Would NOT recommend!!! I went in for an eyebrow wax and walked out with half of my eyebrow missing. Honestly, if I wanted my eyebrows botched I would have stayed home and allowed my 3 year old to do it for FREE. I can’t even look in the mirror/take pictures without becoming angry. I would rather hide inside my home than to walk around with a missing eyebrow. & my nails..... If I point “north” my nail will direct you “east”. This is truly not an exaggeration! It’s embarrassing and especially disappointing knowing I paid for this. & one last thing! This place is too small for them not to greet you when you walk in. I even said “good morning” and no one responded...that should have been my warning to leave.

i see reviews saying they're messy and stuff but all i look for when i’m getting my nails done all i look for is that 1, when they shape them they’re even, and 2, they stay for at least two weeks. and from my experience at mystics they definitely meet these expectations. now, of course, other factors you look for are things like a good atmosphere and nice workers, and i’ve found this as well. mystic’s workers are cooperative and although their space is small, it’s very cozy. all in all, mystics does their best for their customers and that definitely shows in their work.

Owner did NOT want to refund my sister and I after her employee waxed our eyebrows off . The employee carried herself in a rude manner and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We asked for our eyebrows be as THICK as possible and now we have little to none. They’re uneven and ugly. All because she said she could do eyebrows and couldn’t. The employee specializes in NAILS and our eyebrows made that very obvious. Her name’s RaSheeda* however you spell it. And On Top Of This All, she has everyone apologizing on her behalf instead of telling her she was wrong.

OMG! Best service ever! So I'm new in town and asked, a lovely blonde girl that worked at Mellow Mushroom on Lakeland, who did her nails. She said she went to Mystic Nails in Madison. After a horrible experience at Bella Nails in Madison, I was desperate. I was wonderfully surprised at the amazing customer service and excellent skill of the nail technicians! Froggy. did my nails and he was such a sweetheart! He took his time and didnt rush when they started to get busy or when an appt walked in. I have never received such amazing service from a nail salon. My nails look great! I highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be setting a permanent appt with Froggy!

I have been to this salon many times. I used to see Haley, she was great but sadly moved. I have gone a couple times since then and did not have good experiences. Today I went and was the only person waiting when I arrived. They asked what I wanted done and I took a seat. Two more ladies walked in and after about 40 minutes they were seated first by the owner. The other tech told the owner I was there first so she sat me for a gel manicure. The owner did the manicure and the whole thing was rushed and sloppy. She was very rough and made my cuticles bleed. The polish looks decent but she did not shape the nail. And to top it all off, she only massaged one hand and quickly led me to pay. I am sure there are some good techs there, but I will not be going back. I have tried multiple times and have been disappointed every time.

Froggy is the man! I was passing through and stopped in for a pedicure and fill. Froggy was so friendly and professional. I wish he was in Louisiana. He would definitely be my go to nail salon and person. Thanks Froggy. I'll stop in when I pass through again.

I will never take my children here again! I took them there to get their eyebrows waxed and the girl that waxed them did a HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!! I go back inside to request a refund and end up arguing with the girl while the owners of this place sitting right there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE, Spend your money where you like BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!! And the one star was only so I could Post, in my opinion they Don’t deserve that one star

Terrible customer experience!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON; CUSTOMERS ARE NOT TREATED FAIRLY OR AS EQUALS. During my first visit, I elected to get the herbal pedicure; and it was fabulous. The nail Tech had a problem with the shellac Polish and was nice enough to redo 2 of my nails. I was greatly appreciative, therefore, expressing my gratitude verbally and monetarily. However, upon returning home that night, the Polish peeled off again as it had done earlier in the salon. After informing a tech at the salon of this problem and of my HOUR DRIVE to the salon, I returned to have the Polish fixed and to get a manicure 4 days later . Upon arriving at the salon for the 2nd time, I decided to leave an hour later when the customer who arrived at least 10 minutes after me received service first. I informed the nail Tech of my previous problem with the Polish peeling, the hour drive to have it fixed, and the customer who arrived after me but received service first. I expressed my displeasure with the service received and only got an apology before leaving the salon. This was totally unacceptable behavior for people serving the public.

Loved Froggy. Sadly he did My sister and was going to do me but this little oriental lady decided she was going to do me ☹️We were in a rush for time and she kept stopping and going to tend to other people and was not very friendly. My sisters bill was 77.00 mine was 83. Don't understand difference in Price. We had same thing done. Plus she hurt me when used electric file. Love me some Froggy.

Their rude and don't greet you.. They lack good customer service and I have been there several times, but today was my LAST time. Try European Nails, their always pleasant and extremely friendly. You are happily greeted upon your arrival as you should be.

Have been using Mystic Nails for about 4 months now! Love me some Froggy! He does a fantatic job! His wife is now working there and I from what I can tell, she is just as good! Josie has also done a mani/pedi on me and I would highly recommend her too! Great place!

This is definitely one of my favorite places to go! I always get the solar french manicure and it always looks flawless. Its a very relaxing atmosphere, the workers are friendly and professional and they make sure they take their time with each customer and never rush your visit. I would recommend this place to anyone. Ask for Froggy when you go!

Got nails done by lady owner 5/12 I ask for medium length she cut them too short. Secondly, on 5/17 two nails broke and two more on 5/20 not even two weeks. Never had this happen! Not happy at all!!

Messiest pedicure I've ever had. Polish all around edges of all toenails and end of big toe had no polish at all. I went next door to Ulta and bought an OPI polish remover pen to clean up a $32 pedicure. Waited over 30 minutes and then pedi was rushed. VERY little exfoliation of rough areas. Supposed to be open til 7:30 but locked doors at 5:30. Gave a star for luxurious atmosphere, but would not return. Much better service in my small hometown.

After my long-time technician closed her salon, I have been searching for a new place for over a year. I have tried 4 other shops and not been satisfied with customer service, performance, cleanliness, or some other aspect of my experiences. Then I tried Mystic. Even on a busy Saturday, the staff was friendly and thorough. The atmosphere was relaxing, even though it was pretty packed. My technician did a great job on my deluxe pedicure. I advise you to splurge on the upgraded polish because it lasts longer and is super smooth and shiny. The massage chairs are HEAVEN! The shop was pristine, and the pedicure chairs have single-use plastic liners that are changed after every customer. I think I found my new salon!!

Came in and wanted nails done and guy told me i had to wait 30 min because 2 people was coming back. They wasnt even busy and im a customer wanting service. I want be back because they put people who not even in salon ahead of you!!! Bad customer service and i see why they slow.

I am usually happy with my experience, when I have Froggy. Signed in before 6:30 and they were not that busy, maybe 4 customers. Then about 10 minutes later, I'm told that they can't take me because they close at 7, even though the door and website say 7:30 and that is what I have always none to be true. So I went to Euro Nails who DOES close at 7, they were packed, like 12 people, but they gladly took me at 6:40. They obviously value a customer and a dollar.
