Phu and Ann are amazing! They know exactly how to do your nails the way you want! Pros with Solar nails! (*Don’t get your brazilian wax here though. I left sticky and yucky. Pretty sure thats not normal. )

I was a walk-in was taken within 5 minutes. They offered an array of different services. I received the mani pedi herbal. They also offer spray tanning, lashes, facials, etc etc. My technician was Ann she was fabulous. Leg and arm massage perfect. Very nice place, all nice people, super clean. A+++

I have always been to Queens Nails but TIFFANY always has a ATTITUDE no matter what it is. When you walk into a nail salon you hope to be greated with a hello or a welcome or even just a smile, but nope not from Queens nails, especially not from Tiffany she is the WORST clerk I’ve ever met. My mom just asked a simple question but of course Tiffany had to catch an attitude toward her. But in my opinion I believe that she should be fired because out off all the reviews I’ve been reading all the bad ones are from her. I’m just saying that if you get ride of her you might get all your customers back

The front desk lady (Tiffany) was rude as hell!!! I came to the nail salon 2 weeks ago & my service was 5 stars, best nail shop i’ve ever been to; but me & my sister(11 yrs old) came in yesterday and I was getting a pedi & fill in while my sister was getting a full set. I was told that she would have to wait which was fine because we didn’t have an appointment but after an hour went by, she still wasn’t serviced. I thought maybe Tiffany forgot because is a child in the nail salons, so I mentioned to Phu ( person who did my nails who was a great person) that my sis was also getting her nails done so he reminded Tiffany that she was waiting & she RUDELY said out loud “idc she’s gonna have to wait they didn’t make an appointment” while she slams her pencil down. I was on the verge of going off on her because she’s a child & she could’ve approached in a different way!!! She was very very rude, she eye balled me the whole time I was in there. Even though she was a HORRIBLE clerk, my service was awesome & so was my sisters. But they should seriously get another front desk clerk. She doesn’t even welcome you in with a smile or anything!!

I have tried twice to purchase from the Queen Nails Supply Store. The first time no one spoke to us just stared and followed us around the store, which made my 10 year old so uncomfortable she asked if we could leave. Today, I went into the store stood in front of the counter looking at polish for fall colors and not only did the guy leave the counter but he stood right be side me. That was the final straw for me. I will never support this business or type of business practice. I will continue to order supplies online.

I was a regular customer for the past 3 months until I was insulted with the comment, "That's your sister, right. Oh! You two look alike." Both of us African-American and the comment was absolutely unprofessional. Before saying so, words were exchanged in my nail tech's native language to another nail tech who spoke little English. I wonder if I was a caucasian client would those words had been muttered with no regret. ..I would like to add that I tipped this nail tech everytime for their service and may have missed or came tardy to a few appointments. I never once gave anyone a hard time and was nothing but nice and compromising. And even after being told that the nail design I wanted could not be completed, I stayed and settled for something much more simple. I have wanted to ignore this and move on but I believe any dark skinned or African American person needs to be aware of the bias that this establishment holds. Besides the rudely encounter, the job I received this time was less than impressive. My dip powder with tip has started diminishing after 1 1/2 weeks. They started popping off at work. I'm not sure if I can say that the entire brand is bias but I know the two I encountered definitely thought something was amusing by laughing at the situation. If they could not tell that I was offended(because me and the alleged look- a-like absolutely did not look alike from our hair style, skin tone, and body structure) then I'm sure this detailed review will come to their attention. No names will be mentioned but work booths #8 & #9 know who they are and more than likely know exactly who I am. I will never return my services or recommend anyone else to this location in which I have raved about their precision and professionalism to my coworkers, family, and friends. I will not do so anymore. I pray matters like this are addressed and disciplinary action is taken to uphold the reputation of this establishment.

The gentleman I got was really rough with me ..he ripped the skin around my toe and I started to bleed why he was doing my pedicure. And then my manicure was okay but I get the dip and the powder color is all over my fingers, he also pulled the skin on my finger. It's a nice shop and the guy I had was pleasant I guess. However, I won't be returning. I get my feet and nails done to feel pretty and pampered unfortunately this experience was painful.

This was my first and last time giving my business to this salon. The lady at the front desk was very rude. I walked in, was not greeted with a hello, a smile or anything. It was as if she could care less that someone had just come in the door. I walked to the counter, and she still didn’t say anything. So I had to say hello I’m here for a pedicure and full set. Her response was what shape and to pick a color. Not a good first impression at all. Anyway, my pedicure was very relaxing. I was offered complimentary wine and the tech took her time. Once it was time to do my nails, I liked the way they turned out but noticed that the tech was applying a lot of acrylic to my nails, and they just looked very thick. I liked the color and the shape though. I paid and left. Later that night I was looking under my nails and noticed that my real nails had already separated from the tip of the fake nail. This is absurd. I’m not sure if it’s the glue that was used or the fact that there was so much acrylic applied to my nail, but this has never happened to me before, and normally doesn’t start to happen until I’ve had a refill about 2 times. I’m not happy at all with how my nails turned out.

Very nice facility pedicures or the best herbal pedicures are even better they have manicurist and barbers. I go once a month, the remove or correct my ingrown toe nails. The pedi chairs message really good. They offer soda and wine during your stay. Big screen TV for your entertainment. Staff is super friendly. Best nail shop on the gulf coast, I have had pedicures ar over a dozen, great place for relaxing. I think they have a masseuse on duty. Eyebrows waxing is available, hair cuts and full stylists also available.

They were very nice, but didn't listen to what I wanted. Cut nails down to the length I wanted, but then cut them down even more. They are way to short! I brought this to his attention & he told me that it will look longer with the polish. They are ugly & 2 of them are chipped on the under side. One is not filled in on the sides, and another is over filled. I'm not happy!

Just got my nails done monday night...it is now Saturday morning and already 3 are about to pop off...there is sides lifting up. Plus stuff under the nails. Polish on the sides on my actual finger....not the acrylic. And was charged $50....and for them to be done this bad and to be coming off just 5...6 days later and at that price...definitely not worth it dont go here!!

Go to Queen’s nail and day spa 2 in ocean springs . They have much better customer service . Will not book another appointment at this location . Unapologetic even after making me wait 30+ minutes, even though I had an appointment. Support small businesses that care , not this place .

I made an appointment with these ladies and was put on the back burner for people that were just walking in. While one of the hair stylists was helping out an elderly lady she said oh girl take yo time theres no one behind you waiting for services. i felt completely forgotten about. you should alays take care of people who make appointments first no matter what unless their late. but if you have a customer like me that shows up 15 minutes prior to the 15 minutes prior for the appointment then they should he taken care of first.

Not my usual nail place, but i have heard nothing but good things from my friends so I decided to try it out. The front desk clerk, blonde hair (worked this past Friday) was extremely rude. I dont expect a grand arrival or exit, but a smile and a hello would have been appreciated. She was on her phone talking to a tech when I walked in and when i left... could care less about my presence. I decided to forget it and went on my way. The manicure is not cheap, i had it done maybe 24 hours ago and the polish is already coming off at the tip of my nail. Giving it one star because of the cleanliness and nice atmosphere.

I have received good service the last few times I've gone to the shop, however, last week, I did not enjoy my experience. I arrived at 6 p.m. for three services. I was told by the tech that waxed my eyebrows that he was ready to go home, but they made him help me. When I sat down for my pedicure, I was told because I came in so late (an hour before closing), two technicians would do my manicure and pedicure at the same time. I was fine with that until the tech that was doing the manicure rushed and cut my cuticles in several places. I had to ask for something to drink and couldn't use the chair massage. When I called to complain to the manager, he apologized and said he would contact the owner and call me back. I ended up calling him back two days later and was offered 30% off my next service. Needless to say, I will not be returning. It's obvious my business is not valued there!

Manicure and pedicure is on point no matter who does your nails. I've had 4 different people do my nails...each time same quality service and friendly attitude of the technicians. And on top of that they offer a stamp card discount. This is by far the only place I know that offers mood color gel polish in the area too which is a huge plus for me. These techs are absolutely, 100% AMAZING!!!! My mother-in-law has ALS, is confined to a wheelchair, and can't stand or speak at all on her own. Not only did these guys give her and I excellent service but they went above and beyond accommodating her and her needs. ❤ no fussing or complaining, just 100% dedicated to giving us the 5 star treatment! I can't even begin to explain how important this was to us and how much they made our day!! ❤❤❤❤ we appreciate everything and are so happy with our mani-pedis!!! You guys rock! My 11 year old daughter went with a friend to get a pedicure. She’s young and shy and hasn’t learn to speak up when something doesn’t look right. When she came home her nails looked fine but she had paint on her skin that wasn’t cleaned off prior to leaving the salon. My wife called just to explain what had happened and spoke to Tiffany (who said she was the manager). My wife said she wasn’t happy with how they turned out and Tiffany offered no sort of option to fix the problem. After a pause, when my wife said that she probably wouldn’t be a repeat customer, Tiffany said “OK, bye” and hung up the phone. This is not the nail place that my wife normally uses, and maybe this is just a one-off bad experience. I firmly believe that the customer is NOT always right, but at least make an effort to make amends with the customer. To top it off, my daughter left a $10 tip. We teach our kids to tip those who work in the service industry at least 20 percent. I guess we can check it off as a life lesson for my daughter.

I really like this place for their services offered and to work they can do, but the friendliness of the front desk clerk leaves a lot to be desired and makes many feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I see from reviews that this isn't her first complaint too. We came here last week and it was great minus the clerk. Came back this week for the salon services, but the way the stylist does business is completely unprofessional. I called the store to make an appointment and was told they cannot accept appointments for the stylist, but they did give me her number. Called Kimberly and left a voicemail. Received no phone call back. Walked into the store to do a walk in and neither stylist was there and was told she prefers texts. Absolutely fine, however, a phone call back or even a text would have been better than wasting my time walking in thinking I could get my hair done. I will continue to go here for my nails, but would not offer another chance for them to do my hair due to their poor communication skills and lack of business etiquette.
