THIS IS THE WORST SALON. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They did a horrible job, then refused to refund me. My coworker had the same experience for a massage. For the amount of time and money I spent I am severely disappointed. AVOID THIS SALON!!! I wouldn't go back to have another awful experience for $80. If you can't refund for such poor quality, then business must not be that good.

I liked how my hair was done 10 months ago. But meaghan is extremely unprofessional. Called and left 2 voicemails for 2 weeks. No call back, so messaged the salon on fb and got an appt scheduled. Appt then changed to today friday july 26th, hour before my appt cancelled. And then refers me to a friend that doesnt even work there!! Will NEVER come back here (cant get in with an appointment anyways!). Would give 0 stars id i could for being unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. My boyfriend paid $90 for me to get a massage and it was horrible. The woman who did it smelled like an ashtray, kept leaving the room and did not apply much pressure at all though it was advertised as a deep tissue massage. I called the next day and talked to the owner who said I could get a refund or they would be happy to set me up with their new masseuse who was starting soon. I took the latter and I waited and waited to hear from them. Three weeks passed and I didn’t hear a peep so I called them back to just request the refund. The receptionist was so terribly rude and told me I was lying about her boss telling me I could have a refund. I will never go back and I will never let anyone I know go back!
