The first time I went to Julie with dull-as-a-sparrow brown hair and emerged with a head full of beautiful blond highlights mixed with golden brown low lights, I was hooked. Yes, I was a happy girl indeed. I have found everyone there from the receptionists to the great guys that have washed my hair, to be friendly and professional. I don't understand some of the comments I hear about this place being uppity or snobby. That certainly hasn't been my experience. I find them to be a pretty cool group to spend 2 hours a month with!

One of the best manicures/pedicures I've ever had is with Alexis Schaeffer at Stonewater. She is simply terrific. Love her positive attitude, but more her professional know-how. Have had trouble with my nails for years--splitting, weak; plus I do major damage to my cuticles. She's helped me with all the problems, and my nails simply look outstanding. Have been to so many places and no one has ever taken the personal interest that Alexis has. She's simply the best. Highly recommend her.

I've being going to Karina for nearly 3 years now for all my waxing treatments. Go to Karina, and I promise you, you will not want to go to another esthetician again. She is so quick yet so thorough in her work, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and that you walk away satisfied and with a smile on your face. Often times I forget I'm even there for a wax appointment and feel like I'm visiting a friend (a friend who's simply really really good at her job). I've recommended her to friends and they too have never gone elsewhere since. She's simply the best!

Very welcoming, love the fact that they call their waiting room the Sanctuary. Tamara did my facial, provided details about each step and made recommendations for after care. I felt 10-20 years younger when done. The arm, hand, neck and shoulder massage are a nice bonus. Tee did my nails, both hands and feet offering to glue my problem split nail. While my nails look good, the highlight is again the hand and foot massage. I need to do this more often!

I am writing about a service on 1/21/19. I scheduled an appointment for my Mother in law for a surprise mani/pedi/and facial at 1:45pm. Unfortunately my mother in law decided during lunch that she didn’t want the pedi because her foot was sore. I called to cancel the pedi and they said ok and pushed the appointment back to 245pm. When we arrived they asked her to choose a polish while Heather would be with her shortly. Heather approached and stated she couldn’t provide the service bc she couldn’t provide the service on the acrylic nails bc of the gel polish. When I called I explained that my Mom had acrylic and no one ever mentioned anything about that being an issue. So, now we are unable to have the nail service and would have to wait 1.5 hours for a facial. We asked to reschedule and was told we would have to pay for today and then pay for another day later. I’m not satisfied with the customer service Chaney and Bri were rude and really didn’t seem concerned about helping to make her first experience a good experience or satisfying the customer. When I asked to purchase the a gift card for a future date and make an appt with the same individual we were told she wouldn’t get paid for the service today, so I would have to pay today and then I would have to pay for the reschedule day bc she wouldn’t get paid for this pay period. When asked to view the cancellation policy I was told it is verbal and given over the phone. Which I never made knowledge of when I scheduled the appointment, otherwise I would have never made the appointment especially with this weather. My mother in law had the facial and felt rushed with the individual who completed the facial after we waited for the 1.5. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and the way your employees handled the situation and will not refer your spa to any future business associates. In the future I would have an actual written policy for customers and if it’s verbally I would make sure the receptionist explains it to every client. I also believe the company would use some type of discretion and be more understanding toward individual customer needs, especially when it’s a customers

This was a luxurious experience from beginning to end. Alexis was a true professional who was warm & friendly while who paying great attention to detail. My manicure and pedicure were done to perfection! I also appreciated that I felt valued; at no point during my visit did I feel rushed. I would highly recommend this salon and Alexis!

I have been to Stonewater for waxing, manis, pedis, massages and haircuts. I have never had a bad experience there and service has always been top notch. The new remodel of the Spa and Pedi room make it even better now! The new Spa is so cozy, relaxing and welcoming. It is a great way to start out your massage or facial. I loved getting pedis done here before but with the new Pedi room, I can't wait to schedule my next one! I can't wait to book a full day of pampering at Stonewater and just let my stress melt away!

Dreadful experience w/ unrealistic scheduling. Had a pedicure with manicure after. Had to briefly (6 min) go to the ladies room between the two services. Halfway thru manicure, tech informs me she will not give me all the service, no lotion, no massage, because I used up time going to the bathroom!! Never going there again for a manicure. Maybe they would have liked it better if I had gone all over their chairs. Never had anything like this told to me in all the years I have been going to salons.
