I received my first Brazilian wax here. (Had no idea that I was 3 months pregnant at the time) They were very professional & made me feel comfortable. I forgot that I’d preset my next appointment which was set like three months in advance (like who’ll actually remember that if this isn’t something you do regularly) - but with my card being on file I was charged a no show fee of about $50. It would have been nice to have gotten an appointment reminder. I’ll probably never go back because of that. Initially, it was a nice experience.

Booked my first Brazilian wax appointment with Anna and I was so NERVOUS!! It was painful at times (due to my personal hair growth issues) but Anna was seriously amazing at making me feel so comfortable and doing everything she could do to make my experience not so hard. She talked to me through the entire thing, educated me and made me feel like she had known me forever. I booked again with her and will DEFINITELY be recommending her to my friends!

I went online yesterday to schedule an appointment and they were booked. I added myself to the waitlist and shortly thereafter received a text confirming an appointment at 7:30pm. I arrived a few minutes late but Brittany was so great!! Waxing is a painful experience but she made it as relaxing as possible. I’m so happy with the results! She didn’t leave one hair behind. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

My daughter and I have been going to get our brows waxed there for months and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, I got my first Brazilian wax today! I was nervous and very anxious but Tanya assured me that it would be as close to painless as possible. Needless to say, it wasnt nearly as bad as I'd anticipated! Shes quick, professional, and very friendly. If I could send everyone here I would! Kudos to Tanya and Charlie!

I LOVE it here! Everyone's always so welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. My first time I had Anna and she was amazing, she's super sweet and makes you feel super comfortable and keeps you distracted from the pain, which I love. My second time I had Jennifer and she's equally amazing. She makes conversation the whole time to keep you comfortable and she gets EVERY hair
