I purchased a year of massages for my aunt. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and assured my aunt that she will feel so much better and relaxed. She explained the different options available and how to schedule and made her feel very comfortable and at ease. The entrance was well stocked with face and health items that you can purchase. Every questions we had was answered and explained. She will have a great time there.

Hard to be relaxed when the sales associates are constantly trying to up sale. From the minute we walked in a massage wasn't enough. I was there for an hour massage but for them to massage my feet it was an extra 10$. So I paid the extra 10$ and still my hour massage ended at the same time as my girlfriend's, who did not get the foot treatment. Then, as we were leaving they were once again trying to up sale their monthly packages and put my pregnant girlfriend on a "wellness plan." However, my reason for giving them 2 stars was because their masseuses did do a decent job and were proffessional in their work! Other than that the corporate side gets ZERO stars.

As decent an experience as could be hoped for. I made an appointment the day before over the phone, asking for someone who does deep tissue. I running late the next day and called to push the appointment back which they were able to do within a couple hours. The reception area looks nice and the employees were efficient at getting me checked in/out. The two unisex bathrooms and the quiet waiting room are decorated tastefully. My room was as you'd expect - clean and uncluttered. My massage therapist was Kendrall (spelling?) and I recommend him to anyone who wants to feel their muscles being worked over hard. He checked with me about pressure and didn't disappoint when I told him I could handle some pain... I can't remember the last time anyone hurt me so good. He really focused on my tight areas and gave them what-for. (if you don't like deep tissue and have a lower pain tolerance, don't write him off. He would adjust for you. I just wrote that because people who want strong/deep pressure can be disappointed when someone for deep tissue doesn't really get into the muscles and moosh them into submission. He did that for me.)

My wife and I were members for 3.5 years. Pretty much always had a good experience. I would recommend to try different therapists and find the one with the right pressure and ability for you. Only canceled my membership to redirect that money toward other endeavors. Would definitely go back again.

recently visit and got serviced at the Massage Envy Location in Gulfport,Ms. The experience was horrible. I booked via online. With a time that was good for me. Which was 2:00pm. One of the desk representatives ,Whitney--contacted me regarding my appointment. She did not at all sound very friendly upon answering my questions. Apprently, when I submitted my requested appointment time. She told me that the requested time was not filled out. Which, I have proof with a screen shot I requested. I just shrugged it off. Assuming it was just a common error. When I went into the location. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. During my massage. I didn't feel relaxed at all. Due to the respect of my massage therapist I will not give his name. If only requested. During the service I informed my therapist, he could do more pressure. I honesty, didn't think he was understanding. The whole time I laid there thinking why I was wasting my money on this. Check out time. I informed the service desk I was not happy with my service. However, I was willing to pay. Told them the issues. I feel like they did not make things right with me. This is my first time ever getting massage. My goal was to leave from the location relax and worry free. Instead, I left very bitter and upset.

I first came In may as a mothers day gift. Chelsea told me and my husband once I agree to membership I could cancel at anytime. I called 4 months ago June 2017 to cancel and was basically told that was not true. I said in s9 what about this employee being unethical and telling my family this. The manger just said shebwould send me a copy of my contract. They have continued to debit from my account. And I personally KNOW THEY did this to another girl Dominique Anderson. I called today because the manger called me last week demanding payment, I told her what I lusted she goes she can send me a copy of contract. At thus point I'm livid and reported yo my bank they are fraud. At this point they are really scam artist. !!! No accountability, liars, and rude. The manger told me "most people pay attention to what they are signing" I recorded the conversation!!! I will email thus to corporate. But this is crazy!

I had a terrible experience here! When you walk in it feels really relaxing but by the time you leave then you won't be relaxed what's so ever. First of all I told them I had one problem area that was giving me a lot of pain and he didn't even work at that area at all. He spent time doing every other area except for that. Also he didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing, very unsure of what to do next. Finally when I was leaving they bumbard you with a million questions and try to get you to sign up for their membership. I would not go here, save your money.

Nice and quiet relaxation room. Massage was ok. Would have been more relaxing if there were some aromatherapy in the room and if the lights were dimmer. Wasn't interested in purchasing products or joining and felt a little pressured before leaving to do so. Overall it was a good experience.

Deep tissue massage was more of a rub down and not therapeutic. Leaving I felt the same walking in, tension everywhere. At the end, I was told that joining the club would benefit me the most. A lot of upselling goes on here! When you walk in, when you are getting the massage and when you are leaving they try to upsell at every chance.

Once you buy the membership you are STUCK! Even after you fulfil the original contract and are well within your legal right to cancel they do everything in their power to see that it cant happen. Only one person can cancel it, hes never there, then when you finally catch him there he makes excuses why it cant be cancelled. Paying your bank to issue a stop payment seems to be about the only way. Corporate will be contacted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

My massage was top notch. My facial was okay. However, the manager and front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. I purchased a gift card during the Father's Day promotion and was given a coupon for a free facial. Well today I chose to use the coupon but there is no record of the coupon being activated and no record of a gift card purchase. Thank goodness I was holding the gift card in my hand. I understand things happen but there is a way that you expect them to be handled. Not only was 15 minutes of my time wasted trying to explain that I did purchase a gift card but there was no apology for the mix up. The manager gave me back my gift card and told me that I was taken care of then walked into his office and closed the door. I did not feel taken care of. I felt stress after that interaction. Attitude goes a long way when you are selling a product or service.
