I needed to get a spa date set up for my two friends who were getting married, and was desperate! Every where was booked, or nearly so, including Salon Oasis & Day Spa! The good news is, unlike the multiple other spas I called, Oasis was flexible with me, and we got my friends in the next day for everything they wanted! I've yet to have the privilege to go to Oasis, but my friends said it was spectacular. They loved how the facial included a scalp massage, and that the columns and general atmosphere was a Greece-feel. I want to thank everyone there for treating the groom and bride like a god and goddess; and as soon as my schedule clears up, I'll be in there next. I'd recommend Salon Oasis & Day Spa to anyone, a wide rage of prices, great customer service, beautiful interior, and wonderful results. You can't ask for more!

I want to clarify that this review is based purely upon the results of my hair. I have been to salon oasis for multiple services. The massages, facials and pedicures I have received have always been above any other place I've attended. Their customer service and atmosphere is great. That being said I feel it necessary to tell past and future clients about my experience. I went to salon oasis on December 26, 2015 for an ombre color and cut. Angela was my stylist. She was sweet, welcoming and we had a nice conversation. I was immediately comfortable behind her chair after seeing all of her certifications and finding out she trains/travels for Redken. I showed her a couple of pictures and ideas that I wanted done. I also want to clarify that I realize how difficult doing an ombre can be. I'm realistic, I know that every persons hair is different and end results will never be exactly like a photo. We discussed what I wanted and moved forward. After she was done with my hair I wasn't quite in love with it. I figured the way it was curled and the amount of product in my hair influenced that. I went home and after a few hours of smoothing my hair out, looking at it from different angles and listening to my mother's opinion I became incredibly dissapointed. I called them the same day and they scheduled a redo free of charge for December 31, 2015. I felt so bad for complaining but I had to remind myself that I spent over $150 and didn't get anything close to what I requested. I went to my next appointment incredibly nervous because I felt horrible for complaining and I didn't want to offend Angela. She was great! Still friendly, welcoming and was eager to make it right. I told her I wanted it lighter. She started working on my hair. She foiled it with some sort of lightener which I assume is bleach because my ends are completely fried. I can't be entirely sure on the product she used though. After I sat under the dryer for about 30 minutes she proceeded to take the foil out, washed my hair and slightly dried it. I was horrified with the result it put me in tears. It was as she said "chicken yellow." She then told me not to worry. I was terrified. I held back tears the whole time. She once again foiled my hair with a darker color. After all was said and done I ended up with a non blended, grey/green ombre and fried ends. The second I got in my car I bursted into tears and cried the whole way home. After speaking to three other stylists I now have to pay another $150 to fix the color and I will most likely have to cut 2-3 inches off. This is the first review I have ever written on a buisness in my life. I feel terrible for doing it but I feel it was necessary.

I am an orthodontic assistant and always knew my neck felt “off” but never knew how bad it actually was. I had a head, neck and shoulder massage with Summer and I feel so much better. I can actually move my neck and it’s not tight. I asked her to not hold anything back and I’m telling you, she didn’t. She really got into the area that was hurting. I feel great. I will be returning, for sure.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of my stylist, but she was fantastic. I remember she had a Doberman dog and perhaps 2 (?) cats and she's from a small town in Iowa! There is pretty much no one else other than her that made my hair so beautiful after a blowout... Especially on such a windy day! it was pretty funny because the day I came, I just came from a 3 hour drive and I came in with bed hair! To top it off, later that day, there was a tornado / storm in the area and she still made my hair look flawless and the curls really held. If I could, I would always come here for her to do my hair! I loved the cubicle-like area where I was taken to and she was so sweet and happy to talk to me.

First of all, the only reason I am giving them 2 stars is to acknowledge the receptionist that helped me out. I am sorry that I don't recall her name. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular stylist at a different salon, so I reached out to Salon Oasis. I am not naming names but I must say that if you are going to charge someone $180 for color and a trim (just the back) on short, thin hair, then you should listen and pay attention to the client and do as the client requests. The appointment only lasted 1 hour. I brought the formula information (for Redken color) and went in with very noticeable and blended violet highlights. My highlights after j left Salon Oasis were chunky, abundant and brassy red. To cap off all of my frustration, when the stylist went to blow dry my hair, she asked what product I use when fixing my hair. I specifically said "a little mousse" and she comes at me with heavy texture spray (I have thin, fine hair) and loads my hair with it. Why ask me if you're not going to pay attention? After my service was over, I was stunned to learn how much it costs me. I have never paid that much for such services! After fussing with my hair and a tearful conversation with a friend, I called the salon back and voiced my frustration and dissatisfaction with the receptionist. She was very apologetic and asked what could be done to make it right, "come in to fix it" or did I want a refund. I wouldn't even consider a "fix" in this salon. The catch to getting a refund is that you have to physically go back in and talk to the manager about it. This is an awful and unprofessional example of customer service. Instead of making another hour commute (30 min. each way), I decided to just dispute the charges on my credit card. We will see how far that goes. I will update my review when I have confirmed my refund.

Best place for hair and nails. Angela is awesome for hair coloring, styling, cuts, and gives great advice. She listens to your needs and ideas. Tia is perfect for all your nail needs. I always have great results. They accommodate for any specific needs; allergies to products. They make sure you are satisfied and they guarantee their services. This is the only place I will go.

I love Jennifer but I hate that as a 90 min bi-weekly customer I have to pay more than someone that gets 1 hour massages. The 1 hour is discounted but to add on 30 mins you have to pay a premium. I tried asking the owner as it doesn’t really make sense to penalize a loyal customer that does more business but the owner wouldn’t even respond to my emails. Not very professional. Jennifer is amazing so I will continue to come and love my massages while not loving the “business”

I'm now out $230. My hair is fried and with in 2 days all the color has come out. I'm so up set I cried on the phone to these people and they don't care. This was my birthday gift from my husband to me now I have to have my hair treated for the damage and cut even more. Do not go here worse place ever. Very up set they can't help me now I have to pay some one else which I don't have the extra money. This place is a joke.

When I lived in LA; I had cadillac insurance that allowed for one facial a month, so I got facials in Beverly Hills for years. All of this to say I was SHOCKED at how good this facial was in EVERY respect. My expectations were VERY low and she blew them all away. Yes, she does extractions - its a REAL facial; and my skin was BETTER after and she massages SO MUCH I almost regretted the massage I had booked after - probably did not need it. Now that I have found Shevaun I will be getting facials regularly again for sure.

This was my 1st time here and Jen is who my appt was with for both a eyebrow wax and Lash extentions. She was so sweet and VERY professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout both services. Took about 2.5 hours for both. We were both unsure on how my lashes would come out since I didn't have to many shorter ones and a few gaps, she was honest and gave me an option without any pressure. I went for it..and I LOVE THEM. They look fuller and yet natural. I just wanted some to help fill out the loss of a few of my own lashes and it did just that and More!!! I have lived in the northland for years, and I am so happy that Salon Oasis offers the array of services they do. There was not one other spa/salon in the area where I could pamper my mother with a massage, haircut/style, and makeup application. There is a great need for something like this in the area, and I'm so glad I could count of Salon Oasis! The last thing I wanted to do was to take my mom to 3 locations to get these services. She had a fantastic morning and was very relaxed. The staff treated her so kindly and were professional. While she was getting her services I was able to be worked in as well for a facial. I have been to Salon Oasis off and on for years as well as bought several gift cards for friends, and I will continue to give them business. THANK YOU for making our mother/daughter day special!

As a person who has struggled with chronic pain i have found regular massage therapy has eliminated visits to the ER. I have been coming to Salon Oasis in Liberty for a few years they are truly amazing! They are always flexible on scheduling appointments and the staff are always friendly! But dont just take my word try them out very reasonable prices! Mary has been phenomenal as well helping me to relax.
