Booked an appointment at Bella Derma and while it was my 1st experience at a spa, it was a great one! I was very nervous and not sure what to expect but it was everything I thought it would be. The atmosphere is relaxing; the aroma, dim lights, and music throughout the facility is calming. Lydia was awesome! She was reassuring, honest, and very personable. I will definitely be back and requesting her!

Such a relaxing. revitalizing experience. Came for facial hair removal . I received a facial massage complete with soothing music and informative conversation with staff. The only thing I would suggest is more supportive furniture in the meditation room. I will be sharing this little shop with all my friends Bella Derma was a wonderful experience.

I had a pedicure and European facial, January 3. I was greeted; the experience began on time. The atmosphere is natural, scent of sandlewood, many candles, relaxing music playing. All products are natural, including the nail polishes used. Clients can purchase the products and receive instructions in how to maintain the skin care at home. Since writing my original review, I have had to alter it. Unfortunately, Bella Derma is no longer a five star spa. They are experiencing issues with management, owners, or something within the business that has had a significant negative impact on multiple aspects of the spa. They no longer have massage therapists or nail technicians. One day they’ll have someone for one of these services, the next day they won’t (and probably won’t for several months.) this has been the case off and on for the past year. I’ve called multiple times to book appointments to have the phone go unanswered. I’ve left messages that are never returned. I’ve been unable to use gift cards or even find out the balance of gift cards. It’s sad to see a place like this go through such turmoil to the point I can no longer recommend it. I wish them the best of luck, but as it stands now I have lost trust in this business. I’d like to be able to get my money back from the gift cards I am now unable to use, but I don’t see that ever happening.
