We went to Vitality Unlimited as a part of my friend's bachelorette weekend. As the maid of honor/person doing all of the planning, I can't say enough great things about Jamie and her team! The space they set up for us was beautiful and extremely comfortable and was complete with flowers, complimentary water, and wine glasses for us to use. They had a couple of tables which were perfect for setting up the spread of snacks we brought in, and we were able to sit back and relax until a team member came back to take us to our appointment. Everyone in our group was floored by the space and by the services provided. I can't recommend this place enough!

We surprised a bride-to-be friend with a spa day at Vitality Unlimited for her bachelorette party, and we all couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were given a comfortable lounging room to socialize and snack between our spa services and all felt exceptionally cared for throughout the day. The staff frequently checked in to make sure our group had all we needed. They offered fridge space for our snacks, provided plates and napkins that we forgot at home, and had the room arranged beautifully to fit our group size and needs. Not to mention the little extras in each service that left our whole group pampered, relaxed, and so pleased with the day! We can’t thank you all enough for making the day so special for our beautiful bride!

I am not from St. Louis. However, I decided to take care of my face after a long drive and booked an essential facial. According to the spa's website, Bonnie's "aim is to make every client to feel truly special." This promise was not fulfilled in my case. I felt embarrassed. After pushing me to change the essential facial into more advanced one and my rejection to do so, Bonnie lost her interest in me and was rude. Has she ever heard of customer service?! If I picked a service, it means I went through the offerings and I know what I want. I do not think it is a professional way of doing business by pushing and arguing with the client. In the end, she said that since it is my first and last time there, she would not give me her business card!!! Does she know I have friends and family in St. Louis whom I can refer to this spa?! But I will not! No wonder this place was empty on the first business day of the year (even though every spa I called was completely booked). I highly recommend Bonnie reconsidering approach to the way she produces customer service because front desk cannot make it for her.

I go for a massage every few months to help with stress. I thought I would give this place a try given its location and positive reviews. I have to say, it was not a good experience. It was both painful and ticklishness, and nothing in between. I've never experienced anything else like it. Afterwards, I was getting ready to leave and a bug bit me while checking out. It itches really badly. Just a negative experience overall. Cute decor though.

For the past three years I have been using Christina for massage and she is the BEST! She will listen to your needs and find those trouble spots. She has made me a repeat customer and I will continue to enjoy her and VUS' services.

I see Joanne on the regular to make sure my mind and body are in tip top shape. Her vast knowledge of holistic healing amazes me! I learn something new from her every time I get a massage. I also listen closely to my body and the moment I feel I am coming down with something I get an appt. with Joanne and it does the trick every time. Honestly, I make getting a massage with Joanne a priority in my life because my body responds so well to the work she does on me. She makes every experience refreshing! Everybody should make an appointment with Joanne, she listens to what you think your body needs and it is a team effort to get the most out of your appointment. She is the best!

If you’re a person of color, this is not the place for you. Not only are the employees, manager and owner extremely unprofessional, they mistreat their employees and lie, manipulate and misconstrue anything they say. I would not recommend this spa to anyone I’m close to and not close to. As a former employee, I can attest to these facts. As a person of color, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome after a while and I attribute this to their mostly-white employee base. If you are looking for spa services, I recommend you don’t choose this spa and look elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE this Spa! I've had several services performed at this spa including a few massages, a facial, custom make-up session and a nutritional consultation and keep coming back for more! The staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was surprised to find that Michele, the owner of the spa, was a Nutritionist. Her knowledge on nutrition and alternative medicine is just amazing! In a few visits with her, she helped me pinpoint nutritional habits that backdated to my youth and I was no where close to discovering on my own or understanding how to remedy. Since then she has helped guide me in starting a diet based on my blood type and nutritional routine that has helped me find more energy and look at foods differently than I have ever seen them before! I highly recommend them - this spa is fabulous!

The Doctors Told me that I would be on oxygen for the rest of my life. With in 2 Weeks of seeing Michelle I only needed oxygen if I walked over 200 feet. With In a little over 1 Month I was Completely off of Oxygen. The Doctor ask Me what I did do to get such amazing results I explained that I was seeing Michelle at Vitality Unlimited and that She was a Holistic Healer. He then Asked Me for Detailed list of what I was taking and how often. He had never seen such Amazing Results and what ever I was Doing to Keep doing it. I Owe my Life to Michelle. Brian

Jennifer is amazing... she has worked out pain that I did not even realize I was having. I have been to her several times in the past few months, and I felt like a whole new person this morning after yesterday evening's massage.
