Had a nice soak here in one of the outdoor rooms. The atmosphere is cozy, though maybe lacking in the privacy department. Tubs are kept uncomfortably hot, but that's probably necessary. The staff seems friendly and courteous. Excellent tea in the waiting area.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time for our 10th anniversary. First, we spent an hour in the hot tub room, relaxing in the sauna for half the time and the hot tub for the other half. The room was lit with a couple candles and discreet track lighting overhead. The only thing that marred the experience was that our hostess forgot to turn the music on, so there was a slight buzzing. Afterwards, we showered, put on our robes, and had a couple's massage. Our massage therapists were extraordinarily nice and professional. Being my first massage, I thought I might feel self conscious, but this was not the case. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Love going here when I need to relax and unwind. They have indoor and out door hot tubs, saunas, and massages. And I've done all three! The price isn't bad and certain days the do offer a student discount. The staff is friendly and I've been back multiple times.

This place is absolutely wonderful! My boyfriend and I get the hot tub for an hour every time we go. I believe they have five different rooms with sauna's etc. The people at the front desk are sweet, they play soothing music, and their service is just top notch. The elements of this place is something you can't get any where else. Music, tea, scented natural/organic products, books, etc. It's awesome

My boyfriend and I were thinking of something romantic to do on Halloween now that the kids are off doing their own thing. This was a last minute decision on our part. I called at 1:00 in the afternoon not realizing how popular the establishment was. The receptionist managed to make appointments for a 1/2 hour in the hot tubs followed by an hours couple massage. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with the amazing treatment beginning with the receptionist. The tubs were very clean and at a perfect temp. They gave us everything we would need, robes, flip flops, shampoo and even soap. Going into the massage we weren't sure what to expect. It was amazing. We highly recommend this place, and we will be returning regularly (we hope). Great job Amanda and Linda, you really made our day and treated us like royalty!!

Great staff, great hot tub, and a fantastic massage. We got a couples package that started with a hot tub and infrared sauna in the fire room followed by a massage. The infrared sauna left a bit too desire. To be fair, I've never been in an infrared sauna before. It is very different compared to a traditional sauna. Parts of my body were warm while other parts were cold to the touch. I am definitely going back, but will probably pick a room without a sauna. In the hot tub room you are given a towel, bathrobe, and sandals. It's also a bit dark, but you can ask them to turn up the lights a bit.

We usually go to East Heaven, but we decided to try Elements. We were certainly impressed with our experience. The masseuses were incredible and very professional. The service was great our only complaint is that the placement of the jets on our tub was a bit rough on male physiology.

Wow, amazing! We had such a nice time here. I had never been to a hot tub spa and wasn't sure what to expect. It was upscale, and the front desk staff (Diana) was incredibly helpful. The hot tub was clean and warm, and so relaxing! The massage therapists that worked with us (Jennifer and Jackie) were concerned with our well being and made us feel great. My only regret is that we live hundreds of miles away and can't visit more often!

We were given a free half hour because the first time we were there, their was a question of dishonesty amongst an employee. So we gave it a second chance. Now the first time there we paid afterwards. This night we saw another couple pay after, but we were asked to pay first which seemed odd. Once they saw we had the gift cert everything changed. On the phone the girl talked about getting there early to get some extra time in the room. When we first got there they talked about a cancelation so there was no time crunch, after seeing the gift certificate we waited until 9:07 to get in the room and the lights flashed at 9:28. We were told not to touch the controls and the temp was 105f which was so hot it was uncomfortable. So I spent half the time just soaking my feet. On the way out we got a rude goodbye. I will be going to East Heaven hot tubs in Northampton from now on. Unfortunately its alot further for me to drive but I never had a problem there. I really wish this had gone another way because the owner seemed nice when I dealt with her on the phone. Unfortunately the staff that we dealt with did not emulate her demeanor.

Really liked their indoor spa but didn't like the outdoor tub. There was a particular smell in the outdoor one that ruined the beautiful weather for me a little. I hope they fix that at some point. Would love to return to their indoor hot tub.

Great experience. We did a 30 min hot tub and 60 min couple's massage. The outdoor tub room was pleasant, although we could hear the people in the next room. Both masseuses did a wonderful job and we left feeling fantastic! Thank you!

I love this place. The hot tubs and rooms are always very clean and relaxing. The staff are consistently inviting and welcoming. I've been a member for two years. To be a member, just pay for five half hour sessions in advance and they give you a sixth one free. It's also a great place to bring a date. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have been to Elements Hot Tub Spa many time and our most recent visit we were blown away by. As always, we felt very welcome when we arrived and when we were brought to our hot tub. My husband had Bryan as his massage therapist and I had Emma. Once the massage was over, we talked about how amazing it was. Emma and Bryan gave the best massages that we have ever had. We highly recommend Elements Hot Tub Spa to anyone who wants to relax and feel amazing when they leave

It was okay. We were supposed to have an outdoor tub for News Years, but they had to close the outdoor tubs because it was too cold, which is fine. However, the indoor tubs didn't have much atmosphere. I was also told that they wooluld put candles and there would be sparkling cider, which there wasn't. You also have to pay extra for a bottle of water. It wasn't hoffible, but I wouldn't go back.

Great place to bring a loved one or even a date. The environment is so relaxing and peaceful. Complimentary drinks whole you wait for your hot tub or massage. Outdoor hot tubs are up to date and full of massaging heads. Showers are required to help keep the water clean. Couples massage was professional and a great stress relief. If this does not put both of you in the "mood" nothing will. If your relationship has progressed this is the place to show them how much you care about them. I promise you will never forget your first time getting a couples massage... And later that night!

I have tried very hard to like Elements hot tub and spa. However, it seems it has never occurred to the staff that playing Hindu prayers as "relaxing music" is NOT necessarily relaxing if you were raised a Hindu. Massage rooms are cramped and masseuse repeatedly asked my partner about pressure, but did not actually change their pressure, which was very frustrating and rather pointless. Hot tubs have always been well maintained, but the outdoor ones are RIGHT NEXT TO A DUMPSTER so it smells disgusting and it was embarrassing to take friends there.The indoor hot tubs are excellent. The ambiance of the waiting area is relaxing, but that is expected.

We had the couples retreat with 60min hot tub time and 90 min massages. It was a great way to relax and spend time together. The room we were using was the Fire room and the hot tub was great. Whoever manages their water chemistry is brilliant, the water was crystal clear and yet did not smell like chemicals at all. Both massage therapists were very skilled and we walked away relaxed and with much less tension. Combining hot tub with massage is an effective mix.

They offer so many services here, Massage, hot tubs, saunas. Locally owned! This is NOT some lame soulless chain. Great people who care about you and your health. Outdoor hot tub a must, coupled with an hour massage is heavenly. Drawback, this can be pricey. Not necessarily a monthly affair but this is your destination for birthdays and anniversaries, no doubt! The parking can be obnoxious too but just be mindful and park around behind the building.
