The service at New England Spas in Auburn is awesome. We have bought both our hot tubs there. The first one we had for 11 years and just got our new one last year. The manufacturer has some issues with the panels on the new one and NE Spas took great care of us and made sure that it was all replaced in a timely manner and with no cost to us. When we walk into the store there is always someone to greet us. The team is extremely knowledgeable and always get us the right things we need to maintain the tub. In particular, Joe Heymann has gone above and beyond standard service. He continually checked in with us during the the initial installation and helped with stabilizing the water which is very difficult in Shrewsbury.

Cannot express how ecstatic we are with our second hot tub from NESPAS!! This time we chose the Hot Spring Relay. The staff at Auburn spent way too much time with me over two months of research, pricing, decision making, etc. I'm like a bad penny that keeps coming back. Outstanding customer service the old fashion way. I initially did not intend to purchase my spa at New England Spa's in Auburn but when I saw 75 five star reviews I had to visit this place. Well, all those reviews were spot on as I never gave a second thought to look elsewhere. I was met by Jeff, who was so sincere and friendly with his greeting. Not knowing exactly what I wanted he spent over an hour with me explaining the different spa's and features. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about his products but Never once did I ever feel pressured to purchase. Jeff also came to my home to scope out the best area for the spa based on the model I was contemplating. I visited the store three additional times, once with my son, another with my wife and to finally purchase, and each time was treated with sincere, friendly old fashion customer service. I also met Joe who also has the same approach in dealing with customers. My purchase was flawless, and delivery was excellent. The team of Rory, Brandon and MIke were on time, and explained the features of the spa and cleaned all packaging before leaving. Based on my experience I would highly recommend New England Spa in Auburn Ma.

So, yup we bought a hot tub. A Hot Springs Spa to be exact, and couldn't be more happy. Did much research and liked that product. Then found myself at New England Spa in Auburn. I knew they had been around a while because I grew up seeing the one in Natick. When we walked in we met Joe Haymann. This was a big purchase for us and he was understanding of that. Our experience with NESPA was wonderful all because of an intelligent, dedicated, conscientious employee named DENISE ORWAT V.P. of Sales and Operations of New England Spas. We purchased our spa just under five years ago at the Norwell location. We had some initial issues that Denise walked us patiently through. She gave me her cell phone number and told to me to call her anytime. Our Spa was running perfect till Early March when we had a major issue involving a critical spa component , this could have lead to loosing the entire spa system due to the freezing temperatures. I called Denise. She always picks up or calls back promptly. This happened to be on a weekend. So, we decided to look at spas and started by going to New England Spas in Auburn, MA. Jeff approached us and started a conversation. We ended up spending nearly an hour there learning a lot about spas. Jeff was incredibly helpful, and no pressure. We left there in time to hit one other spa store, where we weren't as impressed. Did a little research, and realized Jeff was spot on with everything he told us, no sales bs. We stopped back at NE Spas with a few more questions, and ended up coming to an agreement on pricing for a Hot Spring Pulse spa The whole experience was very good, Jeff was easy to talk with, very helpful, learned what we were looking for, and made it happen within our price range. Delivery was set up for the next week, delivery was prompt and Rory and Mike (who were working short one person that day) were great in getting the spa in place. Couldn't have asked for more. Jeff informed us of an electrician that did a lot of installs for them, and we contacted him. Fair price, coordinated the electrical work on the same day as delivery, and we were in the spa later that night (in time for my wife's birthday!). If you are considering a spa, I wouldn't buy until you see Jeff at NE Spa. And then ...... 4 days later we were out in the spa during a particularly windy evening, and we weren't careful getting the cover closed when a big wind hit, damaging the lift bars. Called Jeff to order the parts to replace, and he is sending out a person at no cost to us with a minimal cost for the parts (even after I told him it wasn't his problem, I screwed up). Great sales approach, and great service, you just cannot beat Jeff and NE Spas.

He truly held up to his previous reviews and we are now happy owners of a new Sundance Marin 880 spa. He is a experienced and enthusiastic "triple A" Salesperson. He has the attitude of a "no pressure sales pitch" by presenting the Spa products as competitive elite quality, without going overboard with selling. His approach was to ask us what we were looking for in a spa so that he could connect and work with us on the best fit for our desires rather than to first show us spas on the showroom floor. He is very passionate and posses expert knowledge about the products he represents. Next, he has the aptitude of presenting the products and allowing one the opportunity of asking questions in order to form a relaxed rapport. He actually takes the time to listen with focused genuine concern without overtaking the conversation. Then, he has the ability of allowing "we" the consumers the hands on testing of the functions and feel of physical contour of the tub while he presents the spas advantages. His awareness, integrity, excitement, and his passion was like he's just selling his first spas and want to win the consumer over with the products not the pitch. Interestingly, Joe did not try to up-sale us on the highest grade in the Sundance 880 Marin Series Spa line we chose; we actually loved the spa and requested the top line. Much to our surprise when the hot tub was delivered on "scheduled time", we found that we received a newer model than we had purchased without any additional up-charges. The delivery persons were very timely, efficient and installed our spas with professionalism and care. In closing Joe, did not have to convince us to buy a spas, he was developmental in authentically connecting with us and showing us what might work best for us. We were considering a hot tub as a better investment than refurbishing the in-ground pool that came with our house. We intended to visit several dealers, but started with New England Spas because they had a good reputation. Joe Heyman made the shopping experience very easy - we didn't look anywhere else, ended up buying a Hot Spring model from him. He did a great job helping us figure out the brand & model choice that was best for us, which upgrade features were indispensable and which weren't worth the money. He answered the same questions 10 times and owns one himself, so we felt confident in our decision. Joe even offered to swing by our house on his way home one evening, to look at the space we intended for the spa and see if it presented any issues. They also have a good working relationship with an electrician who installs spas almost exclusively - no hassle. We love our new hot tub (can't wait for winter!) and would highly recommend New England Spas. UPDATE: I wasn't getting the chemicals quite right, so arranged for a couple of "valet" service visits. Isiah came by and walked me through weekly and monthly treatment steps (and the reasons for them) so I could get comfortable maintaining on my own. Nice service!

He spent over 2 hours with us educating and demonstrating different floor models without any pressure to buy whatsoever. We worked with Joe at the Auburn location and dealing with him was a really great experience. Very knowledgeable about the products and just really takes the time to get to know his customers and their situation. Always willing to take the time to go through our questions (some of which I'm sure we asked more than once). Did a comprehensive walk through on the chemicals and ensured we were comfortable with everything. Very flexible team was able to delay delivery of our hot tub due to our house not being completed on time. It's clear that they value customer service. As they were setting up our hot tub, they saw that one of the speakers wasn't going to be able to be wired correctly and they had a technician out within a couple days to fix it. Just really timely follow-up. And, in case I didn't mention it, the hot tub is awesome! Overall, I'd give them 10 stars, but I can only give them 5. Just a really great experience from initial meeting to post-sale follow up. Will keep going back there for our chemicals and other products. Might even get a sauna. If you're even just thinking of getting a hot tub, this is the place to go. You won't regret it.

Great overall experience! We stopped in and talked to Denise Orwat. She helped us work through the options and features that fit our needs and wants. She then put together a detailed quote for us. The price was reasonable so we ordered it. As it was being shipped from the factory Denise quoted us a 6-8 week lead time. At almost exactly six weeks, Denise emailed me to schedule the delivery. Despite a recent snow storm, the guys still showed up as scheduled and managed to get the hottub around the house and into our back yard. They also hauled away our two dysfunctional hottubs. I stopped by the store today to pick up our free chemicals. Joe spent a good amount of time with me discussing which chemicals were essential, which were optional and which he felt we didn't need based on our intended usage. He then showed how to open the filter and fill and treat the hottub on one of the floor models. These guys are really committed to making sure you have a great hottub experience! Thanks NE Spas!!
