We walked in last week party of 5. We did not have an appointment. We were never greeted. No one ever asked what we wanted done . Others came in and went to the back. If they could not fit us in fine, but at least let us know, don't just ignore us. We left!

Loved the atmosphere, the attentiveness (even when I didn't make an appointment). All the ladies were super helpful. I had picked a color that didn't do well with gel polish (it bubbled up when it was spun, or something along those lines) anyways I know most other nail shops would never have explained that to me. They would have just done it and I would have been aggravated when there were tons of air bubbles in my polish. I had a Mani pedi done and there was no rush and great conversation the whole time. Will be going back soon!

They do not even deserve one star! Walked in today and wasn’t even greeted! Two ladies even walked up to the front to do something on the computer, but neither of them even spoke! I picked up my purse and walked out! I definitely won’t be back!

Very nice inside and workers are very rude. I got sns nails and it was the lady's first time doing sns and she kept complaining saying "this is too much work" " why couldn't you get something else done?" I would not recommend this place.

Very nice environment but VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I came in no welcoming first I ask could I get some help please no reply then I walked to the back where the workers are they ask can we help you I replied I need a manicure and pedicure. They stated it will be a 15 min wait ok I waited 15 mins after 45 mins went by another group came in and went in and got there service done. After they left that’s nearly an hour so I came up to the register and ask can I get some help or do I need to leave. The chubby little girl told me sorry we are packed out. You can go to our other shop across the street call Mystic Nails by Marshall l. Well you could of told me that 2 hours ago when I came in.. This place is a very very bad customer service place I have ever seen in my life. I will never walk or request anyone to this place. PS. I am a member of MISSISSIPPI STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY DONALD VAUGHN

The first person to do my nails here was Mina she’s fantastic, I recently came back to get my SNS overlay and it kept chipping off I was told the brand I chose was not really that good and they fixed it right away they completely redid my nails and it is beautiful I love coming here they take care of their customers and they are very neat and professional.

My go to nail salon. I've been going there for years. The friendliest, funniest and most personable staff. Never once have I had any issues with my nails there like I have every other salon. They always do exactly what you ask and always want what's in the best interest for you and your nails.

I originally came to this salon a few years ago, and remembered how great it was and came back while in town. I'm incredibly disappointed at how much the service has declined. The salon is now crammed with too many chairs/tables, and everyone was on top of each other. Requested the $65 nu-skin spa pedicure that's listed at being 60 minutes long with mud-masks, soaks, and pedicure. The treatment I received was 25 minutes long and the technician was unprofessional. He made disparaging comments about the state of my nails, my feet, embarrassing me. He ripped my big toenail clippings off on both feet, causing painful exposed ripped skin. He then continued to use techniques I requested not to do after I told him it made me uncomfortable. I mentioned to the manager that the entire pedicure was only 25 minutes long, and she said the owner would contact me -- they never did. Even more strange, was they had children in the back of the salon that were family members of the technicians. One of the children wet his pants in the middle of the salon while talking to customers. One of the workers, grabbed a towel used on the customers, wiped the urine off the floor and proceeded with their work. I'm shocked at the cleanliness, and professionalism of this salon. I would never recommend to anyone, and suggest to save yourself from the verbal abuse from their technicians.

Super fancy/luxurious Spa type feel to this nail place. It is a bit $$$, maybe not your usual go-to nail place prices but for special occassions alone for some quiet/treat time or with your girls. All the staff is super nice.

Okay so I'm never going to this place again. I got a full set of stiletto acrylics and they did a great job on my nails, but the whole place had a really uncomfortable vibe and everyone was pretty standoffish and rude. It was also really cold and dark in there. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
