Went to Bolero for a leg waxing. Dana was wonderful, very nice, and the visit wasn't painful. Dana was very professional and knows how to wax with minimal discomfort. I will definitely be a regular. Great staff, nice atmosphere, and friendly people.

My 16 year old went in for a blow out straightening and they didnt even shampoo, condition or blow dry her hair. The stylist flat ironed her hair with the product that was already in her hair from home! Mortified that my daughter's high school dance night would be ruined with a bad hair style, I called the salon only to be put on hold for over 10 mins twice! Almost like they were hoping I would hang up. Finally after calling back a 3rd time, they told me to bring my daughter back in so that another stylist could correct her hair. The new stylist did her best and was very friendly, apologizing for bad quality work that the other stylist did. The new stylist also said that the bad quality work would be addressed with the stylist who screwed up. Glad they corrected her hair and very appreciative of tge new stylist for correcting someone else's mistske--But still super disappointed that a supposed high end salon would employ a stylist who doesnt even know to do a blow out. :/

The salon is beautiful, staff is great but the service is not great. I have a Brazilian and a pedicure done. Brazilian ($67) wasn't painful but all the hair wasn't removed , left with a sticky reside from the wax, no finishing oil used to remove stickiness. . The pedicure($30) was quick and heel had the least amount of attention. No buffing for the nails and she had to polish the twice. Was going to get a manicure but I wasn't paying for any other service. I would not recommend this salon for these services.

I went to get a face wax but they said for a face waxing they basically only do the side of my face I was told eyebrows and lip and cheeks are extra they said yes the face waxing alone was expensive and when I had her do my eye brows and lip she totally messed my eyebrows up they look horrible and she totally missed my lip
