I have been using this salon for 10 years now. I believe they are the best- of- the -best. They also came to my wedding and provided onsite services. My bridesmaids still tell me how much they loved their hair and makeup from that day. Shawna and Bobbie have done wonders with my hair and I always get compliments on my cut and color! 10/10 recommend.

You can never go wrong with ANY of the team at Naviina! I travel from the Boston area every 3 months to spend 4 hours getting a cut and foil with Kristin and Bobbie. I was spending thousands at salons in Boston, but since trying out Naviina I can’t justify going anywhere else. The talent and customer focus is unparalleled - and all at an incredible value. Highly, HIGHLY recommend - for quality of services AND friendly environment!

I was visiting Wells to see my Mom and attend my sister's impromptu wedding and in bad need of cut and color. They fit me in at a time convenient to our schedule. I changed out my color completely with some fun color accents and needed a total restyling. Laura(lauren?) Worked overtime late on a friday night to insure it was just right and looked just like the image I gave her. She also did my sister's hair and make up early the next morning. Reasonable price for all her time and efforts! Very happy. I am writing this in October for service done in August b/c I still wanted to give praise. Wish I could post pics.

I recently had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding on the 22nd, and I have to say I was so impressed with the final results! She made my hair look exactly how I had invisioned it, and the makeup looked stunning. I would recommend coming here for any bridal hair and makeup needs!

I came to Naviina looking for a Mens haircut. I had come to this place on numerous occasions and out of 10haircuts i would probably receive two that were satisfactory. It was another day I was looking for a haircut and I had scheduled an appointment which I received a hairdresser i had not had before. She was very nice and friendly but she seemed to rush the haircut, given that it took 15-20 minutes and typically it would take upwards to 40 minutes. Once she was finished, I was horrified and went home to show my family to which all of them laughed and were in disbelief that the hair salon would find this cut acceptable. I have been afraid to return since and I have found the Main Street Barbers in kennebunk which I have given two opportunities to and I have not been disappointed. I think Naviina is great for female hair and the staff is pleasent and accepting so feel free to give them the opportunity. Its a no go for me though.

We had the couples massage with strawberries and champagne. Jason and Jen are amazingly talented therapeutic masseuses. They listened carefully to our needs and took great care of our bodies. We left relaxed and glowing from the warm aromatic wraps. I highly recommend them for any massage service.

My husband and I have been on the road for approximately 6 months. We are attending a wedding and happened to be in Wells Maine. Prior to the wedding I needed a foil /hair color and cut. I chose Naviina Salon in Wells due to the informative website and location to the place we were staying in Wells. I was given an appointment with Laura on June 12 at 9:00 am. When I got to the salon it was beautiful and was promptly taken to my seat and chatted with Laura prior to her beginning my Color and cut. I was so absolutely delighted with Laura!!!! She is young, adorable and has the sweetest personality!! She kept our conversation going and was so fun to talk with. My hair is just beautiful!!! Both the color and cut are exactly what I was hoping for and she even treated me to a lovely scalp and hand massage for free. I so enjoyed my appointment and recommend Laura at Naviina Salon to anyone looking for the latest style and a beautiful color!!!

I have known Bobbie since she first started in the industry. She is as amazing as she is driven and professional. The Naviina staff is of the highest quality, educated, up to date, and passionate about what they do. To the person who gave Naviina a ridiculous and poorly written review after his wife went for service. You had to write the review for your wife? The person who messed her hair up? Why didn't she tell Amy to cut more off if she wanted a bob? You have to speak for her afterwards by writing a piss poor review on something that you know nothing about. I feel so sorry for you. Might I suggest. Next time your wife wants to do something with her hair, since you know so much, why don't you cut it yourself? Your wife's hair looks absolutely amazing after going to the salon. You obviously have some really tawdry taste.

I had to wait a few minutes but that was okay, because I knew this was going to be a great experience. My hairstylist Lauren listened to what I want, offered some suggestions, and we agreed upon a plan. She was nice, kept a good conversation going (I’m not one who likes to talk much, but she recognized that), she told me exactly how long it would take and kept me informed constantly. I was relaxed and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel younger and look prettier because of Naviina.
