I found The Francis while walking around town. I checked out the spa, got an hour long massage. It was excellent! the staff was great. the building is beautiful. I highly recommend it and am looking forward to staying there next time I'm in Portland.

The best spa in Portland. From the moment you walk in you can feel all your stress melting away. The spa is cozy and homey and no detail has been overlooked. Melissa always takes the time to check in and see exactly what I need and I leave feeling like a new person. Can't wait to go back!

I've only had a few massages in my life so I'm no expert but my back was killing me and I needed some relief. I booked a 90 minute full body massage and it was everything I was hoping for. The masseuse was professional and polite and did an excellent job! My back has felt so much better even weeks after my visit! The room was relaxing and clean and the music was very calming. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage.
