I really like the ladies that work here. They are friendly and nice, and it's always fun coming in. Carolyn cuts my hair, and she's amazing! Even when she's busy, she will do everything she can to get you into her schedule if you're willing to work with her! She asks what you want and makes sure to listen and deliver. Great place to go :)

I got a pedicure, which was nice for the most part. But there were a few reasons I wouldn't return: My appointment was for 4:30, and she didn't start the pedicure until 5 PM. She didn't even apologize or anything for running late. She didn't even acknowledge that I had been waiting for her tbh. She spent time looking for her tools before she started my pedicure; she was clearly not prepared for my appointment. There was no way of drying my nails other than air drying, and she basically kicked me out of the chair after waiting ten minutes. She insisted that it would be fine if I put on my socks and shoes. Of course my pedicure was smudged by the time I got home. Most places have those flimsy disposable flip flops, so those would have been nice and would have helped me avoid the pedicure smudging.
