My first time here - I was curious to explore Cryospa treatment. I had the whole body cryo treatment followed by a facial. My skin was glowing after the facial. Super friendly staff, peaceful environment, great experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

After one cryo facial, I am hooked. It was super easy to book an appointment, they were able to accommodate the day and time that I wanted. Nicole who works the desk was super friendly, and she sent me with Mary to get my facial. Mary had me get comfortable on the table, and we started immediately. She was friendly and informative throughout the procedure, even offering additional information outside of cryo to help with my skin. I can't begin to tell you how great the facial felt! My skin felt nice and tight afterwards. Today (the day after) I feel like there is a difference around my eyes in particular. They don't seem as puffy. Will I continue to go back? That would be a resounding, YES! I am also eager to try the whole body cryo as well. Do yourself a favor and book a session today. #selfcare

When I first initially did Cryo I was hesitant... it seemed cold! Now, two or so months later and I’ve easily done 20+ Cryo sessions, I am HOOKED. I tend to do Cryo before my workout, to boost my overall performance, but lately I am squeezing a session in, just for the added mood boost! You can’t lose with Maine Cryo, this place ROCKS!

Interesting experience. 3 minutes at -220 deg leaves you feeling slightly euphoric for 3-4 hours. Definitely need to experience it to appreciate it
