Best spa experience I've had! The massage was great. My facial experience was the best facial I've ever had. The esthetician actually took the time to tell me problem areas on my face and how to treat them at home. I've never been told that information from other spas around the area. And the nail salon there is top notch. Can order food from Estelle's (which is delicious!), and they will deliver it to you at the spa. Or just relax with a nice glass of wine. This will definitely be my go to spa from now on.

Loved the massage and pedicure, was very relaxing, loved the 9 jet shower, sauna was very roomy. Be prepared for them to add 25% tip to your bill, so it is a little on the pricey side also! Was disappointed though with valet service, my car was damaged, had to jump thru a bunch of hoops to get valet manager to investigate damage done to my car and so far unresolved! Will never use a valet service, no where!

My significant other surprised me with a spa day here. From the moment we walked in the door, it was a great experience. The establishment is beautiful as well as the hospitality from the staff. I definitely see us returning.

My partner and I did a couples massage here. The entire experience was amazing. The staff was amazing. Five star hospitality. And the facility is beautiful tranquil and brand new. The technicians, Toya and Jermaine were very skilled and polite. I highly recommend Soul Spa.

Ask for Cathy (Kathy?) if you’re getting a deep tissue, but only if you really want a deep tissue! She’s very concise and finds problem areas and works them out. She’s very strong and has a great deal of pressure ability. I was having some pain issue in my leg from tightness in my hips, and she fixed me right up.

My best friend & I drove in from Texas & North Carolina to celebrate our birthdays at the Soul Spa. Today we were fortunate enough to have a pedicure from Stephanie. Talk about a gift to be treasured. She has the softest touch and the personality to make this one of the best afternoon experiences. This was first experience and I didn't like it. I came to celebrate my birthday. I paid for a combination spa of deep tissue and hot stones. My therapist only did the back side of my body. Only used the stones on my back and arms. I didn't get a massage on the front. I left more tense than I came. Make sure you get the right therapist.

We had an amazing experience here! Staff is welcoming, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make your experience great! The facilities are brand new and top notch. We got pedicures and massages. I highly recommend if you're in Jackson area and wanting a spa day!
