Our customer service is held to a very high standard, so I think it's fair to say we deserve 5 stars. Our bosses don't take complaints lightly and try really hard to make everyone happy. The service providers have been here for at least a year, most of them more than 2 years. They are not allowed to do any service that they are not experienced and great at. If they need experience, our boss discloses it to willing customers and trades a significant discount for a written evaluation of the service. But since nobody is new, we have not had to do that in a while. Cleanliness is VERY important and we always clean in our down-time in addition to the side chores and closing duties we already have to do each shift. All in all, if I didn't work here and knowing what I know, this is the ONLY place I would get services at. Especially delicate hygienic services like Brazilian waxing. And my eyebrows. They are trained to be super anal about eyebrows or they aren't allowed to do them. ;)

Love this place! Love the staff! Been going here for several years. The girls are super friendly and make even the most awkward situations, such as getting your rear end waxed comfortable.

I'm visiting Biloxi for a few weeks. The weather is warming up and It was time for my next Brazilian Wax. My first visit to "Pin-Up Spa and Boutique" was exceptional. My Esthetitian was Nicole Ward a cute and bubbly professional who knows her craft and gave me the BEST BRAZILIAN WAX I've ever had!!! I'm not stranger to waxing and this was The BEST. Nicole exceeded my expectations! The Spa uses Hard Wax; it's literally half the time and pain! Please make your appointment with Nicole asap. Also stick around and shop..the entire staff is equally as professional and fun. I felt like I were hanging out with friends "playing dress up". The Boutique's clothing and accessories are all high quality and the latest fashion. What Are You Waiting For?...Go Go GO

Here for business. Went to Logan for my brazilian and she was amazing!! Nice boutique with private, clean rooms in back. She explains everything and is very quick and thorough. Wold absolutely go back if I loved here!

Fun place to take the girls for some dress up. There's also a spa behind the storefront. I had my eyebrows threaded. Be sure to make an appointment. I did end up with a few cuts from the thread. I usually don't have that happen.

Casey the owner is a friend of mine and I stopped in to see how she was doing and visit. She has a talent for creating princess days for young girls... very cute idea. She sells apparel but it is also Spa offering a multitude of services, facials, tanning , threading;waxing etc.

My daughter and I went to pin ups sunday 09/29 and the girl that was working had her hair up in a big bun. She was rude as hell to my daughter, all she wanted to do was ask a question and the girl acted like we werent even there. I seen 2 girls talking to customers and both of them ignored us which is hella rude. We left and definetly wont be going back.

I had a Brazilian four years ago and it was a terrible experience. I didn't think I would ever get another one. I finally worked up the courage and decided to try it again. On 7/15/17 I went to Pin Ups in Biloxi. Dawna did my Brazilian this time. This experience was SO much better than the last time. It barely hurt. She was also very nice and professional. Everyone that worked in the store was very friendly. I will definitely be going back. I've already made my next appointment with Dawna.

I was in town for just a small time and they were very accommodating about getting me an appointment for several services. The store is cute and the staff are all nice. I would give it a 5 but the waterless pedicure seemed very rushed so I didnt feel like I got to relax much. I also had some threading done and for some reason it hurt way more than any other time I've had threading. I will say the girl who did my threading did make my eyebrows look fantastic!
