Poor polish application. 2 hours later already chipped at tips. Didn't remove all previous nail polish and even commented about it. Ignored it. Used cold water to soak my hands. Not friendly. Never go back.

The guy with the tattoo arm sleeve and has that one dark colored tooth. needs to be fired he is highly disrespectful. He would pull on my arms hard. And just have a attitude. He did my nails horrible DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS HE IS FIRED. after we came back and complain he was talking back to me like he didn't do a bad job. They were disgusting. Only the manager seems to be the nice one. The rest of them gives you evil looks.

They were very kind even though we came in 30 min before close for 5 pedi's. I didn't feel like they were inconvenienced or annoyed. I think they even called someone in to help.

I will not go back. It was not the worst but certainly not the best. I don’t like to be discussed in another language. Yes it’s obvious ladies! And the chairs are old and don’t work the greatest. No one talks... barely get any English. Doesn’t seem a happy place. I will have to go home and some fixing. That should t happen ever.

They are great with nails but my only pedi wasnt good at all. First time I tried it at this salon my toes were not painted well and my heels did not get smoothed out at all. I was very upset but didnt have time to go back working fulltime.

I have been trying all the nail salons around Blue Springs, I didn’t even know this salon was here. I am so happy I found this salon. My toes and nails look amazing. I don’t have to run around looking anymore. It’s right next to Big Lots in Blue Springs if you looking.

Went here for the first time today. They were welcoming and Eric did a great job on my nails. Shop was clean and neat. Unbeknownst to me, Eric used to work at a shop I had gone to for years before moving to this area so that made me feel really good. Knew I was in good hands!

I was unhappy with my visit today. I didn’t get the special color on my under nail so you can see nail growth since I only have my tips painted. I loved Royal nails. Eric has always done my nails and he’s always gone above and beyond for me but someone else did my nails today. I’m very unhappy with them. I’ll be shopping around for a new salon. He always shapes them perfectly and has them looking tip top shape I’m just not happy this time around. So sad to leave this shop. No stars today! I had to give them one star to post.

they are great here and do such good nails. they are so sweet and have an amazing service. the only problem i have is they overcharged me 2 days after i got my nails done. i paid for my manicure $47 total, which was pending and getting ready to be pulled from my bank account. i check my account this morning to see my balance and i see the charge was moved from Friday to Sunday, and it was $52 instead of $47. i did not pay $52, i even have my receipt and it was never $52 so i’m confused and upset this happened.
