Caitlyn, who was lovely.

Massage was absolutely fantastic, as was pedicure. The essential oil diffusers in every room made it smell amazing. The music was incredibly relaxing. The heated table for the massage was unbelievably fantastic (especially since it was cold outside). The robes were the softest I have ever felt and the entire building was well decorated and furnished. Facial left some to be desired. The service itself was great, however the woman performing the service had a loud speaking voice and kept continuing the conversation that I was trying to express I was not interested in having (I went to the spa for a quiet, relaxing experience; and I'm not a talkative person). She also repeatedly attempted to tell me that the medication that multiple doctors have independently recommended and prescribed to me was not right for my condition. If you Google the name of my medication, the first thing it says is that it is for the treatment of my condition (contrary to her claim that it is "uncommon for my condition"). Her decades of experience in the field of skincare is cool or whatever, but I came to the spa to relax, not for unwanted medical advice from someone who isn't a doctor.
