I found Rejuvanations online and came in for a consultation for CoolSculpting and was very pleased to find how knowledgeable the staff is! The price point was affordable, which is a huge bonus. I had always wanted eyelash extensions and was able to get both done in the same day. I am so pleased with the overall experience. I can honestly say when it comes to a 5 star experience this spa is a hidden gem. I would highly reccomend Rachel as she made the experience very enjoyable, when it comes to eyelashes she is extremely talented!

The people who work here are completely unprofessional, rude and cut corners at every turn. Starting with Underpaying their employees, and stealing peoples time by not paying them what they are worth. Forcing employees to do the boss's nails and free services without paying them. Including her daughter and others.The products are subpar, they consistently water down products and lie about others and their use as well as their results and they claim to be a medical spa, but in fact, do not offer the best bang for your dollar, as none of the services offered are worth the money whatsoever or genuinely fix any issue that your own facial and nail services on youself can offer. She is a 2nd rate practitioner, and I do not recommend recieving botox injections or anything medical as it will be done wrong, and you'll end up on an episode of Botched. I work in a word of mouth business in Southern Maine, and know more than 250,000 people through my own business and working as a staple in the local community, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place of business like the plague. You should be ashamed of yourselves treating your customers and employees in the manner in which you do. You'll be out of business in a matter of a couple years or less, And Mock my words, I will make sure to tell absolutely every person I sell a vehicle to, every single person in the chamber of commerce which I spend my time dealing with the local communities and their friends and family that Rejuvenations in Falmouth is a scam spa, and to run in the other direction, to highly consider going elsewhere before spending a penny for your terrible services and your slave labor place of business. You want free work and labor, maybe you should do the work yourself, pay your employees what they are worth. Start using products that actually work. And stop tampering with other companies products by watering them down. You are stealing from your employees as well as your local community as well as your own suppliers whom have put their own confidence in you to promote their products, not water them down so they do not work and you can keep people coming back because the products are not working. This is blatant thievery on all accounts from employees to customers to suppliers and I will be calling the labor board and the B.B.B.

What a pleasure this place is. I've had two massages here, one hot stone and one a regular massage. Both excellent and both done by Karen (and I hear the rest of the massage staff is excellent too). My Daughter goes for the skin care line they carry too. From the greetings by the front desk staff to the rest of the staff all very professional and very pleasant. Also to my fellow Brother and Sister Veterans we get a Veterans Discount here (I know on the massage not sure about the products but ask). Highly recommend and plan on this being our go to place for skin care and massage therapy.

My glam goddess Ellen Maloney has a new RN partner in crime! Mia Rapolla is amazing and doing all dermal fillers. By far my favorite lips and Botox yet. Give them a call, and you’ll leave the Medi spa feeling so beautiful. It was painless. She numbs you up with a cream before she begins working. Her technique is really something because I had no bruising and irritation after. Moments after I went on to to a whole day of running errands and had so many compliments on how beautiful my lips are. Mia is very passionate and precise. I appreciated the fact that she does as minimal as possible as far as actually needle pricking because the more pricking the more of a chance you will have with bruising, and mine I said, No bruising at all. I always bruised before when I went to someone else. I’m amazed and so happy with these results. Ellen couldn’t be more gifted in everything beauty, from hair to make up, and lashes that’s my go to. I will fly from NYC to Maine just to have my blonde touched up by her. I love Rejuvenations. Laura at their front desk is golden. She’s always able to squeeze me in and the whole team goes above and beyond to fit my crazy schedule in as I live in Portland only part time. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of NYC doesn’t have a place like this. Small town Falmouth has all it all in one place with Rejuvenations. Thank you ladies for always being the best.
