I recently went to Ideal Image Edina for the first time and it was wonderful! The staff was very comforting and walked me through each step of the procedure and made sure I understood the process. Patient centered care is clearly an emphasis here and I will most certainly be back!

I haven't had any treatments yet, but the atmosphere was very amicable and the consultant was very nice and informative. They don't pressure you to buy anything, which made it easy for me to decide on the services I wanted. They have a nice payment plan so I didn't feel like I was being gouged. If Ideal Image is interesting to you, go ahead and get a free consultation. ETA: Great place! So glad I went ahead and purchased the laser hair removal package. Hurts like the dickens...but the results last for weeks. Well worth the investment.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Ideal Image Edina. I signed up for laser hair removal from 2 areas on my body and the results, 8 sessions completed, are great! I've had 85-90% hair loss and still have 2 more sessions left to take care of the stragglers. :) The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and QUICK! The process is uncomfortable (not gonna lie!) but it's so worth it! I've talked with friends who have gone to other places and their experience and results isn't anywhere near as positive as mine. I highly recommend Ideal Image Edina!

I have been going to Ideal Image for 2 years now for laser hair removal treatments. They have great costumer service, it is a kind of place where you always feel welcomed. Staff is very qualified and more importantly friendly. I personally always ask for Morgan, she is an amazing nurse. She is really patient with me and makes every session a lot less stressful and as painless as possible.

I did the cool sculpting procedure and it was a complete waste of my time and money. I had no results and I discovered later that I am not a good candidate for cool sculpting. Also they take pictures not measurements to determine the results, which is a complete joke. I complained to staff and requested some of my money back. I had to come in twice and take pictures in order to complain to management and I still have not heard from management . When I call to follow up, I have been getting the run around from the staff and they refuse to give me the number to get in contact with management. "Cool sculpting will not give you results you need."SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME , AND ENERGY. " I wish I never did it.

This is how my cosmetic procedure dreams became a real-life nightmare, full of broken promises. They'll give you the run around when they make a mistake and aren't sure how to correct it. I had Botox done and ended up with one spock eye brow and the other side with a loopy eye. When I went to see them regarding the loopy eye I was not welcome anymore by the nurse. I could sense her frustration and inconvenience I had caused. All she did is take some pictures and told me to wait 2 weeks. Two weeks passed, I drove 35 minutes just for them to tell me my eye looked better but to wait another 2 weeks( Now that's a month later). In the meantime, I'm working and walking around in public looking like the hunchback of Notre Dame. 3rd appointment (6 weeks later) they tried to correct their mistake because at that point I was frustrated and told them I was tired of driving every two weeks for them to just tell me to come back in another 2 weeks. Up to this day my eye lid is still a little loopy (6 months later). Now the Cool Sculpting procedure was a total rip off and did not work. I was told all I needed was one session to get rid of the belly fat (muffin top). Never was I told that I MAY need a 2nd session. I paid $1,080 for no results. After waiting 4.5 months with no results I contact Ideal Image. I have been working out over the summer but the fat that was supposed to freeze with Cool Sculpting was still there. They suggested I make an appointment and that's where my ordeal began again. 1st appointment, they took pictures and the nurse agreed there wasn't much or any improvement. They tried to take me to their finance room shortly after taking the pictures. When I questioned why I was brought to that room they quickly dismissed me and said they’ll talk to the head nurse and will get back. Well a week later and no calls. Finally, I called and talked to the head nurse and was told to scheduled another appointment. 2nd appointment she looked at the area of my body and agreed there was very little to no improvement. She mention some people may only get a 5% fat reduction while others can get up to 25% (I was never told that, all I was told when I paid the $1,080 was I would see a 25% fat reduction and one session enough). The head nurse would talk to the regional manager and consult my situation and get back to me. Five days later and no called from anyone until I called corporate in Tampa Florida. I was told to scheduled another appointment because now the regional manager wanted to see me. 3rd appointment, the regional manager is there with another nurse. The nurse who claimed she was the top expert in this field in the state of Minnesota tried to convenience me there were visible results. I pointed out the visible result she saw were from me working out over the summer but the muffin top was still there. I agreed to pay $1080 because I was promised the muffin top would be eliminated in one session. The so called top notch nurse insisted there was less fat because of the Cool Sculpting procedure not because I've been exercising. When she had no luck to fool me regarding the final results, she mentions I needed a 2nd session but I would have to pay for it. They would give me a discount but cannot give me a complimentary session. When I question them why would I pay more money for something that I had no results the first time, the nurse finally said that’s all they could do for me and pretty much pushed me out the door and had the audacity to tell me to think about it and get back to them about getting a 2nd session for a discount. I took the time to write this review because I do not want anyone else to be ripped off like I did and to informed the public to be very careful when dealing with these people. They will be nice until something goes wrong. Overall Cool Sculpting does NOT work for some individuals and is not worth running the risk of paying thousands of dollars for something that may or may not work. I spoked to a Cool Sculting Specialist at another location and she told me most people need 2 sessons.

Since I have switched to the Edina location I am so much more happy with the customer service and treatment. First off, when entering the clinic you are greeted by a super cute, super friendly admin staff who happens to be "Charlotte" who is always dedicated to making you as a patient comfortable when arriving with a refreshment or just a fun aurora about her to get your mind off of upcoming treatment. Since switching from the Woodbury location, I have felt as though the staff/nurses who included "Sami" and "Morgan" really cared and were concerned about what I wanted out of treatment. At this point we switched up a few things, with the suggestion of the "head nurse" (Abby?) and we hope to have "smooth" sailing from this point forward. Another mention I wanted to make was how careful and precise these young ladies are (Sami & Morgan). They would check and double check again to make sure the procedure was correct and effective! Thank you so much ladies for making me feel comfortable and that my outcome of treatment matters! I'm sure the rest of the staff is wonderful as well, I just haven't met them yet.

I was scheduled for a consultation on Sunday at noon. I overheard the front desk person telling someone else on the phone that they needed to cancel their appointment as one of the nurses had a medical emergency. At 12:30 a provider came out to introduce herself and told me she would be with me in 10 minutes and apologized for the delay as they were short staffed. By 12:55 when I still had not been seen by the provider I asked for a quote as I didn't want to wait any longer. The quote seemed unbelievably high given research I had done on average pricing - and the only reason it was anywhere near affordable was due to the "70%" off, which was clear is really just a scam to entice people to purchase. Overall very poor experience.

I had a smooth and flawless experience. I came in a little early before my appointment and they were very accommodating and took me in early. Theresa was beyond amazing. Yes she is using the laser which can be painful, but the way she interacts with you, keeps you all calm, engaged, and happy - so much that you hear.."and we are done"... and you are surprised at how painless that was. She makes it very personable, remembers you as an individual, stories you may have chatted about.... 8 weeks earlier.... and that says a lot. She connects with her clients so you feel special, you feel like you matter, and you feel good about your experience. You know she is there...FOR YOU! Thank you Theresa! I will recommend this location anytime, any day. If you have Theresa, you will have an even amazing time.

I have been going to the Maple Grove Ideal Image for a couple years. I transferred to this location to be closer to home after moving. I was sad to lose my staff at MG, but I was SO happy when I walked in and my nurse, Sam, totally surprised me by re-arranging her schedule to do my treatment in the Edina clinic! The clinic was clean and beautiful. The staff were helpful. I highly recommend Edina Ideal Image :)

I went for my first BBL appointment on the coldest day ever -45 degrees and was greeted with a hot chocolate. The staff was very friendly, helpful. The procedure went really well and they explained everything to me as they went along asking if I was ok. I can’t wait for my next appointment and would recommend this service and place to anyone.

Terrible experience, my girlfriend went in to ask some questions about the procedure, she was pressured by "jane" to sign a contract with out even explaining that you would be forced into paying for the procedure upon signature. She was told it was just to see if it would give approval for financing or not. Very sketchy and shady business tactics. Do not go here.

I went to the Edina Ideal Image yesterday for an early birthday treat for myself! I Can not speak highly enough about the office/location (so clean and well maintained and has great “energy” in the space) and every employee I met was amazing! (Friendly, knowledgeable and so “put-together”). I had a BBL laser treatment to help freshen up my skin (bye-bye spots and redness) and the nurse walked me through the entire process always checking in on my comfort level. I felt very safe and cared for. Already I see the dark spots starting to surface to slough off. Sooo excited. And the redness (little veins on my cheeks and around my nose) are already gone!!! Thank you Edina Ideal Image!!!

I had cool sculpting done and found no results from the procedure, I believe it actually made things worse. I had to budget accordingly to spend the couple thousand on this procedure and I’m so disappointed that I had so much faith in the procedure. I did everything as told and was eating and exercising in addition. I don’t believe this procedure worked at all, and it felt like the nurse had to force comments out to tell me she saw some sort of results when the pictures clearly didn’t show anything. I would like to get refunded for some if not all based on the false pretense of being a good candidate. I’ve also tried to contact them multiple times since my treatment and have received no callbacks.

Horrible experience. I had a skin reaction to the treatment and had it documented by my physician. I submitted what should have been more than sufficient evidence to have my money refunded and I have been in a financial dispute since. Ideal Image has not returned my calls, has provided misinformation to the company that provides credit for the treatment and has been a horrific business partner. They lied about sending my a settlement agreement and have refused to handle this matter professionally. As soon as I determine where the agreements I signed permit me to lodge a small claims action, I will pursue legal remedies (as it stands, I'm STILL waiting for the paperwork to make that determination).

Did not tailor to my individuals needs and would not allow me to do individual lhr treatmens. The sales lady was overly pushy and only offered me one package after I repeatedly told her I’ve had a series of 6 before and wanted to do touch ups. I was ignored. I thought highly of them after they contacted me about my review and promised to work something out for a refund.... I’ve called over 8 times in the past 3 weeks, they promised to call me back every single time they called and I offered my email because that works better and have YET to get someone to reach back out to me for my refund even after telling them I leave the country in a week. I was very nice and understanding for each phone call I made to them explaining my situation... but now I’m gettin very very frustrated with this. Avoid the hassel And go to a medical clinic instead.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about some services by email, and I man by the name of Ryan Mitchell responded. He was very eager to set me up for a consultation. I told him that before I take any time off work to come in, I wanted to know what types of financing options they offer (their website says there are financing options that fit every situation ). He didn't even respond after that! I used a secondary email address and wrote in again, hoping to reach a different person. Same guy, same sub standard customer service. As soon as I mentioned their financing, he disappeared!! Sounds super shady to me!

Morgan is the BEST nurse I could have asked for. I’ve been to other Ideal Image clinics in Wisconsin and the cities and I’ve never had a nurse so caring and kind. I would highly recommend ideal Image in Edina to any one of my peers specifically for their laser hair removal services. I have had 4 treatments so far, and just after my first one I noticed an incredible difference in hair reduction (shedding stage is amazing)! I personally request Morgan Heiling each treatment. She is very professional and so personable (she even remembered our conversation from 10 weeks ago and made sure to follow up on how my trip went). She also, gives so much valuable information prior to treatment, as well as answers any questions/concerns without hesitation, which I appreciated since I have used other laser hair removal companies in the past with zero results. I can say I am very satisfied with my results so far!

Betsy was my nurse and administered Juvaderm (1 syringe) into my nasal smile line wrinkles. She was an artist and stood back to make sure the look was right. I was shocked at what i saw in the mirror. I felt 10 to 15 years younger!! She is magnificent in her art. I didn't even bruise! It made a subtle but amazing difference. I look forward to seeing her again, for my second Juvaderm session. Amazing.

Although I received nothing more than a consultation, I was turned off by my experience with this office due to misinformation, First, my appointment was scheduled for 10 am but waited at least 25-30 mins to be seen. Hence, when I did meet with Kerstin, I felt my appointment was rushed & not completely thorough. I told her what I wanted to get out of laser hair removal (improving pigmentation). She assured me that Ideal Image's Yag Laser would be perfect for my skin tone & hair type and would improve my skin's pigmentation, ingrown, etc. Eventually, I met the nurse to check if I was a good candidate. I was surprised how quickly & easily she could determine I was a candidate by a simple glance. The nurse came in, looked at my target area for not even more than 3 seconds, and confirmed that I could receive treatment. Before I could ask more questions, she was out of the door. I directed my concerns (again) to the associate- she reiterrated that laser would "fix all my concerns." She then introduced payment options. The verbiage was confusing. I told her I wouldn't need a payment plant nor do I need a credit line. I thought this was for informational purposes, but not. At the end of the consult, I told her I would discuss with my partner and let her know if I planned to move forward. This is when she used the oldest sales trick in the book, "this offer ends at the of the day." Something about this offer seemed off. 1. it forces you to buy about 9 treatments. What if I only need 5? 2. if the treatment doesn't seem to take after those treatments, a lifetime warranty is offered (included in the package. this was concerning to me because it implies that the services may not work & further treatments would be pointless, but customer paid for the package. 3. It doesn't give the customer time to further research & follow up on questions. I was uneasy, but the price *seemed* reasonable. Later that day, I made an appointment for my first session. Coincidentally, two days later I spoke with my esthetician about my plans. She informed me that laser does NOT treat existing hyperpigmentation & suggested I treat my skin first. I called Ideal Image and canceled my appointment & notified them that I had to treat the target area and would look into treatment possibly in fall. At no point, did they oppose or restrict my choice. That is until I received a call about sending my license information. They called twice, each time I informed them that I have decided to hold off and potentially seek treatment elsewhere due to the fact I felt I was being sold a product that would not help me. I spoke with Erin (the business manager, I believe) Her tone then changed and told me I had a contract with Ideal Image. I do not recall signing or discussing a contract with the associate & she has yet to send my "contract" over. If I signed a contract during my consultation, why was I just (then) hearing about it? Also, how could I sign a contract at the office, with the possibility that I choose to forgo the limited promotion? It doesn't make sense. She seemingly threatened me that if i didn't begin paying on the treatments I haven't received, my credit will be impacted. I (again) informed her I decided to decline treatment based on the false statements on improving skin hyperpigmentation & treating my skin from ingrown hairs. It appears that this company is sale drives, not result-driven. I did not feel like a customer, but a sale. The nurse was not informative, I don't even feel she took a considerable look at my target area. Again, I waited 30 mins to be seen. I do believe that impacted the transparency & thorough process of the consultation. I was given false information regarding my concerns about my skin. I would encourage everyone to do (more) research on this company & be wary of promotions that back you into a corner. I was not impressed and plan to go elsewhere for my laser needs.
