Had a wonderful experience with the message and the facial but after spending almost 200 there the front desk lady accuse me of stealing a try me tub didn't appreciate it but I enjoyed the facial and the massage

The check in process was so disorganized, it delayed the start of what was a mediocre massage. The service ended at exactly the scheduled time, despite their disorganization causing the delay. Much better options nearby.

Sun is an amazing esthetician and her own skin proves she knows what she is doing! She's beautiful! My favorite massage therapist is Leigh. She has a sports therapy background that she brings and provided nice tips for maintenance. I love coming for my spa days and relaxing in the hot tub, sauna and pool prior to my appointment. The amenities enhance the enjoyment of my treatments.

Was just there this past week and as normal my experience was amazing! The staff is always super friendly and very professional! Victoria who did my body treatment was so personable!! We chatted the entire time and it was great!!! Jasmine who did my massage was amazing!!! She did an amazing job! Molly at the front desk is always very friendly and extremely courteous! My only complaint for this trip was the first 20 minutes of my massage I had to listen to the sounds of drilling from what appeared to be construction on an above floor. Not the most relaxing. Thank goodness it didn’t last the entire treatment! I would highly recommend Turf Valley! This has been and will continue to be my go-to for relaxation.

The custom facial by Sun was fantastic. A lot of nice extra touches and I was literally glowing after. I was a little disappointed in the reception and the waiting room needs more lounge chairs and to be cleaned-up more often (remove empty cups).

Such a great experience! I loved my massage and body treatment. Staff was so attentive and helpful. Also enjoyed the amenities of a sauna and hot tub. I have Fibromyalgia and the heat helps. Felt so amazing when leaving.

My visit to the spa was out of a deep need to reconnect to my body and get a much needed break from the runaround. So I planned for the “mini-spa” day; that’s two services with a lunch. The professionals that worked with me, Melanie and Teresa were stellar. They each were gentle and super easy to talk with, allowing me to explain what I needed. I have several allergies and my body has sensitivity due to recent surgery. Both were so reassuring, they handled my concerns easily. Melanie’s body scrub was amazing and Teresa’s perfect pressure on my massage was heavenly. I will definitely sing their praises to anyone that wants to listen. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have lunch after instead of in between. Not separating the services would have allowed the relaxing flow I was feeling to stay much longer. All in all, experiencing The Spa at Turf Valley is a fantastic way to spend the day.

Facial left me with more breakouts, body scrub seemed like anyone could scrub you - not massage like, massage was adequate. The shrimp I had for lunch was dry and had no flavor. I love this place tho.. and would go back. I used the pool and sauna and had some wine

Didn't sleep well due to the large size of the room and there only being one air-conditioning vent (on the OTHER side of the room). Never cooked down. Pretty place though....

Love this spa! It's a hidden gem located on the lower level of the Turf Valley Hotel. I go there regularly. It is worth every penny! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The wait room is very relaxing, with various lounge chairs, cushions, throws, tea and water (one container filled with cucumbers and the other one filled with lemon slices). I like to stay there even after each treatment. It is like a mini retreat for me. Son is a lovely Korean lady and is very skilled in eyebrow waxing, facial treatments and body treatments such as a wrap with Richey shower. She takes time to work on my eyebrows. The temperature and the quality of the wax are great. I have very sensitive skin, and rarely allergic reactions. Definitely try a body treatment with Richey shower. It is an awesome experience! I felt as if all my stress was washed away through the rain shower from the ceiling and the super powerful hose (like the firemen use). I have not yet found anything like it from other spa. Highly recommended! It's a wonderful place to relax. You can also get a gift certificate for your love ones for a treat!
