I have been trying to go here for the longest and havent yet. Long story short I referred my co-worker because I had been hearing so much about this place. My co worker made an appt before me a week ahead of time just to be canceled an hr before time on the day of. And had to be refunded. Just very inconvenient. But I didnt let that stop me from still trying to get serviced. I tried to book a wax online and it stated to call to instead. I called and got no answer, so I text. I didnt get a reply until 48 hrs later stating she doesnt even offer that service. So that was very unprofessional to me. Why do you advertise a service you dont even offer. Now I seen why my coworker paid and was canceled. Weird.
